WOW! A beauty parlor question about the best window cleaners in town led to my calling Gwyndows. My haircut was months overdue, my windows had languished for years. When I called and spoke with Alexandra, she was friendly, businesslike and responsive. Soon after I provided Alexandra with the number of windows with screens, without screens, etc., then scheduled our cleaning for the following week. Joaquin showed up with a smile and a truck filled with clean, well-organized equipment. He and I did a fairly quick walk-thru to talk about his procedure and answer any questions or concerns we had. To be sure, I was working with a young man whose resprect, professionalism and experience was exceptional. Today Im enjoying lovely light from my windows and invisible, clean screens, because Joaquins unhurried but efficient approach left our 30+ windows far cleaner, neater, brighter than it was when he walked in. Ive already recommended Gwyndows to several friends. Bravo Alexandra & Joaquin! If I could, Id add a few more stars!!!

Amazing.I have had window issues that were slow to get fixed so by the time the guys got here the windows were filthy. They were very comfortable to have in the house ( I was alone), very professional and best of all, my windows are absolutely shining. Not a spot missed. The response time and follow up were awesome. I have used Shine in the past and they missed windows, left streaks etc. It was a mess and they did not come back to fix the issues as they said they would. I am definitely using Gwyndows again. You will not regret hiring them. I received no compensation or discount for this review. I am just a customer who like to give credit where it is deserved.

I reached out via Yelp. Within a short time, Robin had reached out to me to introduce herself and understand my needs. She asked for a few photos of the 4 sides of the house and she was back shortly with a quote. We bought our house in 2017 and never kept up with the windows. She sent pricing that included exterior/ interior window clean inclusive of removing and cleaning the screens. The price was fair, not the cheapest quote, BUT the reviews were stellar. She got me scheduled for the next day. Donovan and Hugo came out and completed the project in 3 hours. We have a two story home with 22 windows. They were both pleasant and professional. They removed their shoes when they came in (without being asked to.). The quality was incredible. Donovan told me they would be using fine steel wool to help remove the years of built-up dirt. Wow! The windows look amazing! The screens are clean! We couldn t be happier. My wife agreed we will start routinely cleaning the exterior twice a year from this point on and we will use Gwyndows Window Cleaning. We would love to see Donovan and Hugo again too!

Gutters needed cleaning and climbing that tall ladder ourselves was no longer an option. A Hyde Park neighbor recommended Gwyndows Window Cleaning. Communication was responsive and well written from the providing of an estimate to the day before confirming their arrival today. Rodrigo made the service call. Polite, competent, hard working, and personable. The gutter runs now with clear water and he also swept off a crevice in the roof that feeds into the gutter. Wow, I am blown away. From first contact to services delivered, Gwyndows is amazing. Every step of the way they were timely, professional, and to me, very reasonably priced. I live is a super tricky warehouse that is 3 stories on one side and one story on the other with a billion different windows and they got to everything like it was nothing. After cleaning, they alerted me to a few window panes that were fogging (still under warranty!). They were super comfortable around my dogs and got everything done in the amount of time quoted - my hats off to them in this heat! 11/10, would highly recommend.

When the guys got to my house and looked the place over, the price nearly doubled. Which was disappointing. They came to clean the exterior of my windows. There were problems with the screens & accessing the glass. So, they returned to learn how to get the screens out. BTW, tech was very polite and courteous through all of this. I had them clean the downstairs windows again. The next morning, there was a lot of streaking, as the sun shone through & showed the problems. Price ($214) seemed fair if the windows were really clean. Not sure why all of the streaking. Also, the website says they clean right around the window. They did not & there was quite a bit of gathered dust. Disappointed!

They did a great job cleaning our windows and clearing out the gutters, we ll definitely hire them again. The power wash service was excellent as well, my only tip would be to ask them to be careful about any Ring Cameras or outdoor outlets you might have - all our cameras went offline and we saw on the video that they sprayed high pressure water right into the cameras and power outlets which got water in them and tripped the breakers. Thankfully they came back online after the power outlets dried out and we were able to reset the breakers. Not a big deal, but definitely worth mentioning to them if you get the power wash service and have outdoor outlets and cameras. Otherwise, we had the best service all around.

I ve only used a window cleaning service one other time and they brought a team of 2. This was one industrious hard working woman. While it took her almost 5 hours she was meticulous and they look gorgeous!

Their two-man team was fast and efficient. With no disruption to our daily routine, they cleaned all windows and doors, inside and out, in less than two hours. The windows and doors have not looked this good, since they were installed.

the 2 gentlemen that came to clean our windows were very polite and helpful. they also had a good sense of humor. I felt very comfortable with them in our home. they had a lot of work to do because we had not cleaned our windows in quite some time! very efficient workers and very clean windows due to their hard work! will use them again!

They were able to come out the week I booked. Their employee was friendly, accommodating, and polite. He was creative in getting my tall windows in my stairwell cleaned. Plus they have a warranty if they need to come spot clean before 14 days after. What service! Ill be calling them again. In the meantime Ill be enjoying my crystal clear views!
