Ronald A. Stearns has absolutely taken seemingly impossible IRS problems and attained resolutions for them - as a tax pro myself, I know how hard it is to deal with the IRS, and when taxes have not been filed, or not paid, for years it takes someone who knows the LAW and IRS procedure thoroughly. Taxpayers have rights, and this attorney makes protecting his taxpayers rights his priority.

I highly recommend Mr. Stearns. I own several companies and use attorneys when needed. I am so grateful Mr. Stearns took me on as a client. I didnt know where to start once I received the IRS notice over Christmas... with a response due over New Years. Unfortunately, this was when not one attorney was working in Austin. He returned my call the same day. He was kind enough to meet me over the holidays, so that we could stop the process. Once we my husband and I met him, we knew he was the attorney we must hire. He is no nonsense! I felt that he was extremely professional and knowledgable. If you want a pitbull to represent you, then this is your guy. He saved me from losing everything. My case was extremely complicated and he was able to sort through the my disaster methodically and didnt miss a thing. He personally connected me with the best accounting team and I felt he went above and beyond. I was overwhelmed, scared and had no idea how to fix the problem. Mr. Stearns is responsive and thorough. He took us step-by-step through IRSs process, explaining letters, possible outcomes and options to move forward. I went through many tax people who said they could help. All they did was steal my money from me and never did a thing. My case with the IRS was very serious. Mr Stearns was a God send and did what I thought was impossible. You do not need to look any further if you are dealing with the IRS. As small business owners we got behind on taxes to the IRS. Mr. Stearns met with us and reviewed our case. He helped us organize the proper forms and documents to present our case to the IRS, showing exactly what we owe for the quarters in question and that we are current and up-to-date on all our taxes for the past two years. He corresponded with the IRS agent handling our case, on our behalf. He also set up the hearing in which we came to an agreement on a payment plan which fits our budget. All of which we feel we could not of handled ourselves without the help of Mr. Stearns.

Ronald was a huge help. Called him first thing in the morning and after hearing my issue for 5 minutes, he was able to direct me in the best possible direction with a great referral to an expert in a very particular aspect of tax law , who himself was very helpful and generous with his time. If Ronald cannot himself help you with your issue, he obviously has the knowledge and contacts to help you connect with the best qualified attorney..
