High quality, but a bit lackluster versus the price point. Service was professional but slow. Dark and pretty quiet setting for the lunch hour. Food options were colorful and hot, but probably 20% high on the prices versus comparable Domain restaurants. Enjoyed it, but will still to supporting local options next time. Parking: Purple garage is most likely to have spots, but street spots are closer.

If your looking for a romantic evening out and delicious food I highly recommend Paul Martins. Isaac our waitor was truly amazing he made our experience remarkable, he made sure we were taken care of and all our needs up to par, hes very kind funny and sweet, recommended our wine which was outstanding. The food is just absolutely amazing, the steaks came out to perfection! I recommend for dessert the buttery cake is a must try, my favorite dessert thus far! We had a wonderful time and will always come back for a relaxing romantic evening with my love.

The service was simply amazing. Thanks to Zach for doing a wonderful job in hosting us. The food is really good and the cocktails are worth drinking. The starters are amazing and very fulfilling. Very few vegetarian options but great non vegetarian food. The ambience is pretty vibrant. Never a dull moment. I liked the aura of the restaurant. Overall a great place to be. Vegetarian options: You have vegetarian starters and vegetarian main course options. However, it s less in compared to the non vegetarian one. Dietary restrictions: I couldn t see that in the menu but you can ask the servers for the same. Parking: You have a lot of parking space. The street parking is available for 1 hour. Better to park at nearby garages. Weekends can be crowded even at garages. Kid-friendliness: Yes, you can bring your kids to have a family dinner or lunch. Wheelchair accessibility: Didn t specifically notice that but shouldn t be a problem. Please call the restaurant once if you absolutely want to be sure about this.

I came in for their $17 sandwich and drink lunch special without a reservation, which you can make on open table (sorry!) I asked for a high top so I could work remotely and the host kindly sat me near a wall plug just in case. They offers a delightful dining experience that truly elevates classic American cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the polished, contemporary atmosphere makes you feel welcome and at ease. The restaurant s decor strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, with a refined aesthetic that sets the tone for a memorable meal. The menu showcases a commitment to quality, evident in every dish. Sourcing the highest quality ingredients is at the heart of their mission, and it shows. From the first bite, you can tell that the flavors are fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully combined. Whether you re enjoying a perfectly cooked steak, a fresh seafood dish, or one of their seasonal specialties, the quality of the ingredients truly shines through. Happy hour is 3PM-7PM Sunday - Thursday and 2PM-5PM Friday & Saturdays. Service is another area where Paul Martins excels, as I mentioned before. The staff is attentive without being overbearing, always ready to make recommendations or ensure your dining experience is going smoothly. Their hospitality elevates the meal, making each visit feel special and personal. Overall, Paul Martins American Grill is more than just a meal its an experience. With its focus on quality ingredients, outstanding service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, it s a place where you can relax, unwind, and indulge in some of the best American cuisine around.

Maybe 60% capacity and not much foot traffic because of the weather. If you are wanting a steak (or any other selection they have here) spend the extra 5 minutes walking and extra money at Perry s you won t be disappointed there.

It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We showed up for happy hour. Sat down at table and was told HH was only for the bar....Strike 1. We said fine....ordered drinks and appetizers....but the beer size is incorrectly advertised as a PINT. It was NOT (much smaller). Strike 2..... Shrimp Appetizer came out very undercooked and rubbery....Strike 3. The woman who took away our raw shrimp? Manager maybe? Offered us a new shrimp but we were a hard no on that. She took it off the bill and rightly so...but nothing was given as a compd appetizer in its place. Just an overall POOR CHOICE for a wedding anniversary dinner. We attempted other appetizers (rolls and spinach dip and deviled eggs) The only good thing was the vodka collins and deviled eggs. Spinach dip was greasy and Red Lobster has better biscuits than these wanna bes. We could barely understand our server and she didnt seem very enthusiastic about her job...so we tabbed out at a RIDICULOUS price tag for all this terrible-ness and went to Culinary Drop Out...who VERY MUCH CARED that it was our 25th anniversary

Happy hour at Paul Martins did not miss! I went with a girlfriend to do girls night dinner and drinks and we had a blast. If you make reservations, you can denote youre trying to come for happy hour so they will make sure they get you seated at the high top tables and youre able to order your HH noms! I was pleased with the sandwich and drink offering which is a very large portion of a meal and the starters of appetizers and shrimp tacos which I modded after my gal pal who is celiac requested it not be breaded and fried. It was a little dry but the dressing of the tacos made up for this. I forgot to take a pic of my salmon sandwich but it was huge and the sweet potato fries on the side were so good. Paired with a sangria and another drink to boot, nothing crazy spent and I adored the service. My first visit but def not my last, Ill have to make sure my coworkers know about this delight since we work in the domain and were always looking for a lovely happy hour with good drink options and eats!

Nice ambiance and location at the domain. Our waiter was sergi. He was on point. Very pleasant, attentive and informative. It was my daughters birthday and he took her cake to put in the fridge until after dinner. He brought it out right on time with candles lit. Timing was perfect On to my meal. For hors doeuvres we ordered the shrimp, honey butter biscuits and calamari. I enjoyed each one of them including the calamari. Calamari sometimes is a little too fishy for me, but this one was perfect. Light batter and the dipping sauces paired perfectly. One was chili aioli, my fav and the other was the house cocktail sauce. For my main meal I ordered the Cajun style red snapper with Creole shrimp and spinach. It was delicious just a small portion so if you are a big eater, it may not be enough for you. After the appetizers it was just the right amount. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. My son thought his meal of marinated skirt steak was a little too lean. He was still hungry and nibbled on some of his sisters mash potatoes and his dads steak to get full. Other than that everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Drinks Mai tia - really good 2 was enough for me Spicy jalapeno margarita - hubbie ordered and I tasted, it was really good. Definitely worth stopping by to enjoy a good meal and drinks. Made our special occasion really nice.

May 2024 I entered and headed to the bar where the nice bartender served me up a Gold Rush cocktail. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan where the menu stated was lightly breaded, mozzarella, grated parmesan, classic marina with fettuccine. This is an upscale restaurant both casual and a place to have business meetings at. The decor is very classy with the lights turned down low. The dining experience was very elegant and quiet. I love this place. The chicken parmesan was very tasty and had great flavor. The side was the fettuccine and matched it perfectly. It was more than I expected but was able to almost finish my plate. The drink was not bad either. Overall not a kid place for more geared to adults to escape the busy mall outside.

I visited this restaurant on 5/4/2024. I ordered red snapper, my husband ordered the brick chicken, and my daughter ordered the short rib. The piece of snapper was so small and the texture was so rubbery it led me to return it. I love red snapper and this is the only restaurant from here to Miami that has managed to screw it up. It wasnt fresh and the taste was repulsive. The short rib wasnt actually short rib but a tougher and much cheaper cut of meat. As though we wouldnt notice the difference. My husbands chicken was undercooked. When a man only eats the mash potatoes on his plate it says a lot about the meal in front of him. We are well-traveled and have very diversified palates so I have to say this was by far the worst restaurant weve visited. The bill wasnt cheap but we left confused and still hungry.

Update 4/26/24 Revisited this establishment and it was almost completely empty on a Friday night. Reservation for 8pm and group of 8. We were seated promptly. Service was just ok and felt slow for the level of patrons. Devil eggs were still delicious. Calamari looked nice but I did not eat them. The house biscuits were served hot and tasted good. Our entrees were underwhelming. I had the steelhead salmon EN CASSOLETTE. This was a huge disappointment. Served in a small pot filled with aju, tomatoes, asparagus, and topped with salmon. I didnt like it at all. I only ate the salmon. We had two birthdays in our party and they supplied desserts. The decadent chocolate cake dry and dense (yuck). Butter cake had 0 flavor. The cheesecake was nice. After approximately 2 hours after the meal, 4 of us developed food poisoning. I ended up hanging my head out of my friends Jeep in traffic. Getting food poisoning makes this restaurant a 0. I gave it 1 star because I had to. This was reviwed 2022: Busy Friday night had to wait for 1 hour for table to accommodate our large group. Hostess could use a little more kindness she was a but flat in her greeting and updates. Waiter was fast and courteous. Deviled eggs were scrumptious! Ordered the ribye and it was perfect. Paired with crispy Brussel sprouts and they were terrific. All in all agood experience.

Had to return our Minestrone Soup. It was SOUR for some reason. Ive never had Minestrone Soup that was SOUR. Its as if it had LEMON in it, but I couldnt taste the citrus. Cheddar Biscuits were good. Not great. The butter that came with the Cheddar Biscuits was GREAT! I ordered Braised Short Ribs. It tasted boiled. It had that Dry/Wet texture. It did have decent sauce. She had the Brick Chicken with mashed potatoes. I like dark meat chicken. She doesnt like dark meat chicken and that wasnt described in the Restaurant Week menu. She didnt like the flavor but I thought it was very good. She was not impressed and said it WAS NOT WORTH THE FULL PRICE. I thought Restaurant Week offered a discount menu; I guess some restaurants do and some dont. Waiter was polite but non-attentive. We asked for salt but he forgot us. When we reminded him he brought out the cooking ingredient salt. Salt is salt, right? At a $120 dinner for 2 prices...? As we were eating at the Domain, we were constantly telling our selves, this place is NOT WORTH THE PRICES. We should have eaten at Valencias. Paul Martins reminds of Art Smiths Homecoming in Disney Springs, Florida but, with NOT SO GOOD TASTING FOOD and HIGHER PRICES. Paul Martins, for us, is ONE AND DONE.

I used to like this place but it is no longer the fine dining experience from before. We went Christmas Eve. We were seated in a corner right against the kitchen, we asked for another table but no options. There was no indication on the website about a fixed menu. The food was expensive and just okay. My husband ordered salmon and he didn t realize he had to order a side separately. The server didn t ask if he wanted a side. She was apathetic at best. It was a 6oz salmon for $39. May parents liked their ribeye. But they had said they wanted it split and they had to split themselves and we tried to get someone s attention to get a separate plate but had to grab it ourselves. I eat vegan and was planning ahead to have veggie burger. However, the fixed menu had no vegan option and the server said you could order a couple sides. The sides had butter in them so that s not an option. She didn t attempt to offer any solution or ask the chef. At nice restaurants I expect at least one option the chef can make vegan. The interior is starting to look run down, chairs are cracked and worn. It s disappointing.

Unfortunately it seemed like nothing was going right at the restaurant. The food took soooo long, the soup was warm almost cool, the steak was requested as rare yet it came to the table overly well done, sent it back and it came back only slightly better with total lack of taste. Our bill was just under 300.00 and for quality of food we got I was not impressed. On top of that the bathroom was completely disgusting, like a bathroom you would find at a dirty club downtown at 2am. We got a 20.00 gift card for a future visit as an apology but I doubt we will ever want to go back.

I dont write this with reckless care because important to know what kind of cooks are making your food at this restaurant. I ordered the marinated skirt steak and the server said the chef recommends medium. I said fine but to make just a bit under medium as in medium pink. What was served to me was an unmarinated skirt steak without seasoning that was seared and served raw more than rare. I actually feel this was done on purpose because I asked for it medium pink. I ate some of it asking for steak sauce to get through the bland raw meat only because it was during a holiday lunch with executives from my company and did not want to say anything. After a few bites I felt a wave of hot flash and immediately grew very tired. I came home and laid in bed until 12 hours later I woke and if you have ever had food poisoning you will know the rest of the story. I did call the restaurant to alert them that they have contaminated meat and this piece was probably served only to me. But do be aware asking for something other than what they suggest can severely hurt you. I will not go back to this restaurant ever. And to the cooks who feel it was funny, it isnt and you better hope I will be alright.

Looked like a nice place from the pictures and reviews but we were pretty disappointed. We ordered the Classic Burger and the Asian Chicken Noodle Salad. The burger was fine but not amazing. The Asian salad was not good. The chicken was cold (by design apparently) and had no flavor. The salad itself didnt have much flavor either. This place has all the makings of an upscale restaurant except for the food. Seems way over priced for the quality of the food. That being said our waiter was amazing and so was the manager. We returned the salad and they took it off the bill. The manager also gave us a free desert which was nice. We had the butter cake and it was very good. I tipped my waiter on the full dinner price including the salad so he wasnt penalized for something he had no control over. We will not go to this place again. If you do go maybe just go for drinks or dessert but Id recommend Flemings or Perrys instead.

Went there for lunch on a quiet weekday. Service was very slow took almost 2 hours. I ordered the salmon and asparagus, both were so bad I had to send them back. Tasted like microwaved frozen salmon that had been sitting out too long. They served it in a bowl of flavorless broth?! It was very strange. They replaced it with a chicken sandwich that was really tasty and the manager apologized, but I won t be going back.

I will begin by saying 1 star is what I was going to put, BUT Merve, the Guest Service Manager, and Chef Ron fought hard to make up for a sub-par experience, so you see a 2-star review. My review should come as no surprise to management. They operate like they are having financial issues. The fact that they couldn t make several basic cocktails (appletini, their holiday margarita, and an espresso martini) because they were out of ingredients is concerning for a Saturday evening. It s like McDonald s not having fries. The cocktails that were ordered were not good. The Cabernet I got tasted like a basic Red Blend. There s no way what I had was a $20 glass of Cab I got the Blackened Ribeye and could not finish it. It was so gritty/chewy and NOT worth what they priced it at. Their prices are not aligned with the quality you get. I left more than half of it on the plate. There is no way they use anything above USDA Standard beef, which is why I do not feel the price matches. My sisters and I did not expect a handout. I even let them know. They chose to remove the cheapest item (that we had no issues with) off the check. Hence, the thought of financial issues. Please note: While quality was lacking, I tipped 18%. The problem was not our waiter, Serg (though he was not fully knowledgeable about what was even available to order). It was the overall experience that was lacking.

I visited this restaurant on a holiday dinner with coworkers. From the beginning, the hostess and bartender were so friendly and professional that they set the tone for the night. The food was absolutely delicious,we started with appetizers my favorite was the spinach and artichoke dip , followed by the fist course, I had the seasonal salad ( fresh ingredients and beautifully displayed) for the main course I had the filet Mignon with blue cheese on top ( It was divine, flavorful and perfectly cook to temperature) to end my meal I pick the chocolate cake ( it is so moist and creamy they also add a raspberry sauce that balanced the flavors and compliment the richness of the chocolate. The executive chef was in town, and he approached our table to make sure everything was up to standard and if we needed anything else. This place is on point , perfect for casual dining, special occasions, or solo meal!!

This review pertains only to our Thanksgiving meal experience at Paul Martin s Domain on Nov. 23, 2023. While the service was fine, we were disappointed in our thanksgiving meals at Paul Martin s at the Domain this year. The portions were a good size. The mashed potatoes were buttery and tasty. However, the turkey, dressing, and gravy were very, very bland. The green beans were also bland and slightly overcooked. The turkey tasted more like thick-sliced roast turkey breast deli meat. Even the cranberry sauce was bleh. Small whole berries in a watery base versus a jam-like consistency. My husband liked the pumpkin pie. However, I couldn t eat due to a lactose dietary restriction and that was the only dessert they offered as part of the Thanksgiving meal. No substitution allowed - any others were an additional charge. We don t plan to return for Thanksgiving next year.

Had a very fun happy hour here with friends. Their sandwich and cocktail pairing is fantastic. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, friends had the salmon sandwich and burger. Its only $16 total when paired with an $8 cocktail. I had a glass of wine. Sandwich was perfect. So much flavor. I had had a bite of my friends sweet potato fries because I arrived late and she had hers, and they were the best I had ever had so I substituted the Cajun fries for those and they had no issue. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. Food was fantastic. We had a lot of fun here and I will return.

Food is actually good and well prepared. At least as well as a half an inch thick steak can be prepared. I do not understand why steak restaurants, especially fancy steak restaurants decided to start serving thin steaks. A good steak is 2 inches thick. Do not order the ribeye: it is not worth the $48.

Very disappointed with our experience! The service was horrible . The server was worried more about getting off her shift than taking care of tables . We are very very low maintenance and easy to please but she literally did bare minimum. She did not even want to refill our water glasses . She was too busy sitting behind us talking about her trip to Jamaica and taking off on holidays than serving the tables . It was a birthday celebration and did not feel like it at all . Left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least . I was thinking the whole time we should have spent the money and went to a better steak house . The steak I ordered was not cooked good . I asked for medium well and it came out I would say medium rare . The green beans were not great only thing good were the mashed potatoes. I was sitting the whole time at the table regretting our choice to eat here ! I sat and watched another waitress with blonde hair doing amazing ! Serving all her tables , having conversations with them and doing an amazing job while our waitress just did not care to do the same . Made me really uncomfortable. We most likely will not be going back again .

Open atmosphere, chill and quiet. Some people were working on their laptops. Service was ok. There was a hiccup with the dessert. Came for restaurant week and had to ask the staff if they were doing it since we were not given a restaurant week menu. The waitress didn t even know about it and had to ask. So maybe they didn t train everyone on it. got the salad and steelhead salmon. The salad was delicious. The steelhead salmon was ok, there was a tiny bit of metallic taste to it. Could be from the charred lemon that you can squeeze on top. They forgot our dessert and we had to ask for it. They ran out of the featured dessert, so offered to sub a butter cake slice instead which was delicious and our favorite dish.

Ordered calamari which was very chewy and did not taste very fresh. The seafood shrimp tacos were not so great as well. The shrimp was very dry and may have been overcooked. The batter had a bitter after taste which could have been due to the same frying oil being used all day. We also ordered brick chicken and the steak which were both ok in taste. Overall, the cost of the food was not on par with the quality and taste. Ambiance and service was excellent. They at leaset comped the calamari. We had eaten here before prior to the Covid-era and had a much better experience.

Went for HH, sat at the bar. Ordered a dirty martini which I thought would be the classic martini with olive juice but Paul Martins charged me for a grey goose dirty martini off the non HH menu. Very deceptive, not mentioned by bar tender. Spent $88 on happy hour for 2 . Two drinks and a sandwich meal each. No wonder it was empty. No attempt to save the experience by host, just told me that s what he saw on the menu - no empathy
