In 2018, the lives of my wife and I, and our son-in-law, were completely upended by the death of our youngest daughter, who was a very special bright spot in our family. After being married only six months, she died in Austin from injuries suffered in an avoidable accident. My wife and I hoped to avoid any other family losing a loved one in the same fashion. As a dad, I had to understand what happened to my daughter. I spent months investigating the facts of the accident and speaking to at least a dozen law firms. Eventually, I spoke with Joel Levine, Dave Wenholz and Daniel Smith. They were very willing to represent us although our case had difficulties, when no other firm would represent us. We benefitted from very effective and excellent representation of Dave Wenholz and Daniel Smith which resulted in a settlement of our case right before trial. My wife and I cant begin to say how much we appreciated that our attorneys believed in our case despite its challenges, and were zealous advocates for our daughter. We cannot recommend Joel, Dave and Daniel highly enough.

I was referred to Joel Levine by Kansas attorney I clearly called them for call backs , I recieved a call that I missed I returned the call to reached out . Never called me back took them 3 weeks to call me back I told the lady it s been a non injury case it should be on the notes and all the waiting for her to tell me they do not handle non injury case . I suggest better communication by this company. Honestly waisted my time , did not take consideration I understand theirs a line but for 3 weeks is rediculous are you calling one person per day ? . The referral lady by my job takes up a week and does not take this long to get in contact with her customers. I suggest the front lady that answered the phone to know what type of cases you guys allow and don t to avoid time waisted personally for the customer and the sake of the co worker .

I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience with the law firm of Joel A. Levine. I was lucky to have Alberto de la Torre as my attorney and he did a phenomenal job. My mom and I were sitting at a traffic light on FM 1488 one afternoon and were hit from behind by a Ford Explorer going at least 60 miles an hour. We were fortunate to walk away from the accident, but it took me a long time to be able to resume the active lifestyle that I love. Alberto walked us through every step of the process to make sure we ended up with a settlement we were happy with. I also appreciate that it never took him more than a day to get back in touch with me when I texted or called him. He went above and beyond for my mom and me and we were both thrilled with the outcome. I also worked with Veronica Maya on all of the paperwork towards the end of the process and she was fantastic too. I highly recommend both of them and would use this law practice again. They really take care of the client and had my best interest in mind at all times.

This may be a little bit of a long review, but when you are going through a Personal Injury Case, like I did for 8 years, you want to know if the Review is legit. Yes, you read that right, 8 years. That is not normal, don t worry, and it is not the Lawyers fault. I also ran through 3++ Lawyers circumstantial (Covid etc) The Team at Joel Levine, were the final Running Back that got the case to and Across the Finishline. And I think that is important to know. In a profession like law, it is easy to dragggggg things out. But with the Team at J Levine, they were focused on running the ball and closing the deal, successfully. We were ALL prepared to go to trial. 48 hours before Day 1 of trial, A reasonable conclusion was available. But I want to restate, the team was ready to go, for the week of Trial. In Law there are Closers, there are Trial Lawyers. That is what Team Levine is, closers and Lawyers willing to prepare for Trial. (Which is Important in PI) It was a very long road for me, and I am glad it is behind me. I highly recommend Team Joel Levine.

I was transferred to this office from Daniel Stark and Got Alexander Cummings. He was the worst. Lied to me at every turn . Talked badly about me in an email he didnt know I was on as well. Never even fought for me on my case. Please dont trust him with your case.He tricked me into taking a settlement I didnt want to take by telling me if I didnt take it that it would at least be another year or more before we could get into court and for what maybe another 1,000 if we even get it .Then tried to cheat me on the settlement money the agreement was 33% and he tried to charge way more than 33% I did the math and got mad when I asked about the over charge then when I called Daniel Stark it was corrected because she saw the over charge as well.

The facts were very clearly on our side, but as anyone thats had the misfortune of having to deal with a lawsuit before knows thats not always enough. Joel and his team did an excellent job making sure the law worked for us as well. On top of that Joel always made time to personally explain all the relevant law, steps we would need to take, and possible outcomes or next steps to me. Attorneys are busy and dont always have the time to get into that level of detail on every legal issue at play, but Joel always made time. After an extremely bad experience working with another law office for over a year and absolutely getting no where, I was referred to The Office ofJoel Levine. Much to my surprise and delight, I found that this office was much different. From my first meeting with Joel this firm had found someone needed in my case within 24 hours! The other firm I had worked with had a year and just kept making excuses or not returning calls for weeks on end. Both Joel Levine and Daniel Smith returned calls and emails, always within 24 hours, many times within the hour. I really felt they heard me and my concerns as well as the explained the process and what they were doing the entire time.
