It s disappointing to face baseless accusations. Your response reveals a lot about how you handle dissatisfied clients, and quite frankly, it s not surprising. This review is rooted in my genuine experience with your business. The only thing disingenuous here is your feigned concern for clients. There are many lawyers in this area who truly care and deliver on their promises. I m recommending them instead and suggest others avoid your services. Your unwillingness to accept feedback does not excuse making false claims.

I was involved in a no-fault accident that ended up totaling my car as well as giving me serious back pain. Having never gone through this, I was confused on what to do next when I was advised to seek out a personal injury lawyer to help me recover and fight for me in receiving my insurance payout. Openly, I googled personal injury lawyers and contacted a few. Mind you, this is around 6pm on a tuesday night, and I received automated emails from every single law firm, except Ards. He actually called me within minutes, introduced himself, asked me about my accident, and advised me on best next steps. He made clear while he wasnt a medical professional, there were some things I should do to take care of myself (like go to the ER), and he told me he was available to text throughout the night in case I had any questions. As I began to build my case, he made it easy for me to understand the process and was transparent throughout the entire thing. Things like timeline, payout ranges, and general expectations were always level-set so there was no surprise when anything happened. To say he communicated clearly would be an understatement. Him and Emily both were diligent and available whenever I needed. Our case was fortunately figured out quickly, which I can only assume is due to Ard and his teams thoroughness in presenting it, and Ive received a settlement that will help me move on from an unfortunate life event. Im extremely grateful to Ard and his team, and cannot recommend him enough if youre involved in an automobile accident.
