Duke Hildreth possesses diligence, professionalism, and an enormous amount of Texas law knowledge! With the combination of these possessions he makes for an amazing defense attorney! Allow me to provide my personal experience during my client / attorney relationship with Duke Hildreth. He was prompt, upfront, attentive, strategic, and aggressive v The State of Texas. I was facing up to 20 years for a felony assault with a deadly weapon and Duke was able discover and articulate facts and preclude the State of Texas from meeting their burden of proof and I was acquitted. Duke showed resilience throughout my entire case which resulted in a best case scenario for me. I couldnt be anymore satisfied with his services. Best defense attorney in Austin!!!

To sum it up. I am a five-time felon, with 2 Visits to TDCJ, in line for the habitual enhancement (facing 25 to life & Williamson county) Mr. Hildreth somehow miraculously got the case reduced to a misdemeanor/Time served!!! No probation & no jail time. Im speechless. The fact that this was Williamson county, it should be a front page headline

Duke works wonders. He is quick and clever under that calm demeanor. He was frank and honest with me about the realities of my case. It did not look good. I could easily have done prison time - and a lot of it. But Duke was like a dog with a bone and never gave up on me. It doesnt matter what you are facing, hire Duke. I followed his direction, took the classes that were assigned, kept a steady job, stayed clean like he asked me to, and he gave me my life back. I owe him such a debt of gratitude. Duke has received so many phone calls from me with the absolute worst news possible , and he has taken me from the darkest point in my life and brought me out of it , hands down best lawyer and stand up guy , I love the way he doesnt sugar coat it , hes a straight shooter and if youre willing to get up and go to work and do your part as being a cliemt rest assure Duke will not disappoint , I HIGHLY recommend him and his partner,I accidentally over paid this man and he returned the money when I didnt have a clue ,that speaks volumes and shows integrity . Duke Hildreth is a man of his word, he has helped my fiancé beyond belief and I highly doubt he know how much we appreciate all of his knowledge/assistance given to us.
