I cannot recommend Robert enough. His services as a lawyer were excellent, but I was especially impressed with how well he communicated. THIS IS SOMEONE YOU DONT WANT REPRESENTING YOU. I felt like I was lied to, manipulated, controlled and scammed! I paid him a retainer fee of $5,900 for a case that was served to my husband with my (minor) sons name on the petition as the respondent. HE insisted, This is a legal document. What person in their right mind would agree with such nonsense? In the petition, he made false accusations that I advised him to take out that were not true, and he failed to do so. Dont waste your money on this man. TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE. HES NOT WHAT HES ALL HYPED UP TO BE. Dont be the next victim.

Where do I start . From Day 1 Mr. Robert explained my situation to me in a manner that I could fairly understand. It was a stressful moment , he explained to me everything I needed to do in order for everything to go smoothly and I listened. Dealing with courts its always stressful but Mr. Robert is the Guy that will come through with the results. Along with that he gets everything done in a timely manner. One star. I was coerced to give a review before the case was complete and you quit, refused my calls and texts. The case is still ongoing. Next hearing Jan 18, 2023. You lied several times throughout the case and you even lied to opposing counsel!! Told her you advised me to take their initial offer but that I refused. It s opposite what happened. You told me not to pay the lower amount because you could get it lower. Now I m paying 2 1/2 times more because you lied and gave all my boyfriends financials over after you said you wouldn t and it s not even legal!

I hired Mr. Kiesling while I was in the middle of a very stressful and confusing custody battle with my ex. I already had an attorney but was getting absolutely nowhere nor any basic questions answered. I felt like I was losing the battle and didnt know why and things kept dragging on. However when Robert Kiesling took over my case things starting happening very quickly! And in my favor! My questions were being answered and explained! I finally felt some relief. Coming from a back ground of customer service and high pressure to produce, I was blown away by the work ethic, determination, persistence, honesty and communication while working with Robert Kiesling. Like many others in the family courts we were dealing with a long, drawn out, stressful and complicated case where the odds were not in our favor. When we met with Robert he asked what we wanted and did not bat an eye when we asked for something that most judges would never award. Amazing lawyers. Our lawyer went above and beyond for our trial and was able to get a better deal than we could have hoped for. On top of that, communication was always friendly and up-to-date and we felt very supported the whole time. Finally, our court date was over in less than 2 hours since our attorney was so on top of the paperwork that we were one of the first trials to be heard for the day. Mr. Kiesling was a God send!!! I was having difficulty with a long drawn out divorce, division of assets, and finally custody battle with my ex. My previous lawyer got me halfway there, but then faded out. However, with Robert on my side, we were able to complete all of this mess and confusion in around one month! I retained Robert Kiesling for my divorce. Unfortunately my case was preceded by severe domestic violence so it is not considered a simple divorce. I called him 4 days before my scheduled hearing and he was able to get a handle on it immediately. He worked with my financial situation so that I could retain him as soon as possible. He was able to get me temporary spousal support and helped represent me so that I could obtain a 2 year protective order against my ex. All only a week in a half after he was retained. Robert is very knowledgeable in multiple areas and quick to respond and get the work done. He is a great person to work with under the magnitude of stress these situations can cause. I would recommend him to any family member or friend! Excellent attorney!
