Very unprofessional group. Was hired on as their part time assistant after doing hours of interviews, only to get a call after two days of training stating that they decided they needed a full time salesman for their firm and not another assistant and completely changed their mind on the role.

Met David Groom about 5 years ago. True professional. All the knowledge, talent, and skill of a big firm (maybe more), but still the efficiency, immediacy, and personal touch available only from a more nimble operation.
