My situation was definitely complicated from the start especially because this was also during COVID-19, and this man fought for my case for 2 years and always made sure to be on top of every detail throughout that time. I could always come to him with 100% honesty and get the same back. He helped me through a really hard time, showing me that our justice system is completely broken. Victor is very understanding and efficient. My case was very messy, and a few unfortunate external events happened on my end that changed my circumstances. Victors an excellent lawyer, but even better human. The judicial system has turned into this giant machine that just eats up individuals without looking at any mitigating circumstances other than whats on paper. If you dont have an attorney that goes above and beyond due diligence you will be in trouble. As my attorney he got to know me personally and represented that to the court.I will be forever grateful for his service, he definitely went above and beyond.

So my wife got into a snag in life where she made a bad choice. She was facing enhanced theft charges where she would be facing a State Jail Felony and potential prison time. Victor was absolutely amazing. Sad to say she has encountered many attorneys in her lifetime, I have never honestly had an attorney that made us feel as if they were genuinely on our side. She was fully honest and forthcoming with him and he returned the same respect back to her. He did not view her as a criminal, he viewed her as a human being that made a poor choice in life. He was able to work out a deal where she was given a chance to prove herself to society that she can change. Her charge essentially will be dismissed all because Victor worked diligently on my wifes case. If we had a question he responded promptly if we had any issues he was there I highly recommend hiring Victor for any needs at all that involved the courthouse. So, to preface, I was driving my motorcycle on Manchaca near/towards Slaughter: it was a cold morning and I made the mistake of pushing the throttle a bit too much while warming up the bike. I got clocked @ 60 in a 45, for what was, literally, just a few seconds. So, I pull over ASAP, and set my HEAVY bag, full of delicate items, down in the grass. At that point, the officers forgot entirely that I was speeding and wouldnt stop questioning me about my bag... eventually cuffed me, threw me in the car, and decided they could rifle through my stuff. They found a vape device and a THC cart; things that belonged to a friend of mine in California. So, naturally, they gave me a warning for the speeding but locked me up for a felony possession... Enter Victor Ghaemmaghami. Like Clark Kent, he hit the telephone booth and immediately exited, transformed, into a Super Man. He, initially, called me while I was busy and left an efficient thoughtful message to let me know that he was taking my case. I was able to return the call and eventually fill him in with the details and why my friends stuff was in my bag. He then began to collect evidence from the police/DA/court/whoever. After that, we connected through text messages. The first court date was pushed back. By the time that the 2nd court date was a week away, Victor had already texted me confirming that the case WAS DISMISSED. So quite literally, I never even entered the courthouse and got the best possible outcome. How could I leave anything other than a 5-star review?!! To everyone else, Victor can most definitely help you through your legal matters, and most of his advertising must come from word of mouth; so, if, like me, you have been clearly wronged by the law, he can fix it and would love to see your review here on Google :) To Victor, YOU ARE THE BEST! Victor is a subject matter expert when it comes to Texas Law! He is determined to battle a case out to the finish. Victors goal was to make sure I was victorious and could go about my daily life. Victor was assigned to me as my court appointed attorney!!! I was hesitant at first about the whole case and what happened to me, yet he quickly assured me that my case would be taken into good hands and he did exactly what he said. My family member was arrested for DWI a little more than a year ago, and we had no idea what to do because we were in a tight spot financially and had never been in legal trouble before.
