Kerry was extremely helpful. Ive never been involved in a personal lawsuit, and from the beginning he was very clear on setting expectations and making sure I understood everything clearly before making a decision 1 way or the other. He was a very good lawyer and proved that time and again through my case, but more importantly I knew I could trust him to do what was in my best interest.

Kerry is a stand up guy, a great lawyer, and an excellent person to retain for your case. Having never being part of a civil suit for money owed, I had no idea what to expect. Kerry coached me along the way for the almost 3 years that the case took, making sure we understand all of the legal jargon, next steps and our rights. Ultimately, I am very happy with the result, thanks to the great work by his firm. You will not go wrong if you hire his team to represent you.

After being denied a retention bonus from my previous employer, despite maintaining employment as agreed upon, I was very distraught (needless to say). I reached out to the O Brien law firm for a consultation through the business web page. Mr Kerry O Brien s follow up response to me was very prompt. He was very pleasant and his knowledge was evident. He educated me on what could be my options in handling my situation. With my permission he reached out to my previous employer via email. In a matter of days the money I was previously denied had been direct deposited into my bank account. I am truly grateful for Mr O Brien s assistance in helping me obtain what was owed to me. What could have been a long stressful process ended up being a very short process due to the assistance of Mr Kerry O Brien.

I contacted Kerry for a case which he reviewed even though he was fully occupied in other cases. He also suggested few of the options that doesnt need attorney and helped me understand few of the things related to laws. Never had such an attorney that is so willingly to help and takes timeout from busy scheduled. Thank you so much Kerry !!

When stuck in an employment legal issue, I suffered a major panic attack. While on the phone for our first consultation, Kerry talked me down, and after agreeing to take my case, insured me that he would let me know if there was any reason for me to worry about anything related to my case. His reassurance and regular communication helped me through this ridiculous situation (because thats what it was) while not letting my anxiety get out of control. He was informative, practical, and down to earth. At no point did I feel like I was belittled for my lack of knowledge or that my questions were dumb and/or irrelevant. He took my personal situation into account when making suggestions on how to handle my case. For the service and support I received, he is VERY reasonably priced. I read another review that claims Kerrys the one you want on your side, and its very true. Not only did he do an amazing job with the legal situation I was facing, he did an amazing job supporting my peace of mind. Im hoping Ill never need an employment law specialist again. If I do, Ill reach out to Kerry. If I ever need a lawyer for anything again, Ill still reach out to Kerry for recommendations because I know hell point me in the right direction. And, on the lighter side... his initials are KO, and I mentally refer to him as my knock out punch. As silly as that sounds, thats really how great of an attorney he is.

Honest, trustworthy and very straight forward. In unvarnished truth he will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. He has tenacity coupled with a degree of tenderness but never losing site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for his client. This review is long overdue and Im truly embarrassed for not posting this before as people need to know what kind of an attorney is Kerry Obrien. Kerry handled 2 cases for me, one in which he so victoriously won and a second that I know (in my heart) he will also win. Both cases were extremely complex, however, Kerry is such a dedicated human being and caring (although he might not always express it), he is truly an amazing attorney. Kerry is extremely professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, persistent, detailed, strong-willed, humble and most importantly a FIGHTER! We all want someone who will have our best interest at heart specially when the reasons for hiring an attorney is due to reasons such as illegal and wrong doing on behalf of others (companies/individuals). I ABSOLUTELY and HIGHLY recommend Kerry as an attorney no doubt about it. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL to this human being who took on my pain and fought so vigorously for me and my toddler.
