I was referred to Chris Tran by a friend, best decision I made! I was rear ended by a drunk driver at the beginning of this year, I was completely lost at what my next steps were supposed to be. Being in so much pain mentally, physically and emotionally I felt completely defeated. Chris walked me through everything in detail, from my first consultation with him to the very end when receiving my check. The process took approximately 4-5 months to complete, which actually flew by. Having Chris as my guide in this nightmare, and having comfort in knowing I had someone who had so much knowledge in this type of situation was truly a relief. I was working on recovering while he was doing all the leg work to help my case. I never had a question or phone call unanswered! The ladies at the office were also super sweet! Although I ve probably said it 1000x by now, thank you so much for everything!

Chris Tran and his team are a wonderful, dedicated staff who helped my father with a challenging hit and run case. They went above and beyond for us during the 2 years, and were able to get us reimbursed for all the damages we incurred. What I appreciate most is the upfront honesty and the setting of realistic expectations. We were given excellent legal advice early on which ultimately paid off in the end. They will be my family and Is go-to law office in the future, and a top recommendation for anyone looking for legal counsel.

Horrible!!! I am not his Client. My case was very complex and needed an expert opinion from a lawyer who knows Criminal, Family, and immigration. Hence I went to Vinh for an initial free consultation he offered. My experience was horrible with him. I started to give him some background and he stopped me in the middle and asked me to explain what I wanted in one line. His tone, body language, and attitude everything were very rude. It seems like since he is giving free consultation, he has the right to disrespect me. Then when I explained what I was looking for he denied providing such kind of service, which is fine. But along with that, he started judging me and giving his opinion about my personal life. I was there only for 15 minutes. He just literally told me to go away. I could have responded to him right then and there, but I controlled myself just because I didnt want to misbehave like him. I dont understand how such a horrible person becomes a lawyer.

I still remember the day I had been involved in a not at fault auto collision and didnt know who to contact as this isnt my hometown. I had a great previous experience with Vinh at his law office so that was the first thing that came to mind and had been referred to Chris who handles auto collision cases. Chris has been amazing to work with, always prompt, exceptional work and keeping on top of your case and claims getting you the most out of my accident injury claim. I was dreading having to deal with the insurance claims process after getting into a car accident last summer. Luckily, I was connected to Vinhs office through my dad. All I can say is the team at this office is a well-oiled machine. I mostly worked with Chris and Becky - Chris was the file manager and Becky took care of the property damage. They did such a great job keeping me informed throughout the claims process, making sure I understood what was going on and that there was no confusion. Being bilingual, Chris was also great at keeping my overprotective Vietnamese dad updated (: The accident happened June 2021, so in the midst of the pandemic and delays left and right, my car repairs took longer than expected to complete. Although I was originally only supposed to have a rental for thirty days, Becky negotiated additional coverage and certainly eased my anxiety levels since every other conversation with my car manufacturer was along the lines of, Covid delayed this parts shipment. We dont know when your car will be done. I could go on and on about the level of detail and support they provided, but this was just one example of how they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Im grateful to have had this team handle the paperwork and have all the tough conversations with insurance on my behalf. I work from home, so it wouldve been a huge pain navigating this process along with my regular job!

What I like most about him is, he is very organized and would explain any questions that I have very detail. Heard about Chris tran from my cousin after I was in an accident, it was my first accident, I was kind of scared the insurance they gave me I couldnt use the policy number they gave me to make a claim. My cousin told me to call Chris hell take care of everything and he did. Call Chris if you need help hes your guy.

My family has worked with Vinh Tran, and his staff for a very long time. We continue to work with them because they provide us with exceptional service. Secondly, the staff are super friendly, and greet us by name.bthey make us feel welcomed, and dont just see us as just another case load they are taking on. Ive personally dealt with other law firms who have treated us like that. After dealing with Vinh and his staff, never again will we go some where else.
