Hello, I just want to leave my opinion. I had an appointment with the lawyer for about a month and I was so excited about that appointment to have some hope and when it came I told him my entire case and he really just told me that he was going to check my case and that I did qualify for a type of visa but that I was going to check my case further and he was going to send me a message or call and its almost a month and no one has spoken to me or sent me a message its as if I had only paid for my consultation and I am totally ignored Im so disappointed in maruri law group

The truth is that I do not recommend this lawyer. Before making the consultation, they gave us hope. The last assistant who spoke with my husband on the phone told us that he had a chance of settling and in fact he told us that they do the questionnaire to see if the person can apply for residency and prevent the person from spending their money in vain before attending a consultation in person (I mean) they already ask everything before going to the consultation they had all the information and they repeated the same questionnaire in the consultation we did it The first time I spoke, they sent it to me by email, then I spoke again with another assistant who I believe was doing it from home and then the last time I spoke in the office. They contradict themselves, they dont even know how to lie, 3 times my husband did the questionnaire, there is no communication or they just dont care and only for them to tell us that they couldnt take our case, that there was no way to qualify when at the beginning they gave us hope and only It was to steal our money from the consultation because thats why they didnt take long, the lawyer didnt even show up and she only showed up to repeat what the assistant in the office had already told us and the lawyer didnt even have the dignity to apologize that everything hadnt been done. That time with us only arrived about 15 minutes before the consultation ended

My husband and I came to Eliana with our immigration case after we got married and we are so happy we did. We were concerned and worried after seeing so many horror stories about violent deportations in the media and online, we didn t know what might happen or what to expect. Eliana and her staff were all super friendly and helpful and helped eased a lot of our worries. When we started this process we were very careful of who to pick to represent my husbands case.
