Please read this before making any decision. Most of positive reviews can be paid but negative reviews are generally real. Ques, - Why do you want to hire a attorney. Ans- to erase basic mistakes in petition, for speedy, simpler, precise and well documented petition or to avoid RFE. Here at Joseph law firm - Your simplistic case will be deliberately delayed, misrepresented, basic negligence, grave mistakes, no solution to your query, concerns and no getting back to you on their mistakes or no apology after committing mistakes. You dont believe it right -- My pain started after I finalized this law firm after research. I wanted a lawyer who is in Austin nearby my place and approachable in person instead of sharing sensitive information online or through email/phone. How do I got trapped. Mine was a simplistic case for spouse based green card (AOS) with all proof/homework done. Just need to do basic filing for first timers to avoid basic mistakes and few suggestion on divorce from my past marriage in 2009. They assured me of smooth transition and no RFE based on my case as it is super solid. What unacceptable things they did. Despite asking my information in 4 platforms i.e WhatsApp/SMS/Email/call well in advance yet they made blunder basic filing mistakes and later try to blame me/client for it. Can you believe it --Yes they put all information wrong in haste, fill information on the sake of filling making grave/ tremendous mistakes in petition right from wrong divorce date, wrong US addresses, wrong translation mistakes, wrong name mistakes. They didnt translate my birth certificate affidavit from my home country to English. After multiple attempts to connect with them for weeks for their fault they stopped taking/replying my calls/messages. In spite of asking for an apology for law firm gross negligence from beginning they neither share apology nor showing willingness to make corrections in petition, they were unwilling to help/rectify errors made by law firm after repeated requests. I have to send them multiple reminders in mails/calls/messages. Ironically they started making excuses they didnt receive RFE notice or getting my mails as were out of office. Imagine not getting suggestions/inputs/help/information for your petition after paying huge fees to law firm. Lately I asked for solution on my RFE (Request for evidence) as my Birth certificate was wrongly submitted without translated in English. I begged for help the week before my biometric date yet again withholding help not even willing to share what went wrong in petition or willingness to share information how to rectify/proceed with it. My case got on hold by USCIS due to unavailability of response or solution on my RFE document either my EAD was approved but due to RFE its on hold too. This law firm will be there only for your money once you get trapped like me they will abandon you and hunt for next client.

PLEASE READ THIS UNTIL THE END! I need to share my experience with Joseph Muller. I found him online and it got my attention his 5 stars and good reviews so I decided to hire him as my attorney to help me with the process of getting my green card. At first was amazing, everybody told me about hire an attorney for this process so I was happy to have someone to trust. We couldn t pay at once his fees, so we both, Joseph and us, agreed that we will make small payments every month or so, since the process is so long, we had more than time to do it. By that time, one of my friends was in the same process but with a different attorney, and she was keeping me informed about everything, but not Joseph, so I sent him emails asking him for info that I think I should have known, like the medical exam is valid for 4 years, like I was able to renew my drivers license, the covid vaccine was a requirement for green cards, etc. I had the chance to get my medical exam done before this, but he told me in a couple emails, I didn t need it yet, so I trusted him. I couldn t get the vaccine, he expressed it will be very expensive and they will likely deny it They are extremely rare waivers the waiver is pretty difficult to get , etc. I was so desperate, so hopeless, and the attorney that I thought was helping me, was not just not helping me but taking my faith and broken my life apart and my family s. I told him I just wanted to go with my husband to the interview. And that is not the end, he decided to end the contract since I didn t pay off his fees( I just owed him the last payment of $200). He abandoned me more than half way. I had to do everything by myself, including the waiver. He made my case a nightmare, longer and more than $1000 expensive. When I asked him that the least he could do was getting part of my money back since he didn t finish my case, his answer was NO. Honestly, I couldn t keep the money for a client which I know I messed up, but he did, and he didn t care. So no, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JOSEPH MULLER. Nobody deserves what he made me and my family went through. There are so many other attorneys that really care about their clients and they will fight for them. Don t spend your time and money. I hope nobody else has a problem with him. UPDATED: Now you say you ended the contract because I refused to meet for the interview and stopped making payments??? THAT IS NEW! Wow it s not nice to lie I ll be embarrassed At least now people know what could happen to them.

I like it so far because the lawyer is very understanding and especially I am Deaf client. The lawyer quickly provide ASL interpreter in the zoom which is nice that he did. I had tried to call my area in Killeen, - they refused to provide ASL interpreter and they give me hard time as well because I really need communication with information especially the immigration is very complicated. Suggest you guys go this company because they know legal ADA for deaf communication access and legal immigration.

What is filling fees for Pending Asylum Initial EAD, i have sent my application 4 times and all the time i have got my paper back with incorrect filling fees notice. Once i have sent 410+85 and then only 85 then 580 and lastly i did not send any money. I am really confused that what is correct fee. Moreover it is my first work permit under asylum category but i had work permit before under another category which is C09. I am applying as an applicant in asylum application of my wife.
