Insects central!!! Absolutely disgusting! The room was dated, kinda depressing. Plus there is no food anywhere in the hotel, not even a snack, if you dont have a car youll pay $30 for a sandwich by Grubhub. There is nothing around in a walkable distance. We attended a wedding and had to sit in full sun the whole time. Rooms: Dated, large, just okay Nearby activities: Zero Walkability: No place to walk to Food and drinks: Zero food or.drinks in the hotel, while they have a large dining room - why??

Vintage Villas went above and beyond when it came to helping us enjoy and live out our dream wedding! Alexandria and all of the staff at Vintage Villas were so helpful, sincere, attentive to detail, and willing to guide us at any turn. They were quick to respond to our questions, provide us suggestions, and went out of our their way to make sure our special day was perfect. Our guests could not believe how pretty the venue and the view was; it is hands down one of the best views Austin has to offer. The food was impeccable, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, and our day could not have run smoother. Anything we needed or asked for Alexandria and all the staff were there to save the day! We love Vintage Villas and couldnt imagine our wedding day anywhere else! Rooms: All the rooms on the venue look out over the lake, have comfortable beds, and beautiful furniture. Nearby activities: There are numerous restaurants, breweries, and steakhouses in the area, as well as countless hotels and Air BNB rental properties. Noteworthy details: Vintage Villas is located in the beautiful hill country of Austin and it overlooks Lake Travis. Everyone who works at Vintage Villas takes immense pride in keeping the property looking gorgeous and classy. I really cannot think of a better location to hold a wedding or any big life event.

As a guest, this was a lovely venue. The only negative for us was the food. I dont know if the catering is connected to the Villas or separately hired. But, the caterers could not accommodate my sons food allergies. Fortunately, we found out in advance and ate before we came. I still think my teenage son was kind of hungry not being able to eat from 5:30 until 11pm.

Choosing Vintage Villas for our wedding was the best choice we could have made! The customer service experience is exceptional, specifically Samantha (Director of Sales for events), is very patient and responsive and was super helpful to us with any questions we had leading up to the wedding. The day-of wedding staff were also lovely and did an amazing job catering to us and our guests. Not only is the venue absolutely breathtaking, but the food and the drinks were AMAZING! Most of our guests told us that the food we served at our wedding is the best food they have ever had at a wedding and was absolutely delicious (they were very accommodating for vegans/vegetarians and other dietary restrictions too). We also decided to serve margaritas as our signature drink and they were so delicious we ended up ordering a second batch the day of! We could not have been happier with our choice to use Vintage Villas and 100% recommend to anyone looking for an all-inclusive wedding venue in Austin!

My now wife and I got married here, and had the most magical day possible. From our first tour, to planning, to the day-of and the end of the wedding day, we were treated so well and had top notch care. All communication was professional, and we were given so much guidance and help through the wedding process. Wedding preparations can be beyond stressful, but Alex and Vintage Villas helped to alleviate that stress so much, and our perfect day was complete with a beautiful view, constant check ins on the bride & groom, and help with coordinating on the wedding day. I would highly recommend trusting them with your special day if you consider here- you will NOT regret it!

We recently had our wedding at Vintage Villas, and it was the best experience we couldve ever imagined. From the first time we toured the venue to the day of our wedding, everything was how we imagined it, plus more. Our wedding coordinator Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted was perfect. She was super easy to communicate with, extremely helpful, and was a huge part of what made our big day flow so smoothly. She was on top of everything, and she and her assistant Karlee helped make the day flow smoothly, easily, and with as little stress as possible for a wedding day! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and staying at the Villas was a huge plus. Being on site for our wedding made everything so much easier. Daya in the front office of the hotel was also amazing to work with. She also made sure we had everything we needed, and was extremely accommodating to us and our friends and family who were attending the wedding. Everyone wants their wedding day to be magical and unforgettable, and the entire team at Vintage Villas did just that from day 1. Highly recommend!

Matthew and I booked the Vintage Villas as our wedding venue, we were married March 10th, 2024. It is two days after our wedding and I am thrilled to share our experience at the venue. First and foremost, I want to share sentiments of our guests. We were wed under the Gazebo and did our first look underneath the Arbor/Travis. Both locations are breathtaking. Our guests commented that the scenery created the illusion we were in another country - we heard Italy a lot! The views from the villas are unforgettable, photo opportunities exist around site and any available location on-site is open the day of the event, you may migrate to any space to capture the beauty of it. We moved forward with a morning ceremony/brunch reception, a unique idea offered by few venues. The food was incredible and complimented heavily by our guests, many of my single-ladies suggested that they now also wanted a brunch reception. A morning ceremony definitely meant an early morning for me - the bride. Daya and Sam offered me to stay on-site and have access to the bridal suite first thing in the morning, they ensured I would have access to everything and provided personal phone numbers of multiple staff - should I need help with anything. The entire staff felt convicted in their position to making dreams come true and convicted in the venue, it felt like everyone owned the business collectively. We worked with their on-site coordinator, Sam, who was instrumental in our decision making. Matt and I are a young couple who planned our wedding mostly by ourselves, and with 0 experience, we could not have made all of this happen without Sam. Day-of, Sam offered guidance, reminders and communication among us and the vendors. There were many things Matt and I were unaware of, as we hadnt planned a wedding before and Sam offered insightful advice. She was extremely productive in her time with us, shell answer just about any question you have and responds in reasonable time frames. When asking a question to you herself, if she senses hesitancy, shell provide insight and guidance. She was accommodating and definitely the face of our experience at the venue. She even offered a listening ear and some compassion when needed. Although providing a venue is a business, I felt dignified, cared-about and taken-care-of the entire journey. If you are considering a wedding here, I cannot express to you how much I recommend the Vintage Villas. Recently renovated hotel rooms, unforgettable views, amazing food and rock-star coordinators. Images simply dont do it justice. Rooms: Rooms are recently renovated, some images provided by other reviews are not accurate. Rooms are now painted a more-stylish, light green color that compliments the dark wood seamlessly.

The rehearsal dinner as well as a farewell brunch were also held on the property, and the entire staff was absolutely amazing! Its a gorgeous venue, and when we ran into some unexpected weather issues, the staff went way above and beyond to make everything work out perfectly for us! We highly recommend Vintage Vilas!

Vintage Villas is the perfect wedding venue in Austin that overlooks Lakes Travis. I recently had my wedding here and only have amazing things to say. The views are stunning and the event space was the right size for our 150+ person reception with plenty of room for dancing. Every staff members was extremely friendly and the food/drinks were excellent! Reza and Keena helped ensure everything I requested was present, I can t thank them enough. One tip would be to work with an outside wedding planner so they can coordinate with Vintage Villas and make the whole process easier. I definitely recommend Vintage Villas for your wedding!

On the Wedding Venue side: - We loved working with Alexandria as our point of contact for VV. She is friendly, quick to respond and on the ball. I cannot speak to VVs day of coordination services as we hired an outside planner based on the advice of a former VV bride and it was certainly worth it. - For reception chairs, VV only offers the wooden white folding chairs. Although the style is considered somewhat outdated, they looked way better than I expected with our reception decor and it did not detract from the beauty of the evening. - For cocktail/reception food, our guests raved about what we chose from VV and said it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff even stocked our on-site couples suite fridge with extra food and cake that evening! - Their bridal suite is large and came stocked with champagne. The only downside is that the bathrooms are separate from the bridal suite so some guests gathering in the lobby saw me in my wedding dress before the ceremony as I walked to the bathroom. On the hotel side: - The rooms were better than we expected. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious with a great view. It was super convenient for us and our guests. - The front desk is not open at night. - Breakfast is only offered on weekends is not included, which made it tough on our guests that did not have cars since our wedding was on a Friday. Rooms: The rooms are clean, spacious, with a western vibe and super comfortable bed.

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! The views were gorgeous - our guests said it looked like we were in a different country. The food was delicious - the catering team were very thoughtful and made sure that me and my groom had appetizers on the table even before the plated dinner was served... they also made sure to check on me and asked me if I wanted anything to drink from the bar. Keena was our coordinator and she was responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. The venue is a 12/10.

I got married here 8/18 and I can tell you I truly would have never picked another venue/hotel for my wedding day. When I first signed the contract to have my wedding here, there was another girl that was going to be in charge of my wedding and to be honest she wasnt the most welcoming. During our wedding planning process we received and email that she was leaving and that Alex would be taking over our wedding! Alex was the kindest, sweetest person ever!! Every time I was in communication with her it was like talking to a bff. She took care of things and always brainstormed ideas with me to help me find more cost effective ways to bring my ideas to life. Daya in the hotel, was soo helpful when it came to our hotel block and making sue all my guests had perfect accommodations. It has been over a month since my wedding and I miss both of them so much! The views, the food, and service was definitely money well spent. Thank you again VV!! The only reason I gave location 2 stars is because it was a far drive (30 - 40 mins) from AUS where most of my guest were flying into

This review is only relative to Hotel Service and NOT on Events/Weddings held in the resort. The use of ticket for buffet breakfast was not communicated, though Aaron the front desk staff who was there when we checked-in on Aug 25 (CEOs birthday) was very accommodating and had shown an excellent customer relation . Unfortunately, on the 26th, our 3 family members ( 74, 76, 78 years old) were embarrassed when the Front Desk Manager, Daya Justus interrupted them in the middle of their breakfast and asked them to pay $16 each and citing that their free breakfast was on the next day. Our 3 elderly family members were mistakenly regarded as part of a wedding entourage (other group) who were booked for a free breakfast on the next day as insisted by the manager. Our family members explanation were not accordingly heard and so they were highly embarrassed by the front desk managers actuation.(The groups accommodation e.i. room and food were taken cared all together as informed during check in and no one has communicated about a meal ticket for breakfast). Moreover, the inappropriate approach by the front desk manager who happen to rudely interrupt the guests while eating in the restaurant have ruined the day particularly the birthday entourage mood. Put simply, the situation was poorly handled by Ms Daya to the extent that the guests were embarrassed, upset, and frustrated. When we asked to speak to the management, it was aggravated Ms Dayas defensive, rude, dismissive, and discriminating attitude making it appear that the elderly guests were not truthful of their story and that she ( Daya) was not sure if she was understood by them- the tone was like the guests did not understand English. She was told that the guests spoke english well and one was even teaching English for more or less 30 years. Her reply was Oh I didnt know that. Ms Daya went to the concerned guests room and supposedly apologized but it was NOT heartfelt. She dismissed the soft spoken 74 yr old family member talking to her and just disrespectfully left. She also did it to us twice. We understand that a process can sometimes be missed and glitches on communication may happen. But what is NOT understandable nor acceptable is when a service business staff much more a front desk manager will approach their own deficiency in a rude, discriminating, and dismissive manner. All customers/guests deserve a courteous, respectful, and non-discriminating treatment regardless of age, race, status in the society. We requested to have a conference call with the Proprietor and General Manager Thomas today who spoke to us with professionalism and humility. We are thankful to him for the fruitful discussion and we are hoping that the hotels customer service will be improved and that Ms Dayas attitude will not be experienced by other future customers. Vintage Villas is an amazing wedding venue. Sam Overton is a rockstar of a coordinator and deserves a raise. The venue is beautiful and they make it so stress free with the all inclusive wedding packages. Our guests loved the food and space, and I wish we could relive our wedding all over again. My only complaint was the hotel beds. Theyre super rock hard and very uncomfortable. I stayed there the night before the wedding and we ended up not using our comp room due to rather being in our comfy bed back home. But thats more on the hotel thing than the staff/service for our wedding. 10/10 recommend.

I wish you could review Vintage Villas Events separately from Vintage Villas Hotel because I have a different opinion of the two. Overall, our wedding day was perfect at Vintage Villas - mostly because Sam, our coordinator at VV Events, was INCREDIBLE - girl does literally anything and everything to make your day PERFECT. Vintage Villas Events - I totally give the venue and its coordinators 5 Stars - Id give more if they existed! My husband and I live 1,000 miles away, but Samantha made our planning process so easy and was there whenever we had any questions or requests. The venue itself is just beautiful, overlooking Lake Travis, all the landscaping was so pretty in full bloom in April, and the weather couldnt have been better (I know these are things out of their control, but just had to say it). The waitstaff at the venue was also so attentive to us the entire reception - always had full plates of food and never an empty glass! The FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE...seriously the best brussels sprouts youll ever eat. We got so many compliments on our wedding food - this chef deserves high praises. Vintage Villas Hotel - our experience with the hotel side of things was a bit more complicated, overall I still would give them 4 stars, but the main women at the front desk for the hotel really needs to learn some organizational skills. We booked an entire Villa for our wedding party to stay in for multiple nights during our wedding weekend - which this is really cool they allow this and was such a convenience for our bridal party and us for our entire wedding weekend. However, there were many errors when it came to our bridal party and their room reservations. They had other peoples credit cards on wrong rooms, they had couples mix matched in wrong rooms, and one couple even had to stay in one room one night and then check into another room another night because they messed up their reservation (they ended up comping a night due to the inconvenience). We attempted to stay on top of these errors so that no one would have to worry upon checking in days before the wedding, but we constantly had to send multiple emails or call many times before we heard back. We also received a rooming list for a completely different wedding when we requested our rooming list one time - yikes! With all these errors being said, most of them were fixed ahead of time before any of our guests checked in, but the head ache and time we spent trying to get everything correct never should have been that hard in the first place. The rooms were overall very nice though, clean, and the late night front desk manager, Aaron, was fantastic! We had an afterparty at the Villa we booked out and had pizzas delivered around 11pm - he took them to the villa, brought in a big trash can for us and just made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Shout out to Aaron for making VV Hotels a good experience for us.

The front desk lady is rude. When I called from the room to find out about breakfast, she responded in short along with saying, Ok?, and thank you in one sentence as if she was going to hang up on me. The next morning, I went to the restaurant to have breakfast, a server came, and asked me for a card from the front desk in order to have breakfast there. But that front desk rude lady didnt give me any card to give in the restaurant. Even though she mentioned the restaurant location, she didnt tell me that I needed that card from the front desk to have breakfast. After getting the card, I proceeded to buffets area with a plate in hand. I was blocked my way, reaching buffets by a female server saying to me that 1st give her the card to her. It was embarrassing. Again, that rude front desk lady I came across 2nd time for the breakfast buffet rules, AND the same way she responded with a short sentence attached with Ok?, thank you.

The bride and groom went through months of planning, working with the venue to ensure religious requests would be accommodated and despite the venue agreeing and their literal written contract, these requests were completely ignored day of. No one deserves to have to deal with this on one of the most important days of their lives. Save yourself the trouble and have your wedding somewhere else.

I was MOH in a wedding at Vintage Villas and despite the wedding venue itself being beautiful for an event the service provided the day of the wedding by Vintage Villas staff was beyond unacceptable. The bride and groom provided very clear instructions to their Vintage Villas coordinator to accommodate the religious requirements of their guests and these were completely ignored the day of the wedding, despite being reminded on multiple occasions. Multiple members of the bridal party including myself tried to work solutions with the Vintage Villa staff members who were unaccommodating and had no sense of urgency to remedy the situation. To make matters worse the Vintage Villa coordinator was unreachable the day of the event to speak to their staff and correct their actions. The entire situation was completely avoidable if the staff had simply followed the instructions that were provided by the bride groom well in advance (and confirmed possible by Vintage Villas), OR upon error had being willing to correct their actions on the day of the wedding. This resulted in over an hour of trouble shooting, stress, and anxiety for the bridal party, family, hired wedding planner, and the bride and groom.

The rooms are dirty and so outdated. Honestly, they maintain the exterior of the property very well but if they paid more attention to the interior . they would have much happier guests. This resort is not a resort at all and should be referred to as a motel. Additionally, we attended a wedding at this venue and it was a literal $h*! Show. The staff is highly unprofessional. The lack of quality customer service is outrageous considering this is the service industry and horrible service was provided. A written contract was not followed at all, which resulted in many unhappy guests including myself. The events representative/manager was also completely unavailable throughout the entire event to assist with the issues created by their venue. Overall: Dirty, outdated rooms comparable to a motel. Venue and events staff are incompetent. Venue management does not follow written contracts. Horrible customer service.

From the moment we first saw Vintage Villas, we knew this was where we would celebrate our love. Having accommodations onsite was one of the biggest selling points for us. The convenience of everything being right on the same property was so helpful for us and for our guests. Megan did an outstanding job being our sales manager. She was so patient and so kind with every question and every request I sent her way in our 2 years of planning. Daya went above and beyond to make sure our guests staying on site were comfortable and had everything they needed during their stay. She even called our family back when she found the blanket my distraught 2 year old nephew left behind. Sam was of day of coordinator and boy did she work hard to ensure everything was perfect for us in the month leading up to our big day and on the day itself. She truly crushed it! Everything about this venue is magical. The food was honestly the best food I ve ever had at an event. Everything was to die for. We had such a hard time making our selections after our tasting because everything was amazing, so we got it all and it was the best decision. Our guests RAVED over how delicious everything they ate was. Having a buffet style dinner worried me, because I ve experienced food not being hot by the time the last table is served. This was certainly not the case here. We didn t realize they packed us to go plates but it was an amazing surprise to find them in the fridge the next day. The bartenders were also spectacular. Honestly the entire team here is amazing. I do have some advice for those considering hiring a day of coordinator through Vintage Villas. The only thing I could say that could have been better was the time the day of coordinator arrives day of. We had a 5:30pm wedding and the coordinator services began at 4pm. Although our plan was well communicated and carried out it was tough for the vendors that started setting up at 11am. The 4pm start time was communicated to me but I truly didn t realize what this would be like for the vendors setting up. I had communicated everything I was expecting from the various vendors to them and the day of coordinator but without specific instructions there were some hiccups. Thankfully I had a wonderful friend that stepped in and got the job done but it was something I never considered and wished I would have. Honestly this was my mistake, and it truly didnt end up being a big deal. Just make sure everyone is on the same page. Otherwise our wedding was perfect, and we couldn t have pulled it off without our amazing team at Vintage Villas. We appreciate all your hard work to make sure our day was magical. Thank you endlessly!

We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the past few years, room: Longview Suite. TVs are old and small, do not offer third party apps like Netflix, if using Chromecast or firestick these do not work, seems the Wi-Fi security does not allow this to operate. Both TVs were not fully operational, there was only one remote, the reception on one was continually flickering (blew the connections out and it seems to have worked) likely dust got into boxes/connections causing loose connection. After complaining these were fixed, but compared to other accommodations: TV small screen and old. No clothing storage with the exception of a place to hang shirts, dresses, jackets, coats, most hotels have some drawers at a minimum. Double doors to living area, very noisy, when someone is sleeping cannot exit to other room without making a noise which wakes them up. Blinds in bedroom, left hand door, these were not fully down (like that every time we have been here) we spent considerable time fixing so they could, a knot was tied that stopped going fully down. Shower door, when opened out fully is not level and falls back to closed position, annoying when trying to dry oneself whilst exiting shower. No storage in bathroom, everything must be placed on the counter, crazy as there is so much wasted space underneath. Dining table is wobbly and a possible safety hazard, this goes for a number of chairs also, the legs are wobbly and could give any moment. Nozzle in kitchen sink, water flow useless to clean things properly, nozzle sprays with very low water pressure. No utensils for eating, seems strange considering there is a large dining table adjacent. Cost of room does not include breakfast, considering this place also hosts Weddings and Events, one would expect storage for clothing, make-up, etc. to be adequate, it really is shocking how little there is. I challenge the owner/manager to spend a night there as a guest, all the things mentioned should be self-evident for such accommodations, it simply seems nothing gets checked aside from the daily room service. A guest should not have to point these things out, they should be self-evident for travelers when staying away from home.

Family of 4 stayed for a wedding venue. Great views, friendly staff, very good sized rooms. Price hike for the wedding which I guess is understandable. My only criticism is that they did not offer breakfast the day of the events. Even assorted cereals or basic eggs would have been great considering they hiked the price on us. But overall good experience.

Had our wedding here, and the staff were so helpful and sweet. During the reception, the wait staff made sure that we got to try the hors doeuvres since we were busy taking pictures during cocktail hour. They also saved us a serving each of the dinner and put it in the fridge of our hotel room, as well as a bottle of champagne. Everyone at the hotel were so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The venue manager was also helpful and timely in answer all my questions... and I had a lot of questions! It was a great experience and I couldnt have asked for a more perfect wedding!

We had my daughters wedding here on May 14th. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Samantha Overton was our wedding planner and she handled all the details. Our wedding was spectacular. We had our wedding in the Arbor and Travis Room which is the absolute perfect space for a 70 guest wedding. The view and ambiance was everything we wanted. Then there was the food! It was spectacular as well. All our guests commented on what a memorable event it was. BUT...here is the kicker! Through some sort of glitch our baker got confused on our wedding date and no cake was getting delivered to our wedding. Well, never fear, Samantha and the staff stepped in and found a cake at HEB that would work. Brought it back in the knick of time and put some of the flowers in the arrangement on top and tadah...a beautiful cake worthy of pictures. This is what you want in a venue, someone who will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is perfect!

Vintage Villas was the perfect place for our wedding to happen! Samantha was an amazing coordinator for my mom and me to work with. Everything went off without a hitch because of them. Our wedding cake baker messed up the delivery date in their system, so we didn t end up getting a cake delivered. Well Vintage Villas ran to HEB during our ceremony, bought a round cake and sheet cakes, and decorated them with our flowers. It looked beautiful, we had a cake to cut, and the guests all said the cake was so good (but you can never go wrong with HEB :) ). The guests also loved the venue and said it was the best food at a wedding they ve ever had. I would recommend this venue over and over to any couple or family wanting a stress free wedding/planning experience. They are WONDERFUL. The view drew me in, and the service sealed the deal.

They constantly checked up on us and made sure we were properly hydrated (it was a hot day) by bringing us water. The venue was so easy to work with and Meghan made sure all the details were fleshed out. We were also surprised by how good the food was! In addition, the venue was absolutely beautiful. All of our guests were blown away by the views. 10/10 stars!

I am so so happy that we discovered Vintage Villas. We searched high and low between 7 states and finally landed here! Immediately, I fell in love with the view, but I quickly learned that this venue was so much more than that. The team is absolutely fantastic. Megan is an absolute boss. She is so thorough, responsive, professional, and supportive. I can t tell you how many times I went back and forth about things, how many questions I had (some of which had answers already provided to them), and times where I likely wasn t the easiest to work with. However, not once did Megan make me feel like I was trouble during planning. Day of, she and Alexandria were a dream. We cannot thank them enough. The catering team was fantastic as well. Service was great and everyone raved about the food (both dinner and next day brunch). We got so many this was the best food/drink I ve ever had at a wedding comments. We also booked at the actual Villas for our wedding, and it was the best decision ever. Aaron was especially of great help, coordinating our stay, breakfast, and holding our items in their office. The whole year of planning, he was also very responsive and just so pleasant. We got so many compliments regarding the venue, but if they only knew how amazing everyone behind the scenes was as well! Thank you, everyone at Vintage Villas!

Our stay there these past two days were horrible. I was in a wedding and the bride asked us to stay the night before and the night of the wedding. When we got our rooms the restrooms were filthy. Dirt seemed to be CAKED in areas that should have been cleaned, the tub in the king room was gross and looked that it hadn t been cleaned for a while. In the other room the restroom was the same and the coffee machine looked like it hadn t been cleaned. There was chunks of coffee ground stuck all around inside. When I went to let the service clerk know the next morning, she asked me which rooms and I told her. She then said, That s hard to believe that it s dirty. We haven t had anyone in those rooms this week. So apparently I lied? She sent someone to clean, but it remained the same, FILTHY! Later that evening as I woke up to use the restroom I was greeted by an unpleasant guest a Roach! And not the water bug kind .the ones you get in places that are dirty! I took a picture because I wasn t sure if they would believe me when I went to checkout the service clerk apologized and said he could give me $20 off .I guess that was fine? Needless to say the stay there was not pleasant and the rooms are not cleaned properly! That was only of few of the uncleaned things that we experienced. All of the furniture seems old and looks like it was gotten from garage sales. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Beautiful view and wedding venue with a wonderful staff. The hotel part of it was awful for the price you pay. The beds were as hard as a rock, room wasnt clean, shower had black mold, the furniture was lacking (some had medical tape on it holding the handle in place) and it was missing electrical outlets. During our trip we stayed at a Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn for half the price and had a nicer room, cleaner bathroom and a way more comfortable bed. This is a beautiful place to get married at but stay elsewhere and save some money!

Id first like to say that this hotel and location is very beautiful with incredible views. The staff was friendly and responsive when we called with any requests. I didnt have the best first impression when first speaking with the staff, however, because I called 2 days prior to our stay to make sure everything was in order. I had booked our 3-night stay 7 months in advance, and they had us scheduled to switch rooms in the middle of our stay - not the best guest experience. Luckily, they were able to correct this. It would have been a bummer to have found this out upon check-in, Im happy I called when I did. The room itself was nice and homey. Our bed was so uncomfortable though, for the price of the stay I would have expected a mattress that didnt mimic the floor. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious. The biggest factor for us on the trip was convenience since we were attending a wedding on site. Sadly, I dont think we would stay here again in the future. Side note: the wedding venue was really cute and absolutely gorgeous at sunset, food was tasty. Would recommend the event venue.

Our daughter had her wedding at Vintage Villas on May 22, 2021. We had such a wonderful experience! Throughout the entire process, Megan, our coordinator answered every question and made the process easy for us--they accommodated our wishes on layout and so much more!! On the day of the wedding it poured down rain for most of the day! Megan and the staff at VV gave the weather every opportunity to clear so that we could proceed with the wedding happening outdoors at the Gazebo---that included putting the chairs out, then putting them back in, then back out again! We were so blessed! It literally cleared just in time for the ceremony and cocktail hour to be outside! I know many venues that would have forced us to go with Plan B indoors but they did not! Many thanks to Luis and others that used a blower to dry the area and kept the chairs dry for guests!!! So grateful! Megan kept everything flowing perfectly all evening! The food was amazing--received so many compliments. Thanks to Thomas, the GM who made sure our stay was pleasant and helped make arrangements for family staying as well! We LOVED staying on the same grounds as the wedding! It seemed everyone was there to make our daughters wedding their priority that day and we couldnt have asked for more!!! Such a perfect day!

If I could 0 star this review, I absolutely would. We do not recommend this venue. I made an appointment with Meagan to view the venue. The day of the appointment, me and my fiancé showed up on time with my future mother in law. This was the interaction: My fiancé knocked on the office door, Meagan answered the door and just looked at my fiancé. He introduced himself and then introduced me and my mother in law. She said Ok. there was a long silent pause. I then spoke up and reminded her of the set appointment and she again said Ok- i then asked her if we can go and view the grounds. She led us up the stairs to the ceremony area. In absolute silence. We got to the ceremony area and she said this is the ceremony area. that was it. No added information. It was becoming a very awkward situation for us. I tried engaging her by asking how many people could fit in the space. She simply said 300- again, awkward silence. I asked her to view the reception area. She led us to the reception area and as we entered she said this is where the reception is held (i mean.... obviously)- but her one liners were rubbing me the wrong way. Continuing trying to get more information from her i asked how many people the reception area could hold and she simply responded 300 - at that point i told Meagan we would not be booking with her and she responded with a monotone ok-- so Im not sure what happened to her that day. Im not sure if she was in a bad mood. Didnt like us. didnt like how we were dressed. Maybe she didnt sleep well that night. Im not sure. But nothing about this interaction was welcoming. It deterred us from wanting to book with them. So id recommend Milestone Georgetown because Reagan is AMAZING!

I have my reservation as early as March for a wedding which was cancelled due to Covid19 resheduled it for Oct 10 .They couldnt find my reservation despite my Confirmation number. The front desk told me that he will find a beautiful room for me and will E mail me but never did.I told him the room with the balcony and overlooking Lake Travis. To our disappointment the room doesnt have the balcony and the last building on the side all you see is just a sad looking tree and you hardly see the view of the lake from the window this was the first floor.I went to the front desk and complained about the room which was not my choice .All he could say they were fully booked. The worst when the AC kicks in the sound is like a train coming and seconded by the sound of a loud gushing wind which was all we hear all night.I did not sleep the whole night. It was a nightmare.Despite that the room is not what i expected with the price was okey but the noise was so bad i suggest you make that room as a storage room. We were looking at the place and this is the only room without the balcony and they still have it occupied .That was so cheap on them fooling the customer. We could have gone to other places with the same view but it was too late and the way the sales talk is will make you believe but the lies in that sales talk will not make you go back and tell your friends not to go to this place.

Attended an outdoor wedding here. Loved it! The wait staff was great, venue clean, and gorgeous scenery! The hotel rooms were also nice!

Booked this room for my wife for Mother s Day, specifically because of the tub. Very pleased with the tub, she spent most of her time there. The lakeside view was gorgeous and I spent much time on the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was barely usable, reminded me of an outdoor camp shower you use to rinse off after being in the lake, Not something I d consider using to actually wash myself. But that s not why this place lost 2 stars; the bed was awful, absolutely awful. We both tossed and turned all night and barely got any sleep because we couldn t get comfortable, it was hard and squeaky and the mattress itself looks like it s from the 50 s. I know they are the vintage villas, but for $210 a night I expect a better bed. It was hands down the most uncomfortable night of sleep I ve ever had. I would not ever EVER stay here again unless they got new beds, I d get better sleep outside on a cot. I ve stayed at motel 6 for $50 a night with a nicer bed than this. Beautiful views, amazing bathtubs, clean and quaint. I m sure it s great for weddings, but unless you find sleeping on a stone slab comfy, I wouldn t recommend a night here.

I am a wedding planner and I have worked at Vintage Villas for multiple weddings. Their staff is absolutely incredible on the day of and they all have amazing attitudes. During COVID-19, I had to help a client postpone her wedding, and Erika, one of the sales managers, did an incredible job navigating the changes all while taking care of the clients specific needs. You guys, if you are getting married and you are trying to find a venue that you can have a peace of mind at while there is a lot of unknowns, then you should definitely consider booking here!

We had an awesome stay here! The only thing to be prepared for is that there was not an elevator in our building so if you need that accommodation you may want to call ahead of time to see what options you have. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. The property is beautiful and well kept. I would definitely stay here again. Just to put this review into perspective: I am not hard to please but I do not like to stay in a hotel room that smells like someone else s home or looks overly worn. The bathroom needs to be very clean and the sheets and towels need not have stains or anything else weird going on. That being said Vintage Villas met or exceeded my expectations and we had a very comfortable stay!
