The Biometrics facilitators were friendly and professional. The time from waiting in line to walking out was about 20 min. The lady who verified our paperwork before we entered was very efficient. The lady who took the photo and fingerprints was so sweet and gentle. We had a great experience.

If there is a 0 star, I will give it to the lady she treated me like an animal, or worse, she took my finger and banded it and pulled it, and I already have trouble using that finger it was very painful, I told her to go slowly and nice but she didnt even care about me, another thing is the picture, my eyes was half closed , I asked her to retake it but she said we cant go back .

Man these people right here, I am veteran and they stopped me by the door and letting me in. With my family and little kids they said you should fill out the form outside and then come inside. Please we need someone that knows how to respect. They treat us like criminals. When we got inside there was only one person sitting in 40 chairs hall. I am tired of this.

Discrimination is the main issue Im addressing here in this review. I came here with my father in law for his appointment for his biometrics. A Spanish speaking lady, at the front door, checked us and reviewed my dads appointment document and green card. She has glasses, gray hair (black and white) - short/shoulder length hair, and was wearing a sleeveless blueish/purple dress. She asked if I was accompanying him and I said yes, hes my father in law and he speaks Vietnamese mainly and little English. The lady then told me to sit by the waiting area next to the window and my father in law to wait in line inside. Which we followed her instructions. The entire time, she was telling me this her demeanor was not courteous or nice... it was more demanding. While I was waiting for my father in law to do his appointment, I noticed the same lady that checked us at the front door being very accommodating, professional, courteous and nice to all the Spanish speaking applicants. This was a huge upset in my observation. As my father was next for his biometrics, an Asian USCIS agent helped my father for his appointment. I overheard her, as she was having difficulty communicating with my father in law, ask her co workers if someone came with the gentleman...Before I could say anything that same lady that greeted us, loudly said to her co worker, No! Not even bothering to check for me in the waiting area where she told me specifically to wait. So I was unable to say anything, nor could I help the USCIS agent that was helping my father translate for them Vietnamese/English. Keep in mind there are no walls so I can hear everything! I further noticed the same lady, that helped us at the front door, let a husband and child accompany his wife in the same area while she was doing her biometrics. So why couldnt I accompany my father in law to assist but others can?? I was not pleased with this entire experience and I cannot believe this type of customer service. I understand that there are things that affect us personally but when youre in a professional setting where youre supposed to be neutral and professional please practice what you are supposed to trained to do. Dont treat other applicants differently because they dont speak YOUR home language. Hundreds/thousands and more come here legally to become citizens and I expect the level of professionalism to be there! After my father in laws appointment, I left a comment on a feedback card. This review is more detailed as I had limited space on a small card. I hope that agent gets re trained or something else... Im just saying that our experience was not a pleasant one.

Discrimination toward Asian. The Hispanic lady in the front was very rude. I was treated horribly. Meanwhile, she was so nice to other clients and spoke Spanish to them. Cant understand why this bias and hateful behavior is tolerated here. If I had money, I would sue this place for this ladys behavior for Hate/Discrimination/Racism which caused me emotional distress. Horrible!

Today I was there to make my dads fingerprints for his work permit and a lady at the door with brown hair, you can see her Mexican roots, has treated me very badly. I am a citizen of this country but I have Cuban roots and if there is something super uncomfortable Its racism that made us stand in two lines and we were the first. He placed us at the end. He also didnt let me pass as a companion when everyone in line had a companion. I dont understand why they hire people like that and use their jobs to treat other people badly. I hope. That this department take measures about what happened because I am going to file a complaint, people like this do not deserve to be in this place working Please check the staff they hire. My appointment was today at 9 am.

Despite the current Googles reviews this place is great! The people I met were helpful and polite. The process is well organized. They allow people to gather 10 minutes before the actual appointment time, do a quick document check before allowing the batch to come in and then collecting the data they need to collect. People who missed they appointment might be allowed to come in to work with them after the scheduled batch has finished. Its clean and quiet inside. If you dont want to wait outside do not come 10-minutes before the appointment, the queue is gone in 10-15 minutes, so if its too wet or too hot just wait in your car. But youll be the last in the batch, meaning ~15-30 minute waiting.

The woman at the door was extremely rude, her attitude just shows she doesn t wanna deal with people come in. My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks later and will be travelling, I asked for walk in and this was 8am, she straight said NO, and it was really empty inside. I know many people could just walk in do the finger print as long as you have the letter!!!

The appointment system is very well organized, you have to arrive in advance because they dont make you wait, they process your documents very quickly and in a very professional manner, the attention from the service staff is very professional and the guys are very attentive, you wont be disappointed. It takes a long time to prepare your documents, I give them a 4.9 for customer service.

They are very efficient in taking biometrics. I walked in several days before my appointment but the lady let me in and took the finger prints in a couple minutes. Yes some of the personels might seem grumpy. But think about this, if you have to repeatedly hold other peoples hands and scan their fingerprints for hunderd times a day, will still be able to keep smiling to everyone? If you have repeatedly iterated at the frontdoor that no food or drink allowed but people still take them inside, can you still be an angel?

I dont know why there are so many bad ratings here. I went to USCIS today for biometrics; I was supposed to get biometrics in Houston but was unable to get there so I tried my luck. Everyone was friendly and supportive, they made sure that it was not a big issue here and got me into the line. I came there with about 18 people before me, however it was fast and only took me 20 minutes to get things done. Thank you so much!

Very rude Personnel. The old lady at the reception who could not speak English did not even allow me inside and she took me to the entrance door. I told her that I am service member she did not even care after that. They gave me a piece of paper and told me that you can call them. I started applying for a passport in November last year, and we still havent received it. Today, I called USCIS and waited for almost an hour before a customer service representative answered. I told him that we are planning to travel soon and hope to get the passport as soon as possible. He told me that I have to pay an additional fee to expedite the passport. This is truly absurd. Its the most shameless and corrupt organization I have ever encountered. I have already paid nearly $200 for the passport application online

Thanks so much to the staffers and of the officers of this application support center. I submitted I -485 for processing on March 13, 2023, and yesterday, May 23rd of 2023. My document is approved as a permanent resident. Which took about two(2) months ten(10) days of processing time. This office is really fast with their processing time once you follow all of the instructions and submit all of the required documents that are needed to make your case easier. Let the almighty God continue to strengthen the staffers and officers of this particular application support center. I am so thankful and excited for your speedy approval process. March 5th, 2023 documents sent March 13th, 2023, documents received May 5th, 2023 biometric, fingerprints, and photo taken. May 23rd, 2023 documents approved

My review is not for this office in particular but the uscis service in general, although they increased the things you can do online the phone service is becoming bad in regard that reaching a human being is really hard unless you say a totally different reason than what u need to ask about which is specific information that is not available online, the worst of all is the delay in updating the case information when we report change of address . We changed it a month before they sent the green card yet they sent it to the wrong address, luckily we were able to get the green card from the new tenant because we had proof by the tracking number, the social security card however also was sent to the old address but this one we could not get back from new tenant because social security didn t have a tracking number and they even refused to issue a new number so they r issuing a new card with same number which is so negligent and puts the person in high risk of identity theft without any care from social security. Please understand the importance of your job if you do a little mistake someone s life can be completely destroyed by that I mean they can be deported for missing an important letter and go back to an unsafe country where they die because you didn t do your job on time .

The lady in the front with brown curly hair is EXTREMELY racist, please be careful when coming to this location. I came to translate on behalf of my mother and the lady (who did not want to provide her name after I asked multiple times) rolled her eyes at me and would constantly walk around stomping almost as if she was in a horrible mood when asked a question by me or anyone that would come by (that didnt speak English). Im a property manager and I make sure my staff members treat our residents with respect regardless of race, or gender. I dont understand why this lady is still employed after seeing so many bad reviews on her.

This is the worst USCIS office Ive been at so far. Their manager - Bruce Choe Darling yells at people, acts in rude and unprofessional way. There are quite a few negative reviews about him here, and USCIS has done nothing to stop that. If you had a bad experience, please do spend time and file an official complaint with USCIS, they will have to put that on his record.

Somehow, our appointments were scheduled in San Antonio. So we went to this local office to see if they can take a walk-in service at 3:30 pm. After I explained the reason, we were told to come again at 8 am tomorrow since there were a few more people in line and they are gonna to close at 4. The next day, we arrived at 7:55 and saw a long line outside. We thought they would not take us. Surprisingly, they got our fingerprints done at 8:45 after all the other appointments of 8 am. The staff was nice, efficient, and professional all the time. I do not know why this ASC has so many bad reviews. At least we were totally satisfied with their service and appreciate their kind help.

The service wasnt bad for me but I saw other people with appointments getting questioned a lot and not spoken to politely, so I get why there are so many reviews with 1 star. Be ready with all your documents printed. Do not rely on your phone; do not show them your appointment at this ASC on your phone (have it printed out). Also, you will have to wait outside if you arrive earlier or later than your appointment time. Since it is getting hot in Texas, please be mindful of the time and do not arrive more than 10 minutes earlier. If you are someone who has social anxiety after a year of COVID-related isolation, just think of the people working at this office as robots who need to be given the exact answers and documents that they ask, no more and no less. They are not trying to be rude, they just expect people to give them the exact paperwork and answers.

Worst experience with this ASC. My wife and kids had the biometric appointment scheduled near our previous address in Milwaukee, WI. We received the notices after we moved to our new address. We were suggested by our attorney to go to the nearest ASC since they would process the biometrics at any location. Not only they did not process it here, but they told us to go to Milwaukee and were very rude in their behavior.

Horrible service. The security guy at the door acts as if he is guarding the gates to heaven. He is very rude and arrogant. You walk into the center and everybody is having a nice time. There are almost no appointments but the guys act as if they are super busy. The attitude is that they are doing us a favor. We have paid a fees and we are just getting a service in return but of course you are not allowed to complain. Would vote -5 if I could.

These people are incredibly unhelpful. I missed my original appointment (my fault completely). Tried to reschedule, site said you have missed your appointment on the scheduled date. You can walk in to the VAC and pay for the walk in service at the visa application centre. When I arrived they said this was not possible at this location and that I would have to travel to another city and they had no way to help me. And they take your money for premium service and do nothing!!

People are not kidding when they say the officer is super rude he doesn t even greet and not just me anyone walking in. He asked if I had an appt. I replied yes he told me to fill paper work and I was going to sit down and fill it out and as soon as he saw me try to approach a chair he screamed no don t move like seriously made me feel like I was committing a crime. So I stopped and filled out paper work On the front of desk. He did the exact thing to other people walking in. I feel there s no need to be rude! He could have stated please fill it out here when your done stay here and someone will come speak to you! But no he just likes screaming at people. I felt horrible in this place. The lady that did my prints was ok she seemed miserable too like not even a hello. Definitely would suggest changing the greeting officer or speaking to him about how to handle the process. Hard to see and find from the road. Across the parking lot from the wells Fargo bank and home depot. Lots of parking, not a lot of shade in the summer. Come 15mins early for appointments to fill out paper work. Lots of seating for waiting. I did not have to wait for than 1-2 minutes. Staff are professional, courteous, and helpful.

So much for subject matter experts. The last time I went there (for the biometric appointment to renew my wifes Alien Resident Card) the representative - though friendly and seemingly helpful - gives us exactly the wrong information. Thus resulted in my wifes claim being denied and us having to jump through hoops and eventually resubmit her application - at $620!

I had an appointment at 9.00 am for my daughter and me. We got there at 8.40 am and left the office at 9.00 am. I am impressed. The staff was very nice.

Im in the military and this is the most unprofessional establishment Ive been to! Have way to much time on there hands! Dont really answer your question put no thought into it hurry you off so they dont have to work. I guess it makes better so they can play grab ass in the front. Really who hires these people stealing pay checks?????????? What would probably help is fire everyone there and get some people that want to work.

Funny how crap finds it way everywhere. The employees are on there cell phones but they do not allow individuals to have theirs. When did civil employees start dictating anything to begin with? If youre going to deny phones then change the signs and get rid of no phone usage. Anyone a lawyer around here who can put these individuals in their place?

Officer M. Romero is as useless as the chair he sits on. After sitting for less than 2 minutes with him, he proceeded to read the letter we received from USCIS and say he has no idea why we were denied. When we asked about possible mistakes in the data base he got offended and kicked us out of the office. He threatened to call the guard on me, while Im holding my 3 years old daughter when I tried to explain my situation. He is not qualified to answer questions that dont appear on the USCIS website. He even said my brother is in danger of being deported, which would have been scary if he was right. My brother is a permanent resident and son, brother and husband to US citizens. Romero, you enjoy your suit and tie. It wont last long.
