Worst Freddy s I ve ever been to unfortunately. I love Freddy s but the customer service here is awful. 3 times we ve been and no one answers the drive through. We actually went one time and the employee asked us to wait for 10 minutes and we finally left. As we drove by we saw him just sitting in there on his phone. The employees are running this Freddy s into the ground.

UPDATE: Changing 1 star to 5 stars. Its been 3 months since my last, horrible visit. Things have turned around. The dining room was clean (still opportunities), The food was great, the service was friendly, and the staff seemed sufficient. Ill be back, again. Good job! Original review: Six months ago, this location was my go-to stop after a day on the lake. It was tidy and the manager was always friendly. The food never disappointed. Today, the place was a mess. The mens room was unsupplied and a wreck. When my order came out, the cheese on the fries looked curdled. Upon expressing my concern to the manager on duty, she wanted to debate it with me instead of simply offering to make it right. I insisted the whole order be refunded so I could go elsewhere, and her response was just defiant. Customer Service is about meeting customer expectations and taking feedback when you come up short.

HUGE menu selection of shakes and malts. Staff was on the ball with fast and friendly service. The sheer number menu choices is almost overwhelming, so expect to stand back and deliberate for a while before making your order. Plenty of spotlessly clean dine-in seating as well. Food was good, burgers were good flavor and fresh. Cheese curds were a new experience, but reminded me of lightly fried mozzarella sticks, just not melty. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Tables needed wiped down, and after looking at all the booths, we took napkins and water and wiped a table down ourselves.

My favorite place for a patty melt-- nicely toasted rye with soft onions, provolone and thin beef patties with deliciously crispy edges. They also make the best fries of any fast food place. Finish the meal off with some frozen custard--a delicious treat that makes the stress of the day melt away.

Stopped in here to wait out dreadful 620 traffic. I did not expect to have one of the best burgers Ive had in months! Service was excellent and fast. The place was empty. There were two music systems playing over each other. 3/4 of the tables were dirty. Once we were given our food, the workers disappeared. The patties and fries were over salted. This place was so unappealing from the vibes alone. No one is nice and the drive thru speaker is broken. Way above expectations, a very nice surprise! Super tasty burgers (grab an extra napkin, its worth the drip). Just something special about the grill and a thinner patty maybe? The desserts were really surprising, and Id choose Freddys over DQ every time now. Also, the staff was terrific. Dont get me wrong I love this location of Freddys the staff is great and usually gets my order right but not tonight only on one item. I have pictures of my reciept. I ordered a #1 no onions with mountain dew. All of that was correct but I also added a side of large cheese curds which turned out to be a small in the bag. It says I paid for a large order of fried cheese curds on the receipt which I did order. Good food reasonably priced but slowly served. If you order to go be sure you tell them to prepare the cold stuff last otherwise your custard melts into a shake while you wait for the burgers.

Freddys is the best. I like the thinner double meat patties and the fries. Love the fry sauce. And if youre inclined, have a frozen custard, shake or treat afterwards. Dined in today and the dining room was sparsely populated-- added bonus in these pandemic times.

Our kids love this place for both the burgers and the frozen custard. They are however not the fastest in the world and have often gotten our order wrong so I would recommend checking your order before you drive off. That being said the folks working here are very nice and have been super easy to work with whenever they ve gotten our order wrong.

I have been to a number of Freddys locations and had great experiences, but this particular Freddys is sorely lacking when compared to others. Our early lunch visit, on a quiet Sunday indicated immediately that there was not much regular cleaning happening -- the floors were filthy, many of the tables had not been wiped down, and the mens restroom was a mess. On to the food. The burger was fine, with fresh toppings and overall hot and cooked perfectly, but the fries were cold and the portion was rather light (and I am not a fan of super-size). So, the 2 stars are given for the burger and the very nice and attentive senior that took our order and gladly delivered it to our table. No idea if this is a corporate location or franchise, but somebody needs to address this Freddys failings.

I liked they had a veggie patty and that I could get it as a lettuce wrap. The fry sauce is good. But, both my girlfriend and I suffered digestive upset for two days after and the way the floor is greasy and your feet slide around is super gross.

The burgers are a little different than your typical burger joint in that the meat patties are very thin and cooked well done. The staff was very helpful and made sure that we knew what we were ordering.

Freddys is always excellent, and this location is no different. In what used to be a veritable food desert, they added a bunch of sort of generic food places like chicken express, freebirds, etc. But for my dollar, Freddys rules them all. It has always been hot, fries always fresh, custards always nice and frozen, etc. The staff are always really friendly and cool, and overall its just a great place for a quick meal.
