I am beyond pleased with my experience. My case was challenging to say the least, and I was unequipped to represent myself. With thoughtful and detailed advice and feedback from Michael and his team, my divorce settlement was beyond what Id anticipated. My concerns with my divorce regarding finances and custody of my child were handled with care and concern. I was walked through the process with every detail explained, and the response time and availability for calls and email replies was unmatched. I can t say enough, just how thankful I am for this firm and people willing to fight for me. Cindy Diggs not only got me going in the right direction, she was so supportive and uplifting in the process, as was her team. I finished out my legal process with Michael Araj and he was exactly what I needed. He listened, made sure we were on the same page, was very down to earth, personable and friendly, and was happy to answer my questions, big or small. Absolute sell out, my Attorney Kristy Banda did nothing that I specifically asked for. Her actions hurt my case and she charged me almost 10k. I do not recommend this Law Firm nor Kristy Banda as an Attorney. Look elsewhere, for your legal representation needs! This company and Attorney broke their oath to fight vigorously for their client.

I was very impressed with the effectiveness and professionalism of Ms. Banda and the entire team at Diggs and Sadler. My concerns were handled empathetically and addressed thoroughly. The intake process was challenging but we took our time and got through all of my concerns one by one. The communication from the team was clear and timely. I was particularly impressed that care was taken to give me only accurate information, and if time was needed to find an answer that was clearly communicated. I was also very grateful for the thorough trial prep, as well as being kept in the loop on how I could assist the the team and save their time and therefore my money!
