I called to do an intake which was detailed. I was informed that the lawyers would review my case and that a free consultation would happen if they found merit. I was notified at 8:55am on 7/12/24 that the attorneys would like to speak with me further about my possible case. When I agreed to set up the 1 hour consultation, I was informed that they lawyers would only speak to me for $350 and that was non-negotiable. Unemployed, and possibly wrongfully terminated, I was lied to and disregarded by this firm. I do NOT recommend using them in the future.

Brandie Moser and Jon Rankin worked on my case. It was related to my employment with a previous employer. After 9 months, we were able to solve things through mediation and we were able to get another condition that was important to me. During mediation, Brandie was on top of things. She fought for me with her knowledge of the law and my history. Things ended in my favor because of it. From the consultation to the end of mediation, the firm was stellar in their professionalism and performance. I highly recommend!

They were the complete opposite of what one would expect - they work super fast, they are responsive, they take the time to explain things in Layman s terms, and check in on you as a person and provide reassurance during what is likely a stressful and emotional time. No one likes the idea of getting legal involved in affairs, but when you have to, you want to know that the law firm you engage with actually has your back and your best interests in mind. Without any hesitation I can say that thats the Ross Scalise group. I worked with Nathan who has to be the nicest, calmest attorney Ive ever met (sorry in advance to my attorney family members). His assistance and advice through what was a pretty confusing and stressful situation for me were invaluable. Dont try to navigate employment law on your own; trust me, you dont actually understand what youre reading. Call these guys instead. They got back to me quickly (within hours, in fact!) and everyone I interacted with treated me with the utmost compassion. Highly recommend. My request for consultation sent through their Facebook messenger was responded to within 24 hours. The office assistant called to ask a few questions to better understand my situation and help them determine if their firm was the best fit for my needs. The young lady called back to schedule the consultation for the next day with Attorney Nathan Inurria. Nathan right from the start was easy to talk with and I felt he was listening to my concerns and provided very detailed guidance. Nathan spent almost a full hour with me on phone, with no charge. That meant a lot to me, reminded me how folks used to try to help first without costing an arm and a leg just for some advice. I contacted the Ross law group for an employment law case I had and was referred to Brett Beeler. Due to Covid-19, we only spoke over the phone or via email. I sought a consultation and was told in a live chat that I would be receiving a call within a day. I called the next day to get an update, and was told that one of the three issues I brought up could not be handled by the firm and that therefore there was nothing they could do for me. My other two issues were ignored entirely, and what was said in the chat was much more optimistic than what was conveyed on the phone. Ill tell you what, if there is anything I came to find out through the bike accident I experienced last year, its that having a lawyer in a personal injury case is the biggest stress relief and totally a necessary service to manage the situation. In my case I was between jobs, did not have insurance, and was looking at a crippling amount of debt because of the accident. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Ross Law Group. Megan Evans handled my personal injury case through RLG, and has been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process, which took about a year and a half. I know they had many other cases to resolve, but I never felt worries, but to the contrary,protected. After consulting with 2 different lawyers here in the Dallas Ft Worth area an not getting anywhere we contacted the Ross Law Group via a recommendation of my brother. He had used the firm a few years ago and said they were great. We worked primarily with Dan Ross and Jonathan Sandstrom Hill and I cant say enough good things about them. They kept in constant contact with us, letting us know what to expect each step of the way. We were extremely impressed with their knowledge and expertise. . .they really know their stuff! I came to Ross Law Group at the recommendation through word of mouth. I needed a personal injury attorney, and I ended up hearing from multiple sources that they were the best. The attorneys I worked with were prompt, thorough, and got my case resolved faster than expected. They got me a fantastic settlement and were always professional and trustworthy.
