The receptionist was hands down the most bitter, rude, unhelpful woman I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She even went as far as to Scoff and drop insults. Took five minutes to find a new place with people who were PROFESSIONAL

(unprofessional) Blair Carroll/Michelle Troberman law firm & associates. Id just like to say, thank you for the representation and although I am extremely dissatisfied due to delays on your part, answers to questions, I had, left partially answered, outcomes, attorney references, case file not returned to me as requested etc. Your law firm and associates are Fired (Effective immediately). Ive given written notice by email and now public notice. Although Blair, as I said before its not personal but from a professional standpoint you didnt represent my best interest. Mr. Carroll and his team handled my case with expedient professionalism and care. After reviewing my case Mr. Carroll explained how the process works and that a full dismissal would be the aim. In a few short months, Mr. Carroll and his team not only had my case dismissed but rejected by the district attorneys office altogether. Shelly immediately stood out above all of the other attorneys I contacted because of her responsiveness. Attorneys are not always easily reachable, but Shelly took my call on my first attempt, gave me her cell number, and provided prompt updates during every step of the process. She is sharp and clearly has excellent relationships with the judges, other attorneys and seemingly everyone involved in the process. I was arrested for a DWI back in May2013 and was referred to Carroll/Troberman by a friend. They are a little more expensive than other DWI lawyers in town, but totally worth it! They returned my all calls and emails usually within a few hours with complete and honest answers. I moved to New York while my case was still open and they got me a better deal than I could have hoped for. I would totally recommend these guys to any of my friends if they ever got themselves into the mess I did.

Blair Carroll is a wonderful attorney. He went above and beyond to get my charge dismissed. Even with my prior record, Blair did everything in his power to prove my innocence. He is very easy to work with and keeps you informed on any changes in your case. When he took on my case, I had just had two twin boys and was worried that with my prior record I was not going to able to be there for my children. Overall he was a great success and allowed me to not only be free of charges but gave me the opportunity to a life with my kids.
