Jason Snell and his firm are the single reason we were able to recoup any money from our builder when we ran into a contractual disagreement. Without him, we would have probably not only lost our house, but also all the money invested in it. Through smart application of the law, Jason and co-counsel Lance maneuvered us into a legal position to get the only positive outcome possible. Their entire office is great with regards to communication and keeping their client updated, while also setting realistic expectations.
