Great place for longhorns to hangout at. So close to their housing. And its open to the public too. Great addition and feature longhorn living. Serves drinks and also has billiard tables. There is also a lounge for mainstream gamers. Open to the public too

This place .has so many issues. There is always 1 cashier working at a time, with 3 workers standing around and watching the massive line form. If closing at 10 PM on Friday wasn t bad enough, you can t drink their limited alcohol selection past 9 PM. 9PM! Lanes are not oiled properly, music selection makes me want to jump off a skyscraper. Despite all this, can be fun at times. Might be back

Cheapest bowling and billiards in the austin area. If you re a student, you can get slightly cheaper prices. Lanes, however, are a bit worn and aren t maintained or renovated as much as they should be. Same thing with the pool tables but a few of them run decently.

I came to this bowling alley on Friday. There was a really sweet girl working the counter. She said her name was Paris. She had a friendly smile and helped me with an issue I was having with getting a lane. This alley is super fun and they also have glow in the dark bowling. Not only for university of texas students

Awful bowing lanes and balls. Extremely dry. I would strongly discourage anyone from bowling here. You pay by game and games are not refundable. I bought two games and left after first game. Maybe just go to play pool?

A dangerous environment for kids! We were invited to an 8 years old BD party 12/20/2019.The lights were off. I even told the staff over there that since we have little ones, would you turn the lights on. Of course the unprofessional staff said ok, but didn t turn them on. my daughter fell because It was dark and she couldn t see. She cut her chin open all the way to the bone!!!! I been waiting since 12/20 to resolve this incident, but of course no body is available all the time. The HR is The Worse to deal with! They never call you back! Due to their unprofessional rep once , I have to take a different approach to resolve this issue. Please Please do not take your kids to this place. My child and I were traumatized with the incident!

I don t know how they hired the manager and as a manager! Was playing bowling with friends and it wasn t showing the scores for some reason. But when we asked the staff, they sent us the manager to fix it. I Was going there to have fun, but with the way that rude person talked to us, it was hell! Hopefully they fire him soon because otherwise he s going to let all customers leave.

*THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL / COMPETITIVE LEVEL BOWLING ALLEY* Just a heads up to any league-level bowlers considering a trip here to try something new- I wish I had known before going because I would have saved myself the trip- lanes are not oiled, very bumpy, and much shorter than the standard length...making it impossible to actually bowl at a skilled level. That being said- it s great place for kids, parties, occasional bowlers and the like. It s a very clean and cool environment, black lights are fun and I can see how groups or company parties would love this place for a gathering. Price was decent and snacks are on par with most other places.

The bowling alley are pretty nice, but this place has steep prices and charges for almost everything. It even costs money to use the foosball tables. I went here for an event with a program I was part of and would not return to this place if given the choice.

The Union Underground is a nice place to just relax and have fun on campus for a cheap price. Ive come here multiple times whether it was to bowl or play billiards, I always have a great time. The atmosphere of the place is always super nice and casual with no one getting too rowdy like how it could get if you went to a bowling alley or billiards bar that isnt on campus. Also, the place is smoke free which makes it a plus cause one turn off for me at billiards are when they smell too strongly of smoke. The staff here is friendly and helpful, like I had some issues with my bowling lane before and they took care of it super quickly and efficiently so its not like i wasted any of my time or money waiting on them to find a solution. They also serve food and drinks down here but I have never really had them so I cant speak on taste, but they have a pretty decent variety and I am pretty sure they are legally allowed to serve alcohol here. If you are looking for a wholesome way to have fun around the UT campus then I definitely recommend popping by the Union Underground because it gives you two options for gaming and also just an area to gather and chill with friends while you crack open a cold one of your drink of choice.

Worn down and very short bowling lanes. Bowling balls are beat and very damaged - I don t know why the union hasn t replaced these in so long. Staff can be a bit rude. Prices are the lowest you ll ever find for bowling. Overall though, a wonderful value for UT Students and Alumni. Hook em horns!
