Went to the indoor bar and was pretty upset at what happened with the bartender. As someone in the service industry I understand being overwhelmed and being understaffed. However, it s a part of being in that business and bartenders shouldn t take it out on customers. I ordered a shot of espolón with some soda water and limes and the bartender looked at with me with annoyance and disdain and said how about a shot of espolón and a high noon and then proceeded to charge me $18!!! All I wanted was a shot of espolón with some soda water and limes . I should have refused it but I felt pressured and overwhelmed very dissatisfied with the service

I cannot even begin to say how phenomenal this staff is. We threw a work party here and they bent over backwards to accommodate us and make our evening special. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely love the place the vibes! It s a great place to gather with friends + if you re looking forward to meet new people! Only giving 3 stars bc as a cocktail girl I hate how bad the espresso martini. They should work to improve the recipe or something like that! It s an expensive drink. I ve been there a couple times and every time i thought I d be getting a Good martini but it s been very disappointing on that point other than that the garden is killing it!

This is the patio of Inn Cahoots. It has a stage, concrete walkways, AstroTurf, and they would be happy to serve you a beer while you hang out and chill outside and enjoy the extensive patio. The restrooms are somewhat hard to find, in a little nook up the stairs. They would serve themselves by adding some signage for it. Parking, no parking included, as this is downtown adjacent on East 6th. Although if youre familiar with the area, parking is not too bad, you can get it out in the neighborhoods and park around there. IYKYK Memeable signage...

Good place not too loud. But at Saturday not even 12 yet they run out of propanes tanks at it s cold weather (late FEB early march)doesn t make any senses. At lest keep the fire going into close (3AM.) that s not too much to ask for a midtown bar.

Over priced drinks , sad live music. No parking. Bartender/owner has a horrible grandeur attitude. Took my kid to the bathroom and we noticed ppl doing drugs. Smell of marihuana in their patio was very strong. Not a family place at all.

Saw a write up in Tribeza magazine, looked cool but, ya know, PR, so we went in with lower expectations. The Austin Garden is great! All styles welcome! Very easy going. We visited while we are on vacation. We will visit again before we leave! Only issues is that the mixes drinks were meh - weak; we had 4 drinks. Well get a wine or beer on our next visit. Well done Inn Cahoots!

Swung by here after a long day to hear some good live tunes. The evening was pretty darn cold, as I walked in both the door staff & management greeted me friendly regardless of how cold they were. I was asked if I had been there before. I replied I was there to hear the musician playing that evening (Ricky Duran & Band). I asked if they offered coffee. The manager replied No, but I might be able to find some from a prior event. No promises . About 25 minutes later as I was enjoying the fantastic vibes & Awesome tunes regardless of how cold everyone was I felt a hand on my shoulder. The same manager that greeted me was there with a cup of coffee I was completely grateful & overwhelmed with her dedication to my request for a cup of coffee. For anyone looking for great costumer service but also humanity while enjoying live music, I HIGHLY recommend Austin Gardens because of my 1st experience there.

This space Is always nice. Never a line, if you want to go into the inn cahoots patio, this place always has a shorter line and is connected, so don t fall for the long line at inn cahoots. They ve had good djs whenever I go. Cool spot on east sixth street.

The atmosphere and the DJ that night were absolutely wonderful. But the woman bartender who was there on 8/12/23??? Nope. I was standing there for 15 minutes, waiting for her to at least make eye contact with me. And then a tall white guy stands next to me and gets served in less than 5 minutes. She literally finished the drink she was making and walked straight over. And I wasn t the only one reporting it too. I was with a group of other Black women and we all had a poor experience with her. It being an RnB and SoCa party, made the experience even more glaring. This place has a lot of potential but a lot of work needs to be done on the service department. Perhaps they are understaffed, but still, it s worth mentioning, so they don t build a reputation.

Great addition to the east side !All the areas are very nice and open great for groups. It did seem that they were a little short staffed as it took a while to get a drink but all the staff members were very nice.
