My experience here started off with me waiting 10 minutes for a curbside pick up. Nobody was in there waiting or eating. I did curbside because my daughter was asleep in the car but after 10 minutes of waiting, 2 ladies walked in and I noticed the employee came from the back so I ran in to grab my order. I pulled into a parking lot nearby to continue letting my daughter sleep before a Dr appointment. I got halfway through my cheese fries when I noticed a thick black hair tangled in the cheese. I can t go back due to the drs appointment and school pick. I m really disappointed as now I m too grossed out to even eat my sandwich.

I loved this place! Its a bit on the pricer side but always been a good treat for myself. I sadly say I will not return to this location. I asked for a simple sandwich and they dont make it right. No big deal, Ill just head back and get it remade. I do not like being argue with that my food is actually right when I can show you that my food is lacking what I order then to turn around and talk to your coworkers and laugh at the situation is just completely messy and unprofessional. TLDR: This place is great. Clean on the inside, staff are very friendly and food is pretty good considering its fast food. So lets talk about food... I went all out on this order I wanted to try everything and give my honest opinion. This was a first visit for me and my husband. I ordered: the Philly cheese steak with all fixings large, 6 bone in wings (mango habanero), gourmet fries (nacho cheese and bacon) and a reg. Size drink (coke). My husband ordered the Bacon Philly cheese steak and a 4p boneless wing (reg buffalo sauce). Cheese steaks were amazing. The large is a ft long, reg is 9 and small is 6. The peppers and onions are cooked with the steak so they are soft and caramelized on your sandwhich. The Bacon cheese steak was great as well with at least 4 slices of bacon. Wings Bonein comes out to about 1.60 per wing. I got a 6 at 9.99 with one saucing. Personally the sauce was weak (mango habanero) but these wings are so good. Cooked to perfection. The boneless wings were even better. Although many ppl agree its just a nugget these were actually better than the bone in. I will order these instead next time. Fries Its going to be a hard pass on the gourmet fries. They simply have nacho cheese and bacon bits sprinkled on top. It didnt taste like fresh bacon it seemed more like the Bacon crumbles you but on a salad. For the price of the fries this wasnt it. Price This is the big one. Im going to say, first I ordered way to much food. A normal order would be about $15 per person. I spent $51. And while that is quiet a lot it was worth it. My meal alone was about 30 bucks. But my husband only had a drink, sandwhich and 4 boneless wings and his meal was 20. So this gets $$ for price as it should be. In conclusion this restaurant is still great for an afternoon lunch date or later dinner idea. I give it and

Took 4 times to get my sandwich and order right. Ordered a regular sandwich and fries, got charged for combo meal. After realizing they charged me for the comb, I went up to get a drink cup. Then after receiving my sandwich it was the wrong size. Took it up to get the right size sandwich and all they did was add the veggies which I had asked them to leave off from the start. Took it back up do to still not being the right size sandwich and after that got the right size but with everything on it!! Back up to have it all removed. So they just dont read the order slips.

I love LOVE Charlies but for some reason every time I order from here the sauce to the sandwiches always taste watered down. My husband would continuesly have to ask for extra teriyaki for example & it just wouldnt taste like anything. A sandwich smothered in sauce would taste wet and thats about it. Just left the restaurant. And I just wanna say the guys on the closing shift were on top of their game and it was only 3 of them. The cashier was helping on the line and getting orders out and he was letting the guest know that he was going to be right with them, since it was busy. The Doordash driver forgot my daughters drink; the manager Amanda made it right. She calmly apologized, though in retrospect, I probably seemed very rude(I apologize!) because of having to go to the location in the cold; she had her employee fix a drink for me, my daughter, and refunded the drinks difference. The food was absolutely fantastic. The mozzarella sticks (which I heard were new) were great. No complaints here! The cashier, Madison L, was so sweet and did her best to take care of me while she was busy taking care of other customers. If I lived in that area of town, I would be there all the time. Kudos to whoever was on the grill.

My husband and I used a big Uber Eats coupon on this place today to try it out for the first time. We were delighted to find that it was delicious! My husband ordered the regular cheesesteak and I ordered the bacon 3 cheesesteak. The lettuce and tomatoes were crisp and fresh, the meat was high quality (the bacon, too, I m always worried when I order bacon the first time somewhere that it won t be worth it), and the bread held together for what I thought would end up being an extremely messy sandwich. The steak fries were good too didn t need any added salt or pepper for our tastes, and their ketchup was really good as well. For those ordering for the first time, a large fry is quite large with a regular sandwich you can probably split one large fry between two people. We re really happy we used that coupon to discover this place, because next time we want cheesesteaks (or cheese sticks, or wings!) we ll definitely be ordering from here.

My experience was delightful thanks to Madison L. She was attentive, patient and very helpful upon my first visit. She has an attitude and smile that could light up any place! 10/10 Enjoyed my time at Charleys Cheesesteaks

Had the Philly cheesesteak number 1. First time, trying charleys, never heard of it, just happened to be in the area and needed food. One of the best Phillys I ve ever had. Service was good too. I would definitely come back.
