I was picking up an order of five pizzas to go for a birthday party. I requested that they be ready at noon. The business opened at 11 am. When I arrived at noon, there were two other customers waiting, multiple pizzas coming through the conveyor oven, and only TWO employees in the store; one preparing pizzas and one cutting them (and moments later, heading to the door to deliver). Since they made NO eye contact, and basically ignored the three waiting customers, I ultimately inquired if anyone could provide service. This prompted the prepper to finally assist me. TWO people running a very busy restaurant??? RIDICULOUS.

Did curbside pickup took almost 30 min, The tracker said complete but nobody gave me my pizza. 4 minutes passed. Still no one came. So I had to get out of my car to grab it. The staff said they pressed completed but didn t have a chance to bring it out. The staff should not press completed on an order until the order has been given to the customer. This is lying.

I recently had a frustrating experience with a pickup order from Dominos Pizza. We ordered plain tater tots without bacon, but received them with bacon. Additionally, our second pizza, which was supposed to be vegetarian, ended up being ham and pineapple an issue since we have a vegetarian in our group. Due to these mistakes, we had to make two trips, each 5 minutes each way, to get the order corrected. By the time I got back, the first part of our order was cold. To make matters worse, Taylor and the other manager on duty were not willing to do anything extra to help us out or compensate for the inconvenience. Shockingly, I noticed they put the returned pizza back on the warming rack, possibly to resell it. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I hope they improve their service in the future. To make things worst I found out that my wife gave a 15% tip on a pickup?? (What are we tipping for???)

The driver in the white jeep needs to lose his license. He sped through the school zone by eagle springs, almost rear ending a vehicle that was pulling out. (Looked like plenty of room if the jeep wasnt doing 50+ in a 20) Then he proceeded to ride right behind that car extremely close and dangerously for the rest of the block. He was swerving in and out of cars afterwards. If its hard to tell from the pic, hes in between lanes, swerving to go around the vehicle in the right lane. Definitely reporting this along with sending pics and video to corporate and local PD. They dont answer the phones ever, so cant report to the office.

Horrible service our order took 1 hour and 1/2 to prepare. The manager at the front counter has horrible customer service there was a gentleman in front of me ordering a pizza and he told him it would take an hour to an hour and half the gentleman said yes and he rolled his eyes like really. And he said what do you want very rudely and he again told him an hour and a half like he didn t want him to order. I will never ever order at this Dominos Pizza and we order twice a week we are regulars. Never again.

Havent been to this dominos in a while since I moved but came to visit family last weekend. Dominos has definitely moved up, right away I was greeted by a young girl that tended to me with great customer service. I could not decide on what to eat and she recommended me her favorites.I havent had customer service like that in a long time I did not get her name but it seemed like she was pregnant I will come more often when she is there what a great experience. Food was made prompt and was really good, toppings were delicious. Pasta was a little dry but over all good flavor. I recommend this place again.

My problem is not with the food, it s with the preparation. I always order from this location but the last visit the gentleman that was fixing the pizza with his hands kept picking up his cellphone. I m not saying his hands weren t clean but the cellphone most likely has mega germs. Please retrain your staff that are preparing food not to have their cellphones in their hands

Best Dominos in the area. The pizza is always good and if there is any delay Im sure its because they get busy! I went in to pick up pizzas on a Friday night, and it was packed. You can see on the screen the amount of orders they had and everyone was working really hard. I didnt see any slacking off! So even though there was a delay 1 time I went, they apologized and it would be irrational of me to think of it as bad service because of a delay. Ill still be returning and would still recommend to others.

Customer service has gone up in and the last few months. My delivery driver was nothing short of great, very kind, professional and beautiful young lady but most importantly, my pizza was hot and ready to eat! I ve had other delivery drivers in the past that were just rude and the pizza was tossed around and subpar. Definitely will keep ordering delivery more hoping to get the same driver every time!

I use to order from here at least 1 time a week, as of lately the service has been horrible. Deliveries have taken 1-2 hours to be completed. You call the store no one has anything good to say, horrible customer service. Not willing to work with you. I will no longer be ordering from this store. I ll be taking my business elsewhere. Ordered pizza and wings... I get the text that Jason was pulling up so be on the look out. 5mins later I get a text delivered, Hope you enjoy your food Thinking the text came in to quick I waited 5 more mins. Checked the tracker and they delivered my food to the neighbors! I called Dominos which they apologized and remade my order and would be delivered in about 25-30mins. the time went by and not only did my neighbors enjoy my first order but they also got my second order!! How do deliver to the wrong house not once but twice? Very upset cause at this time they told me there was nothing they could do but remake it but for me to go pick it up. Whats the whole point of delivery??

I love Dominos Pizza better than any other chain pizza place. Im happy that there is one closer to my house now. I always order online & just do carry out & pick up my order myself. Its usually ready in a very timely manner. However, what is the point of my clicking on Im heading in now to let them know to have my pizza ready if the individual working up front was just gonna be looking down at his phone & not have my pizza ready when I walked in? Like, why was I even given the option to let them know that I was about to walk in if it made absolutely no difference? Other than that, pizza here is always great.

I always order online, and get really good prices with coupons (due to the browser extension, Honey, highly recommended). Orders are created quickly and when received, the food is always high quality. Never had a bad experience with this location, and its location is a great plus considering where we reside. Only real issues are how you HAVE to pay for marinara sauce, but thats unfortunately an industry standard, and and not an issue with this franchise location itself. In any case, Dominos pizza has really improved this last decade, and this location is no exception, highly recommended.

We paid over $20 for a pizza that wasnt fresh. The sauce tasted like catsup. We ordered, and paid for, double cheese and barely received any. It was the worse pizza I can remember buying, including frozen. No more Dominos for us.
