I live right behind this building and when I saw there was tacos around the corner I had to try them out. Upon arriving it smelled amazing and when I got my order I was amazed there were soooo good ! it is so hard to find good tacos in Arlington and this spot is a gem the tortilla were so soft and the meats were A1 I really recommend this place to everyone

The torta was very good, the tacos are some of the best around here. The atmosphere is a little crowded and chaotic but easy to manage. The torta could use a little more filling but the bread was very flavorful and good. The tacos were amazing, no sauce needed. Loaded with onion and cilantro on the side, I was pleased with that. The salsa is very good and packaged well for the Togo order. The green one is on the hot side and the red has great flavor. It is located in a small corner, tucked away, but the smell of good food will help you find the way.

I havent had troppo since I left California and this place was delicious. Not a lot on the menu, but the taste and quality of the food was top-notch. Im sure there are other places with possibly better troppo, but this place was fine with me. All the ladies behind the counter were nice and sweet to put up with my dietary requirements . This place should have a Michelin star! Seriously the best tacos I ve ever had. I like how they only have 3 meat options, which they have perfected. Salsas are fantastic. There are bottles of creamy verde and roja on the table. They don t skimp on cilantro, onions, or limes either. They give bowls full and are more than happy to refill if you run out. Pro-tips: Add cheese to the tacos! I like that more than the quesadillas since it s easier to eat. Also don t forget to ask for Tlaquepaque sauce on the side. I add to everything since it s amazing.

The tacos here are very good. There are few authentic Mexican tacos on this side of Arlington so there are really good. I like how the actually put a great amount of queso and meat on their quesadillas I hope they do this always. I think the staff was friendly but not sure if they were busy but on two occasions I had to stand up to the front to ask for more tacos because they were good. So perhaps that can be improved. Other than that I would recommend.

Saturday 13 July 2024 @ 10 PM, We had just left the gym with my lady, and we were undecided on where to get a quick bite, we found this place close to home and it was fresh and full of flavor. Just walked out of this place. It was go good i started crying mid meal. It was so good. The food came out within minutes; when it arrived it looked a little plain but they brought us onions ,cilantro, & limes so you can put as much as you want; the sauces they bring to the table are absolutely amazing and delicious! I definitely recommend this for any and everyone. Each chef deserves kisses and hugs, i love yall! Im definitely coming back.

BEST Tacos Ive had in Arlington. I always get the bistek tacos, and they never disappoint. Anytime my roommate and I need something good for dinner we come here. Omg my first time trying it and it was fire af!!!! I got the torta with trompo and steak. The meat was tender and full of flavor. Not fatty like some places. The bread was grilled perfect and still soft. They give you two different salsas with it too. I d highly recommend this place. Can t wait to try the loaded potato next! Couldn t do a separate review. But I went back for their tacos. Omg just as good as the torta!!! I tried all three meats they have. The one with the shredded beef and gravy was delicious, but it that gravy man oh man was sooooo hot lol I like spicy/hot foods but this was extremely spicy. Tacos come with fresh cilantro and onion, lime, grilled onions, salsa and a small potato. So far this is our favorite spot near us

Decided to try them on a whim a late night an hour before close called to place the order and easy enough asked to pick up in 10 mins. Arrived, quaint little mom and pop shop got my order easy enough. And honestly was impressed at how good and hearty the food was I paid $18 with a $6 tip for a huge torta and quesadilla. For the price food was a great late night meal sauce was great and accompaniments were great thoughtful. All in all will come back for an easy tasteful late night takeout.

This place is truly a hidden gem. There menu mainly is smaller mainly consisting of tacos, quesadillas, tortas but they have truly mastered these items. The meat is always sooo tender and flavorful. There loaded beans are amazing! They give you your order with grilled onions and a super good green and red salsa. Best tacos in Arlington in my opinion and always a go to.

I grew up in a state that has authentic Latin food, this restaurant his hands down the best place I have been since moving to Texas! There tacos are amazing, their papa s are so filling! My review is based on the service, not the food. The food is good because I been here a few times but this will be the last because the overweight/heavyset girl, she look young and probably was not trained well, but she had an attitude problem!!. Fixed the girls attitude and train her well before you put her at the register!!!!! Never coming back again. Such a shame that one person who was not trained well ruins it for a customer to never comeback again!!!!! Not gonna miss this place. I have three spots for tacos I go to and this was one of them. Most legit tacos in Arlington. From the yellow tortilla to the salsas, everything is well put together. There s only a few meat options (2beef/1pork) but they are all cooked very well and have great flavor. This is hands down the best Authentic Mexican food I ve had in a while. Thank you Sandra for being awesome and amazing. I ordered the tortas with steak and my daughter had steak quesadilla. I think everyone should show Tacos El Mamon some love & come enjoy some delicious food I ll be back!!!

We visited this place on Friday, July 15, they were about to close and they still took the time to serve us excellently!! The quality and seasoning of the tacos exceeded my expectations!! GREAT!! I tried the Tlaquepaque style tacos, the steak and trompo ones, race Im sure youll like them
