The restaurant was filthy. Bugs all over the place trash covered the floor. The customer service was terrible they had trouble taking the order, didn t give us the cups for drinks, and then lost the order and didn t help us for 30 minutes. After they finally decided to make our food they all ignored us and everyone else at the counter waiting for their orders to be taken.

I have been coming to this location at least once a week for 8 months, and I have never been talked to so rude by anyone from here. Placed an order online and came to pick up through the drive thru, and the lady on the speaker rudely said theres no order for you... youre at the wrong location. I said no maam Im not and she said just show me at the second window. Come to find out, they did have my order. Also, the rude and disrespectful lady was A FREAKING MANAGER!!! Good food, great service. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Trey took our order with a smile, and delivered it just perfect. Standing up to its name, the Spicy Sandwich was Spicy. The chicken patty tasted fresh, and crispy. Adding a Coca-Cola to it, makes it one good meal. The place is clean and packed, and serves 24 hrs... Ambience is good. However, the wait time for the order was around 30 minutes. Unless you are not super hungry, the burger is worth waiting for.

I am disappointed with my experience here. I had an extremely busy day and didn t prioritize planning a meal, so I was looking for a protein style burger. since I m a huge fan of in n out, my friend recommended this Whataburger, so I decided to try it for the first time. I was very disappointed. The staff got my order all weong, I asked for a burger style sandwich with beef cheese and bacon and I got a tray with a burger patty, some pickles and chopped lettuce. I decided to also order the new wings, which actually turned out to be like McDonald s chicken nuggets. The food didn t taste bad, but it s not what I ordered. Absolute waste of $20, I could have gotten better from McDonald s for half the price
