Ajax is an artist! UPDATE He did my 30th bday photoshoot. One light & the other dark. My dark theme were beautiful and as discussed. The light all white didnt fit what we spoke about and for what I paid I expected them too look the part. He corrected what I critiqued which was great. However, I had to purchase a app on my phone to give my photos life and vibrance that he didnt edit and give like the ones on his site. Mine (the white) were minimalistic not worth cost or time. Still his communication was EXCELLENT even before the session. Very open to ideas and helpful if you don t have any. The studio space was cozy and comfortable. The environment was clean. I was able to play my own music during the shoot. My mother came with me he allowed her to assist asked both of our opinion.

This is a place you don t want to miss for your photos. I didn t know what to expect for my first professional photos for my business but Ajax made it so easy and enjoyable. He works with you throughout the session to make sure you are comfortable and will definitely make appropriate adjustments to capture the best pics. He s just very down to earth, yet professional individual. I will definitely go back to get more shots with him in the future. Ajax! You da man!!

I did my ERAS photo with Ajax and he is amazing, calming, he gets u smiling in no time. i made my appointment on a short notice and he was able to accommodate me and gave his best shots( my photos were natural and realistic). His studios was spacious with good lightning..very professional. The music was good too! Will surely be back!

Better late than never!! If you need a photographer for your event or any occasion, you will not be disappointed with Portraits by Ajax. In fact you will be ecstatic! My best friend and I had a joint 60th birthday celebration in February of this year. Our birthdays are just five days apart. We were lucky to be able to do this considering Covid19 changed everything just a few short weeks later! We are so thankful to have had Ajax document this special time. We went with a theme for the evening calling it a Black and White party and requested our guests all wear those colors. I was not prepared for the stunning photos he captured of us and our guests that evening. I knew he did great work, but he literally blew us away with his ability to capture the best of us. The cherry on top is his friendly professionalism coupled with his fun and relaxed style. He knows all the tricks for getting the best shots, like how to have you pose, hold your head, etc. And using the props was so much fun! We felt like celebrities doing a photo shoot! He was set up in the garage and guests could easily wander in throughout the night and get a few shots done in just minutes. Many took advantage of this setup having him do couples and/or family photos. We will treasure our photos for years to come and they will become heirlooms for our children, grandchildren and future generations. Giving those we won t ever get the privilege to meet a tiny glimpse into their great-great grandma s personalities! Even little old ladies know how to throw a good party and have a great time and Ajax is the perfect choice to help you in creating and preserving these special moments.

He was so nice and so so talented. I ve had my photos taken by almost a dozen professional photographers and none of them could really make my eyes pop and my angles look as good as he did. And that was before he even edited them. And with Covid and everything, he was so good at keeping social distancing and masks and still being super helpful and successful. Truly amazed with how great he is at what he does.

I went looking for a photographer who is skilled in studio work and the use of artificial lighting. Everyone is a natural light photographer so it was difficult to find someone with the talent and skill to execute what I wanted. Ajax was amazing! My photos are worth every penny. I am a bigger girl and I don t like having my photos taken but Ajax coached me through the whole session. One of the best photographers in DFW!

This is going to be a long post. I contacted Ajax through email, he immediately responded which was a huge plus! Throughout the process, he kept in touch to make sure everything was good and handled on my end. He was super detailed throughout the whole process. Before hand , he ensured everything would flow properly the day of the shoot! During the shoot, he was super professional and made sure all the poses matched with the look I said I wanted. He is very down to earth, which made the models feel comfortable! After he finished editing the pictures, he sent them over and I must say the shots went over and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this photographer!!

The photos were incredible, we had some done of our newborn daughter. He works amazing from the setup and creative eye to get the right angles and lighting. Really amazing. We had newborn photos done and he was incredibly patient and thorough. We did several outfits with different positions and through many diapers and potty accidents he was able to capture several pictures of our beautiful baby girl. A gifted, emerging artist/photographer whose creativity is immediately recognized. Hes one to watch in the future. For me, a chatterbox, his demeanor and method of calming me helped me get through the shoot. Afterwards I called him the Art Lady Whisperer.
