Honestly I was super happy with this place at first... I thought that they would really fight for my daughter. She was 6 years old at the time of the injury incident. She finally got her payout at 8. My attorney was able to reach an agreement for 15,000 dollars which i wish I would have just taken the chance and went to court. Well the lawyer fee was 5000 dollars on top of 487 for client expenses which Im like really 5 grand has already been received why take more... then the final blow she had to reimburse her medicaid out of all things medicaid.. like there is a reason she has that. That was 4 almost 5 grand... so in the end out of 15,000 dollars and waiting 2 years she walked away with 5 grand... words cant explain how hurt and upset I was... I really thought this branch had my daughters back.. she suffered a freaking fractured skull and this is what she gets I guess... just disappointed in the end:( Update: just got off the phone with Mr dhillon who proceeded to argue with me and try to justify everything that I was upset about. He talked about all the fees he typically charges which had nothing to do with my daughters case. As I told him on the phone it all comes down to a moral compass.. walking away with the same amount your client got again her being just a child is not okay with me.. things are settled and there is nothing I can do other than wish people had better hearts and everything not just be about money. He still took the maximum amount being between 33 and 40 percent then proceeds to tell me how basically I should be grateful that he dropped it down to 33 knowing it was still high for an amount that settled to 15 thousand.. just think before you work with lawyers who say they are the best for you but really seeming to be seeking monetary for themselves. These are just opinions not facts a lawyer can choose what amount they take from a settlement all Im saying is I wish they had a heart to choose to really be there for their client.. :(

Branch and Dhillon reached out to me because of a wreck that ultimately ended up being the other drivers fault. I was skeptical initially as I d never been in a collision with another car. They seemed to work fairly quickly. Therapy sessions started promptly afterwards & helpful BUT I wasn t allowed to use my OWN HEALTH INSURANCE OR pick the chiropractor I PREFERRED. I think that s bogus and most of my check went to paying for that. For a $10,000 settlement, $5,000 went to medical bills. Things that were administered I DIDN T EVEN NEED. I have theories but I digress! Anyways, my recommendation would be to find an office who takes what you say into consideration and is upfront and honest from jump! Have a great day

Please dont trust these Branch and Dhillon reviews. As another reviewer said, some unscrupulous companies use bots or other means to create great reviews. The reality is they do not keep me updated with the status of my case and do not return calls. I finally resorted to asking the receptionist to leave an urgent message for the attorney to return my call...He didnt. I was told my case settled three months ago and cant get an update as to why I havent received any paperwork and no check. Were the ones who get injured, and they play games with our funds. Please dont trust your case to these people. They only pretend to care about assisting you when they need your assistance to get themselves paid. May they reap more than they sow.

Be leary of the reviews. Some companies utilize bots and/or other sources to create reviews that will benefit themselves. Thus far, Ive been dealing with this lawfirm for over a year and some months and have only received one call from Gina and Jessica A. The young women that usually answer the phone will inform you that the person youre seeking to speak with is either busy, unavailable, or will return your call. Honestly, I do not trust any business that operate between Division St and Main St unless its well known establishment such as a fast food restaurant or gas station. I decided to utilize this law firm because I was in a car wreck and was in a hurry to find an attorney that would, fight for my rights. Please, please check with your friends or conduct your own personal research in finding a lawfirm that will keep you up-to-date on your issue(s). I have many family/friends that have been in both car/truck wrecks that informed myself about their experiences that seems better and more straight forward than what Ive received from Branch & Dhillon. Its completely understandable that it takes time for the court, insurance companies, and etc to come to an agreement; however, communication between attorney and client is sufficient in providing peace of mind. Look for the red flags such as an organization that has a plethora of 5 star reviews along with short explanations of why that specific client commented in such a manner. Me personally, Id prefer to read the bad reviews and how that situation was handled by the management team, owners, attorney, etc. Think before you Sink. *** In regards to your response, the phone number youve provided is the contact phone number that Ive called continuously. As I have stated previously the young women that answer the phone calls for this lawfirm informs me that the litigation department and the attorney thats working on my case will respond to my calls in a timely manner, unfortunately that has not been the case. Hopefully you do not have a client whose name is, New Jack, but if so please forgive me if there is such a name. Also, as the owner of the lawfirm you did not provide your name and a direct contact phone number? Im sure I will be able to research your name and title as the owner; but lets operate in a transparent nature. BEWARE! My spouse suffered injuries from being rear ended. This firm is very unprofessional, incompetent, unfriendly and not an advocate for you the client. My wife had to consistently contact Bianca through email follow ups due to Bianca being non responsive to her emails. Brett did not advocate for my case and even admitted that he did not believe that the case would hardly reimburse my medical expenses. Once, the case was settled they did not release my check for 3 months. I waited 4 weeks and then contacted the office. They actually gave me Bretts contact number. He told me that he thought it was taken care of but that he would have check with Bianca. Interestingly that took another 2 months. Once I was called to pick up my check from the office in August the check was dated from June. Very irresponsible group of people.

March 30, 2015, 3:45pm, I was struck from behind by another driver, when my car was at a complete stop on highway 75 while in rush hour traffic, heading south, between Caruth Haven and Mocking Bird. The other driver who hit me, was text messaging while driving, I took notice because he was too close to me the first time while he was behind me. We exchanged information, I was pretty upset and of course nerved because I didn t expect this to happen. Once information was exchanged we both went our separate ways. I called my insurance company and his, in order to report the accident. The other driver on the other hand, not only didn t call his insurance company to report the accident, but completely avoided the calls from his carrier for nearly 45 days. Every day I was upset, and every day I was highly emotional because it happened to me, and I like most never wished for this or ever wanted something like this. Once again, you never would think anything like this would happen to you, but it did to me. The thing that I like about Branch & Dhillon was that I wasn t treated like just another client or even a number like some law firms, in fact, I was treated like a person that not only mattered but had gone through something. I say this because the other partied attempted to do everything in their power to make the process difficult, the Law Offices and the Associates of Branch and Dhillon not only laid out a game plan as to what would happen, but how it would happen, and stayed in close communication with me at all times letting me know the situations and making me aware of what the next step in the process would be. Attorney Dhillon along with his associate, Attorney Blanca Pena, worked very diligently and hard for me in order to make sure I got the results that I needed and took the time to respectfully prove my case to the insurance carrier before the matter even went to court. They have a proven track record and are affective in their results. The worst of the worst! I call they put me on hold for 15min I have to hang up and call back just to be told the paralegals lines are busy. I left a message for a lawyer and never got a call back. When I do get a hold of my paralegal she never has any of my things and she always says shes going to call me back and never does. I will go a few days then call back still the same answer. My accident happened in August. Ive only seen two doctors of which one of the two Ive only seen once and that was in August. I was released December 14th (No it hasnt been long) but I was told today there was no billing record from the doctor I saw once in August. Its been 5 months and you still dont have my billing records from the doctors Ive saw once. That just makes me feel like Im not a priority and I wish I could take my bussiness else where but I know its to late. Theyll get a third of my settlement for doing next to nothing.

Worst experience I ve ever had with any business they don t work I finished therapy in August and am still awaiting answers in December they don t take blame for anything they blame all the other parties involved when it s clear they are not focused on you I can call my paralegal and she will not call back even after I give weeks at a time to get back with me all for something I could have done myself and they will still end up getting 1/3 percent for doing nothing

This law firm is great. They work in a timely manner and Blanca is very helpful. I would prefer a little bit more communicative update, but thats only because i dont deal with this stuff everyday. I just want to know exactly whats going on and when. They were able to get me a great settlement and negotiate my case to the fullest! Thanks so much for working with me and my case! I highly reccomend this office.
