Waited forever to be seated. Only 4 tables were seated, so they werent busy. Food was dropped off, and the server disappeared until basically i was finished. Good luck washing down your meal with no drink refill

It was stupid packed for Teo Gonzalez (Mexican comedian) this last weekend it was a great show! We did stand outside for a good while before getting in. They sold more tickets then they had tables and if you wanted to sit you had to pay for a table, disregarding if you had bought tickets. Kinda dumb but still enjoyed. The food we got was like an appetizer with shrimp in a molcajete the shrimp were over cooked due to them heating the molcajete to keep the food hot. But definitely overcooked the shrimp (still ate it though,love shrimp)

Very bad service, you pay the ticket for an event and they come out with no place to sit because of the comedian who sells tickets online. The truth is, I dont recommend it. It has very bad organization for events, one pays and you have to stand still to see the Teo Gonzáles show. They are a disappointment of a restaurant, if they dont know how to carry out these events, they better not do them.

Ive tried this place out twice because they bring out great artists for concerts. However the service & food is not it! Overpriced & the food has no flavor. Also the waiters never check up on you, take forever for drinks & seem annoyed when you ask for anything.

First time attending! 1- The atmosphere is pleasant, I like it because I was able to bring my son to see the group that he likes, Terribles del Norte.!! 2-food very good! It only lacks a little seasoning!! 3- the drinks in a photo look different than the fish bowl! And when they brought it to me, is it different or are there two sizes? They should specify! The truth is, I didnt like the food. I ordered a molcajete, the sauce tasted sour, the rice was raw and the pico de gallo was already a few days old, and the waitress who gave us bad service, I really dont recommend it.

There were two couples in the place at the time I walked in and the karaoke guy was blasting the music, that could have been turned down. The hostess was great with the meet and greet and sitting me. I sat there for at least 7 minutes before anybody came over to wait on me. When the waiter arrived he did not understand me on what I wanted off the menu he spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish. He went to go get somebody else to help me that took another 5 minutes by the time he came over I was ready to go so I left. I went to the Rio Bravo in Grand Prairie, much better service and their restaurant was full of people. I wont be going back to the Arlington location

I had a fantastic experience during a sorority fellowship at this venue. Despite not having anything to eat personally, the service was outstanding, especially considering the large number of attendees. The staff was accommodating, making the event enjoyable even for those not feeling hungry. Kudos to the team for their excellent service!

They are cutting corners to save money. Drinks watered down. Small food portions. I literally did not have enough meat to put in my corn tortillas for fajitas. They gave me a plate of onions and peppers. Not one person in my party enjoyed their alcohol. It s sad but this place is holding on to stay alive. Save your money

If I could give a Negative Star, I would. Viagra shrimp cocktail, oysters, fajitas to go and the entire order was a mess. Took an hour to straighten it all out! Oyster were swimming in water, instead of on ice, cocktail was half filled instead of full. To top it off, the manager, Samuel, was rude and unapologetic about their horrible service. Samuel tried to make us take their watery oysters and half filled cup of food. Each time we visit its a Big disappointment. Dont bother when theres other better Mexican restaurants that will appreciate your business and treat you right, just simply NOT worth it!
