Food was nasty. Never did waiter i think owner came to see if we needed anything. The brown gravy over the enchiladas was gross. Then one of the clumsy kids knocks down the shelf that im sure has been there for a decade or 2.

I forgot to take a photo of the food because I immediately wanted to try it out. I got the Chile Con Queso Tamales and a bowl of queso. Come here with an empty stomach because youll be tempted to order the whole menu. The tamales are wonderful and it was my first time trying this prepared with chili. The price is fantastic and theyre filing. I still cant get over the price of what I paid for them because it was very inexpensive. The queso is pretty good, as well. The size is generous, so if your appetite isnt huge order the small version. Youll get free chips and salsa at the beginning (the salsa is great, too, but if you dont have a tolerance for heat be warned!), but give their queso a try alongside it. The guacamole is also fantastic and made fresh. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and theyll make sure youre taken cared of. Theres an all you can eat buffet, as well, thats well priced. Give this place a shot and youll fall in love with it.

Is small place, but the food is superb! I ordered Guiso de Puerco, delicious, perfect. no like other places too salty... WE LOVE IT... WE WILL MAKE THIS PLACE OUR MEXICAN RESTAURANT FROM NOW ON. Ericka was excellent.... We went in Sunday afternoon, we walked in, left immediately.... so bad... cleaning the floor, the hall, the bathroom???? I told one of the employees. Was there a little before closing time and never felt rushed and server came frequently asking if we needed anything and refilled our drinks. Food was good as usual as weve eaten there multiple times in the past, food was hot and fresh and delicious. We didn t realize the place closed at 3 pm, and walked in at 2:55 pm; and they still allowed us to stay. I was looking for some good enchiladas without having to drive to Oak Cliff and I will be back. Ordered Chicken Sour Cream Enchiladas and Lengua Plate. Everything was delicious! San Luis Potosí Mexico style food. Adding pics momentarily. Rice and beans were actually not tex mex. Salsa was not picoso but was good! OMG, the sweet tea though was soooooo delicious! I love the daily special great deal and all you can eat for dine in but plenty of food if you order for takeout. Price is totally affordable with all the hot fresh food you get. The chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauces is dynamic Parking: Limited parking around the building more for a small compact car. Non busy hours no problem but during lunch rush and weekend rush hard to find parking and drive thru wait is long more than 15 minutes. Don t park in back of the restaurant or on the side next to the tire shop. We ve got several nails in our tires and had to get it patch/repaired.

This is NOT mexican food. This is food from Kroger. I got the chorizo plate. There was NO cheese on anything! WHO EATS CHORIZO WITHOUT CHEESE? the Chorizo tasted like the tube you get at Kroger. Then my potatoes were frozen in the middle. And my beans tasted straight out of the can. Again with NO CHEESE! the salsa tasted like Pace Picante and the Tortillas were definitely Mission tortillas from Kroger. Nothing about this meal was homemade or made with love. Not going back. Ever.

The ground meat in my enchiladas had no red sauce. Dry. I asked for a plentiful side of lettuce and tomato. More lettuce than tomatoes, which were squishy. There was shredded cheese on the lettuce and tomato instead of on the enchiladas. The refried beans are canned and had no shredded cheese on em. Very disappointed.

Love this local no frills neighborhood spot! The Menudo is my favorite. Also love their Chilaquiles! And I enjoyed watching the Michigan vs Maryland game on the TV in the corner. Down home fresh, great and affordable tasting meals served here! If you are ever visiting for a game at AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Park, it is close by!

My mom always took me here to eat when I was little. Ive been coming back for over 25 years and the food and faces stayed the same, beautiful. The breakfast taco special, add bacon, comes with fresh chips and salsa and doesnt break the bank and its always more than I can eat. This authentic, homemade food is where its at, and they even have a drive through! Super love!

Been here multiple times and everything was always great, but today not so much. Had lunch as usual and there was a group of six and one other person in the restaurant. I had the special and reordered food, but waited as eveone else in the large party that I had ordered before got there food while I waited. Then even mire served while I waited. Ever since new ownership,,,this place has gone down hill. Service is horrible. I placed my lunch order with a waitress and 10 minutes later a different waitress comes and tells me what I ordered is no longer available. 20 minutes later I hear another customer order the exact food plate and he gets it. I love going to this restaurant and my children love it too and my grandkids they always ask for the special because my kids love to eat and there food and mine are always hot and the staff is very friendly I would definitely recommend this restaurant its small but its an amazing and its wonderful place to take your family If was up to my family we would go 3 times a week. I have 8 kids and me and hubby

Disgusting food did not have any type of authentic taste at all. Went as a family and we all just picked at the food the menudo was gross and chicken enchilada had the nastiest raw taste of chicken.
