Jane was an excellent and super attentive bartender! We loved our dining experience with her until this aggravating disgruntled beast of a woman next to us began making a scene by screaming and yelling at Jane. She claimed that she had been waiting there for 15 minutes even though realistically, she only took approximately two minutes just to go check up on our food so it wouldn t get cold! Jane tried to calm down the lady with the bad weave but nothing worked. It then turned into a whole scene involving the manager who also tried to alleviate the situation but to no avail. To the manager and bartender, along with the rest of the Razzoos Arlington crew working today, thank you so much for your patience and excellent customer service with us after the incident occurred! They were super apologetic about the whole situation and worked hard to restore our once amazing experience, and before we knew it, we were back to good vibes and amazing drinks fostered by Jane

if I could leave zero stars, I would do not ever come to this location. Their servers are rude. It was one specific waitress. That was a girl she was an African-American girl and had short hair. Her hair color was blonde. She was rude and the managers are rude as well. There was roaches by our table and everything. I will not be returning.

I came and ordered while ordering. I noticed the cashier at the bar kept rubbing his hand and his head. I called him over and asked him not to rub his hands through his head and he got an attitude. I didn t ask him to wash his hands. I noticed while I was sitting there he was at the register and rubbed his hands, two more times and his hair, he walked from the register went to the back three times at this time I noticed him rubbing his hands through his head again while he was walking through to pick food up I called the restaurant to talk to the manager named Jeff Jeff said come over and talk to me. I m standing right behind you. I proceeded to walk over to Jeff He asked me what the problem was and I told him I also said I didn t want him handling my food and Jeff said why because he touched his hair. Yes, I don t want her in my phone or on my bag. then Jeff said well, I would just give you a refund. I said no make my food over. He said no I m going to cancel your order. I went to the bar. He was at the bar. Apparently he couldn t find my order because he asked me. How did I pay with cash or card, I told him cash. I was like excuse me excuse me Jeff never looked up. I said excuse me manager he didn t said my name is Jeff as I told you over the phone that was really rude to me. I will never eat at this place again.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. After the waiter Brought out our meal and we were preparing to eat there was a bug that was flying by. It was odd but since it kept going we were okay for the moment. After about 2 minutes the bug flew on our table. My wife is horrified by insects especially spiders but this was not a spider it was a cricket. I wasnt prepared to do battle with a cricut so I just kind of waved at it and it left but my wife was in shock by that time. I tried to calm her down by telling her that it was gone and it wasnt going to return but I lied. I know she wasnt going to enjoy her meal anyway because she was on high alert from that point. Needless to say it did return and at that point she was ready to leave. So since we didnt have a big meal I said all right lets go. As I was walking out the door where the host and hostess were to greet you when you walked in I told him that there was a bug over by the table. His response is that they come in and theres really nothing they can do to stop it so at that point I just walked out the door because I know he didnt give a damn. This Razzoos is located in Arlington on Cooper Street and I always frequent the one in Cedar Hill so thats where Ill be going from now on unless Im somewhere close to another one but I will not stop at this one again ever.

It was Fathers Day, so I thought it would be a long wait. I let my husband out to get in line for a table, by the time I parked and the children and I walked in he had already been seated! They also have a 2 for $20 deal taking place. You have to ask, its not on the menu. You get an appetizer and an entree thats listed on the deal. I got the Cajun pasta and Canal appetizer. My daughter did the deal with me and got the Cajun Fried steak. The food was hot and delicious. The fried pickles were better than I had previously and the drink I had was devine. It was the power punch bowl, I think. I got the strawberry one and added peach. Service was great! I wish I remembered our servers name, she was wonderful. It was packed and she checked on us often. This experience puts Razoos back on the list of favorite restaurants!

The chicken wings still have blood and them when they brought them out they were not cooked nowhere near done and didnt come out with the rest of our appetizers rushed them out when they noticed they mustve forgot the waiter also forgot my childrens kids meal orders and brought out everybody elses food, and the kids are looking hungry had nothing to eat and rushed with that then what I asked for the manager, he came out with the nasty attitude as I was trying to explain to him, hes gonna tell me Ill take care of it and the only thing he did was takeoff the kids meals he shouldve took off those chicken wings as well and I am a regular customer, but I will not be returning. I promise you this the food was gross. Everything was nasty yesterday.

I haven t been to a Razzoo s in over a decade and tonight the food and service was incredible! We started off with the Cajun Fondue and Oyster. Followed by a side Cesar Salad and the Stuffed Fish! Strange to say I really liked the bread that came with the dishes, they were airy and full of flavor. Same with the croutons in the salad, they were not hard like most places. The stuffing in the stuffed Fish is soooooo good!! Definitely a new favorite now!

Ordered here just now. When I went to leave my car would not start. after much prayer and asking the employees for help. Shane came to my daughters and I rescue. He checked the battery took sometime examining the issues didnt give up and presto my car started. I am most grateful to him for helping us out.

Placed and order for 66.00 when I get here my card is charged the full amount but ran out of food and said nothing. Food was changed for other items if I didnt check the order. I would have got home with all wrong stuff. Arlington food places are really starting to drop the ball.

Introduced an international worker to Cajun food here. She wanted to try crawfish so thought this was the spot. I had my normal gumbo, it was good and rich. The crawfish? It was mid. The sausage was mediocre in flavor profile. The service and the establishment was good, but the food from the Razzoos franchise can be a lot better. I wish I was back in the deep south again.

We were waiting for a table and went to bar table. I went to the bar to order us a drink. The bartender with red braids said I had to sit and wait for service. She then served drinks to every table herself. When I asked about getting our drinks I was told...soon. we were one of the few white persons in there. I felt very discriminated actually. I ran into this lady bartender in the restroom and told her that I was appalled by her nonservice. Apparently racism goes both ways!

Food was very bland. I was very surprised. Seeing it was a Cajun restaurant. We asked for salt and pepper and got the packages. I know we just got over covid, but I was looking for the shakers. One of the other guest in our group had a dish with mushrooms and asked for extra mushrooms and you would have thought she said no mushrooms. It just was not happening for us that night. But the place was clean and had enough servers.

I was skeptical before I went but my waitress dressed my Watermelon alcoholic beverage in beads like Marti Gra which was sooooo delicious. Our waitress was greatand super respectful as well as helpful since I had never been there. Fried pickles were the best ones Ive ever ate and thats saying a lot. Their food was delicious and the atmosphere was phenomenal. I dont know about other locations but this one had some of the best customer service Ive received in a long time. It has unfortunately become a rarity these days with a lot of people doing just the bare minimum thar makes me miss the old days where you had to have great customer service and your order was correct most of the time. This Razoos took me back to those good days and that were having a 2 for $20 deal per person Parking: Plenty of spaces and good size parking spots. I sat at the bar and had outstanding service from Bea!! He had 3 at the bar along with 3 tables and rocked it like a real pro! Shout out to Charisse for going above and beyond. Her awareness of the restaurant environment and the way Bea was hustling, she saw on my face I needed something then took care of it. If I had a restaurant, I would want both of them to work for me!
