First experience and will return next Mex food night out. Mayra was our server and was Outstanding all around. Very accommodating. Restaurant accommodated my Vegetarianism. Very pleased. One area of any establishment that says tons about attn to detail is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Very clean but faucet dripped. 4.8. Thanks for the experience left smiling.

A bit dated but, clean and great service and excellent food. I had mexican and my wife american. The salsa was just right, we had queso and it was a couple of levels above most places. Service was friendly. I would definitely return.

We eat here a lot. I really enjoy their crispy relleno and their naked relleno. Others love the stuffed avocado. Great service. They are careful about not overloading their wait staff, so we had about a 15-minute wait. Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty good wheel chair accessibility.

We drove in from Colorado Springs so tired and ready for Tex Mex. It was extremely convenient to our hotel and we ordered online. Took 15 minutes on a Saturday evening to be ready and the order was perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the chimichanga and the burrito. We also ordered queso which was delicious (white queso). We ordered a beef taco plate that my kids loved as well as a steak ranchero. (My husband prefers the traditional bistec ranchero to this menu item) Overall, great food, great value. Eating leftovers tonight!

TEX-MEX. Food was decent for being tex-mex. You really can t compare it to Mexican food because it s 2 different styles. But it was ok. The waiters and bartender are nice, everyone said hello, checked on you and said good byes. Very welcoming. I can see my self stopping by again when I m in town.

I m a big fan of true Mexican food and this place is always so good!! I had a stuffed avocado, my bff had the tacos, and my friend had stuffed sopapilla.. we shared a large guacamole and a large queso with chips, our waitress was really great!! She kept our glasses refilled, and was so attentive to our meal!! And of course, we had to have the Sopapillas for desert with honey, and they were also very good! The place was really clean, great atmosphere with only a few ppl there.. We all had a great meal and enjoyed our time there!! I will definitely go back!! Parking: There was plenty of room to park, as we were there mid-afternoon so the parking lot was pretty empty.. Kid-friendliness: They do have a child s menu with food that most kids would like.. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and they do have wheelchair accommodations..

Chicken enchiladas, flautas, and queso very good, but watered-down Dos a rita terrible, not worth $5. Should have just ordered silver margarita. Service sub par: brought out queso with no chips or salsa, so it sat there getting cold and nothing to dip with. Had to ask for spoons. No knife offered to butter $1.99 flour tortillas. Ugh.

Check your bank statements for debit or credit purchases with this restaurant. Picked up our food and payed with debit. Checked my bank statement the next day and someone had added a $5 tip for themselves. Called the restaurant and they basically said, oops. They are giving us back the tip. Wonder how many people they have done this to?

El Patron has been our favorite Mexican restaurant, until a recent incident involving the manager. She decided that what I usually order that requires a small accommodation, is no longer available. She also provided misinformation about happy hour prices, then refused to budge, charging us twice as much as we were told the price would be. It made for a very unpleasant experience and we won t be coming back. The motto of The customer is boss needs to be removed from the menu.

Recently dined at this restaurant where the culinary experience was nothing short of amazing. Each dish we tried contributed to a truly memorable meal. Our waitress, though new to the job, was incredibly friendly and made a commendable effort to ensure our dining experience was pleasant. However, there was a minor misunderstanding during our visit, and the way it was handled by the management was disappointing. Despite the restaurant s philosophy of the customer is boss, the manager s reluctance to amicably resolve the issue without implicating our waitress was uncomfortable and contrary to what we expected based on the restaurant s values. My parents are regulars here and have always enjoyed their visits. However, after this experience with the current manager, whose approach to customer service seems ill-suited for the establishment s otherwise high standards, our family is reconsidering future visits. We would only consider returning if there were changes in the management team that align more closely with the excellent service and customer care we know this restaurant can provide. Vegetarian options: Decent.

This is a great place with great food, atmosphere and a very friendly staff. It is my goto when I want fajitas and with a GF dietary restriction, I have have never had a problem when choosing corn tortillas. I am also mindful of not eating the chips (cant guarantee cross contamination), and am mindful of dishes with certain sauces. Other items are their menu are just as appetizing and delishous for those who dont have dietary restrictions. Dietary restrictions: Despite not having a GF menu, there are plenty of menu options for a GF restrictions, but I am unsure about CF safe options (will update later). I always stick to corn tortillas, and modify sauce options when ordering enchiladas. Ive never had a problem with Fajita trio or any grill fish dish. I always ask and inform the staff.

We got there, before 1 pm, didnt wait long, was seated in the back room, waitress was over stressed, over loaded with tables, no support from management, to step in and help situation, had 3 bowls of chips waiting on food, waitress came twice to take order, kept forgetting we had ordered already, had to asked for napkins, brought food, no silverware. Asked for small spoon for small child was given a big spoon, got food an hour later, to full to eat, from only having chips, still waiting to be serve a 2nd cup of tea. Ticket was $71.00. Waitress didnt hesitate to bring up payment, I got up after waiting til 2:20 pm to be served. Asked another waitress for management support, was treated with contentment, for asking to speak up, to management, when speaking asked for privacy, was rudely interrupted by management, for speaking in publicly, which she chose to do in public. Dont expect a tip, much less payment, when you dont treat all your customers equally !!!!. Thanks but (((NO THANKS )))

The place was so empty, so quiet that it was weird .... Soon saw why. The menus are falling apart. Tables pretty dirty... There was a cockroach leg in grime on table edge... It smelled of roaches, bug spray and not any whiff of food at all! Super grossed out and we left without ordering. Atmosphere

This is the Best Mexican food I have ever had. You request a little change say with the meat a dish comes with, you would rather have another meat not offered on the menu. They make it happen. The service is knowledgeable and helpful, keeping your drinks, chips, and salsa always filled. Try it. Im 100% sure you will enjoy whatever you order.

I had the crispy chilli relleno, an enchilada, a tamale and taco. i would not recommend any of it. The taco was by far the best item I had. The beans and rice where the worst. The tea was very good as well. I would absolutely not recommend anything but the ground beef taco and the drinks. My helper had the smothered burrito. He hated it very very much. I dont believe we will be giving this a location a second try.
