Haley is an outstanding realtor. This will be my fourth house and I ve never had a realtor stay on top of things so well. While I was house hunting, I was not living in Amarillo. Haley gave me updates by video calls, email and texts. She kept me informed of everything regarding the inspection and any other issues that came up. She made sure the Sellers made any repairs needed after inspection. I even received an email when it was time to sign up with utilities that included contact information. She made everything so easy for me I cannot say enough. My advice to a potential buyer or seller is call Haley Sutter and you ll have a reliable, trustworthy, follow-through realtor on your side.

I am so happy I was recommended Haley as a realtor! Not only did Haley work around my fiancé s and I s crazy work schedules but she also really took into account of what we wanted in a home. She would even find houses that were not on the market yet that we might like for us to check out. My wife and I cannot be more pleased with the fantastic service that Haley Sutter gave us in our recent search for a home in Amarillo, TX. Being from CA means that we were pretty much at the mercy of our realtor, and since seeing the home in person was not an option until weeks into our escrow, we depended on Haley being our eyes and feet on the ground and she did not disappoint. From video tours (with careful attention to detail on issues that would be important to potential homeowners) to recommendations for various contractors, Haley stepped up with quick answers and smart professional advice. She kindly showed us around to various houses during our second visit to the area, taking careful note of the types of homes and properties we liked. When it came time to open up escrow, she notified us of pertinent issues and developed creative solutions to make sure that we were satisfied with the terms of our agreement, while also keeping in close contact with us about deadlines. Her communication was excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed her as a person friendly, personable, and always ready with insightful information and good knowledge about the area, the house, and the market. First, both of us have had professional careers of our own and know well the standards that are expected; and we know colleagues who have and have not met those standards. With that as a background, we want to state that we give our realtor, Haley Sutter, a 5 Star rating in her overall service to us from beginning to end. But we would like to make that a specific rating in each of these areas: (1) Professionalism: Haley helped us to clarify our goals. Then she suggested practical options for how we could achieve them, and most importantly, she worked tirelessly until we we completed this whole process; (2) Personal Commitment: She let us know that she was at our service. This included several late in the evening and early in the morning emails and phone calls to answer our questions and concerns, and to keep us on schedule. Never did she hint that we were intruding on her personal time. Instead she communicated that our concerns were hers and did this with an upbeat attitude, genuine caring, and real patience in answering our questions and explaining the next step when we felt lost; and (3) Resolving Actual Conflicts: There were a number of times when the process did not go as planned, especially when others in this process dropped the ball or gave us inaccurate information. Haley was always there ready to make additional calls to find out what was happening, what was needed to correct the situation and to get the process back on track.

Haley is amazing, we really hit Gold when she first reached out to us to relocate. We were thinking about moving from California to Texas and needless to say we were a bit nervous moving to an area we knew nothing about. Among her many great qualities, I think Haylee s best, in my opinion, is that, as a realtor, she listens. We were very specific with our wish list, our purchase price max, and our location, and she stayed true to that. While we had to make some adjustments along the way, she made a concerted effort to still show us properties that were what we truly wanted. Seeing so many homes can be confusing, but she kept reminding us that what we wanted was out there, and she didn t give up until we found it! We finally found the perfect house, and we couldn t be happier!
