Kayla did such a great job with our engagement photos! She was willing to put in the effort to get the perfect shot, and was very helpful in directing us what to do. I have never had a photo shoot turn out so well with so many amazing photos that were perfectly edited. I would use her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to all of my friends.

If you are looking for a professional and personable photographer; look no further than Kayla Smith! I was so nervous when I started looking for our Wedding Photographer. I had just witnessed my friend go through a horrible experience with hers and was so nervous about not knowing any photographers in Amarillo. I literally googled best Amarillo wedding photographer and Kaylas name was the first one to pop up. I read all her reviews online (all of them being fantastic of course) and decided to call her... and man, am I happy I did! Kayla was so sweet and helpful on the phone (which was great for planning a wedding that was 10 hours away). She contacted me a few times to plan out exactly what I wanted for our Big Day and to answer all of my questions! She showed up (on time) the day of our wedding and was so efficient! Even under the pressure of me running late she kept everything in order and made sure to get all the shots I wanted! The best part... She got me my beautiful pictures (and I mean BEAUTIFUL) way before the timeline that she told me she would (which was only a few weeks)! I was so excited to see them in my inbox early! It was such a great surprise to wake up to! If you are at all nervous/cautious about choosing a photographer (lol like me) then please go with Kayla Smith Photography; you will not be disappointed! I cant put into words how blessed I am to have found Kayla. From my beautiful engagement session to my amazingly perfect wedding day she was there to capture every moment. I cant say enough amazing things about Kayla! My husband and I were planning our wedding in Amarillo from DFW and found Kayla from on online search. Not only was her portfolio super impressive, but she was INCREDIBLE with communication (something, I think, everyone planning a wedding appreciates immensely). She really took her time to get to know us from meeting virtually a few times, then our engagement shoot that was included in our package. From that shoot, she really took our feedback (they were incredible photos btw) and really came through with an amazing experience on our wedding day and the photos are are testament to her talent. The day of the wedding, she was prompt and worked seamlessly with the day. Us being a bit behind schedule, the wind, my crazy big family - nothing phased her! BTW, her second shooter was incredible. Kayla really picked someone to fully compliment her. If youre looking for someone who will make wedding planning just a bit less stressful and capture the life and beauty of your wedding, you MUST go with Kayla!

After looking through dozens of photographers to hire for our wedding, I decided on Kayla and haven t regretted it for a second! Her style is so natural, clean and authentic. She captured every detail of our day beautifully! She s fun and easy to work with, gets your pictures back to you quickly, and she produces the kind of stunning and quality photos you know will still make you smile when you look back at them 20 years later. Shes definitely great at what she does!

Kayla loves what she does, and I love all the pictures that come with her passion. We used Kayla for our wedding and engagement pictures and I can t thank her enough for how perfect they came out. During our engagement pictures at the canyon as we were about to leave Kayla found the perfect stop as the sun was setting and she asked if we had time to take some more pictures. I m glad she stopped us, those are my favorite pictures. She takes the time to know her clients and that s what I like about her. She was very patient, especially with our big family. We were a little behind schedule but she did everything she could to make sure I had pictures from the start to the end of our wedding. I would defiantly use her again.
