She was very rude and did not let me present the case since I made 2 consultations, one by phone and one in person and she said when she looked at me I already spoke to you on the phone in a way like I didnt have time the entire time of the consultation it was very uncomfortable I was in a hurry To finish talking I mentioned we can discuss the same thing all day in a sarcastic way

Diana Hathaway is your best choice for a defense attorney in the Amarillo area. She was a prosecuting attorney for the area so she understands what it takes to defend clients very well. she s busy a lot with her many cases and may not seem like she cares, but she does care and it shows in her end results AND when it comes to representing you in court she will show up every time for you and get you the best possible outcome. I can t say enough good things because my personal experience was on point with her, but the fact is she is your best choice for defense attorney in this area. Love you Diana! You re a rockstar!

She is very unperfessional, very rude. I would highly recommend you never use her.She is the worst lawyer I have ever had to deal with. We were told to be at the court house in Canyon. She finally talked to us and we had to go look for her. She had walked by us and didnt even say anything. And it was 30 minutes.She had a serious attitude because I had questions. Then she walked us over to the clerk to pay the fees and they wouldnt let us without the paperwork and then we had to go look for her again and sit and wait until she was done with a court. She has no consideration of others.

She didn t even bother hearing my fathers case with out condemning him herself. Very unprofessional especially when I heard so many good reviews about her. In a way this was a good sign for us considering she didn t even care from the beginning she most certainly wouldn t have cared about this case in the long run. Maybe she was more professional with the recent people who have commented but unfortunately for us we had to take a different approach with another lawyer.

This lady so called lawyer is a complete fraud. She will keep adding up money to your case, lose important paperwork. And in the end all to find out that she didnt do her job right... Dont get fooled by her commercials and real testimonies.
