Very upset with their services. My husband paid his retainer in January. The services were finished in early February- this was a simple review of 5 page contract. He was told by Allison - the lawyer- that a statement and refund would be provided in March. March came and no refund or statement was provided, even when asked. When my husband recently called them asking about his refund on his retainer,l and statement they stated that Allison gave false information - that it takes a minimum 60 days to get a refund. (It s been over 60 days) As far as even a statement - nope- STILL not available 2.5 months later. It is very frustrating to be given false information. I am very frustrated that I cannot even get a statement 2.5 months later! (Is that unreasonable?) At this point we re lucky if we ll get anything. I would never use them again or recommend them.
