My waitress was good. Followed a staff member in showing up for work. She let the door close behind her each time as though no one was behind her. Leaving, the three girls at the front were so enthralled in their conversation they didnt notice me passing by twice to leave. Not a horrible experience but one that could use a little work.

Hostess seemed very bothered about seating us at the very back when we had walked in with a walking boot and a toddler. Waiters kept looking at our table and kept walking. Had to wait over 10 min for someone to get our drink order. She was not very confident, and had to go ask about every question we had. Breadsticks were stale. Ordered the childrens cheese ravioli. Toddler ate half asked for a box and she said oh he only left one like we were an inconvenience for asking for a box to take our childs leftovers home. But she did give us a hand full of mints so it made it a little better.

I had the opportunity to experience Olive Gardens pick up thru their web site. I was VERY impressed. Despite having to drive almost 20 minutes back to my hotel room & get settled, the food was still very hot & did not need to be warmed up. It was wonderful, & they did not skimp on the servings. I love their to go bowls, they can be reused for heating other things, & I know from experience that they will survive a dishwasher! Multiple re-uses!

It was the worst experience ever! I love the Olive Garden in Lubbock, which is why I went to the one in Amarillo, but my experience was the opposite. There were flies inside, the food didn t taste the same as the one in Lubbock (the pasta was dry), and the service was horrible. They threw things at us, didnt refill the drinks on time (we waited 5 minutes for a refill), and they didn t ask if we wanted more pasta or if everything was okay. I will never go to the Olive Garden in Amarillo again. Worst experience ever!

I attempted to dine in but Inpatked in one of their 10-to-go spots to eat since there was nowhere else to park. A lady chased me down today and said I couldnt park there. There were still four open to-go spots at 1:30 on a Sunday. There is no way on earth you all need and use this many to go spots. I took my business somewhere else. I am not going to drive all over the parking lot to find a place to come in and dine have a drink and tip. Continue with your 100 to go parking spots.

A server named Ryan is the only reason why I didnt blast this place with a 1 star. I walked in, sat at the bar to enjoy a glass of wine while my call order was prepared. I sat there for 6 mins giving multiple waitresses a look of desperation. None asked or offered help. But Ryan stopped in the middle of what he was currently doing to assist me. The dude wasnt even assigned to the bar.

The absolute worse Olive Garden on the planet, been here 2 times on road trips, I love Olive Garden, but this place is garbage, The bread sticks are horrible, How can this place have different bread sticks from any other Olive Gatde???,Dough Sticks is what they should be called,The drinks were garbage and the food was horrible.. Its true if youve been to one chain restaurant then youve been to them all. This one is no different, but unfortunately there was a smell trickling in from the front door inward. We smelt something faintly foul entering in and were they initially sat us which was not too far from the front door. You probably guessed that the restrooms are in the front and you guessed correctly. I asked this nice elderly lady, they just sat next to us, if she smelt anything and she said, yes it does smell like a fart, but I promise I wasnt going to blame you. With a wink lol. They moved us per our request. We learned some drainage work had been done in the restrooms and that it supposedly smells much better now? Sooo the new location smelt better, the food was good minus getting the smell out of my thoughts, and the waiter was super busy, but as attentive as she could be. Id go back more if they fix the plumbing issues.

My husband and I were hosting a dinner for our university softball team and ordered food from the Amarillo Olive Garden. They were so nice, so organized with the catering order. We arrived for our reservations about 10 minutes early .. but ended up waiting over one and a half hours for our table. Once seated, we didn t get our appetizers before our meal, and one of the children s plates was not delivered until the end of the meal after everyone was done. I had the chicken parmesean and everything about it was dry. The noodles were dried out, the chicken was extremely dry. And even the marinara sauce was very thick and almost like a paste, so it didnt help at all with any moisture.

We had an awesome experience tonight as we celebrated 3 birthdays. We had a party of 16 which included 9 children. Our waitress Rachel was fantastic, she was attentive, energetic and really made our dining experience enjoyable. I feel that if youre going to work in a very packed restaurant then you need to look perfessional especially if youre a waitress. I know times have changed but please take your nose rings out and if you have any semblance of a hicky please cover it up. Also learn to pronounce the menu items correctly. On December 17th, about 3pm. we had our Christmas party there for my employees plus one. The seating was done quickly considering the number of other customers in the restaurant. The food was great. Everything was delivered to our table, all together, hot, in a timely manner and absolutely perfect. Our server was named Isa. She was definitely the best waitress I guess I have ever had at any restaurant. She was pleasant to our whole group. She made sure no drink glass was left unfilled, catching them when they were 3/4 filled instead of 3/4 empty. She attended to everyones salad requests, making sure the ingredients were as requested. She made our whole dining experience astromical by demonstrating her eagerness to serve her customers and their needs. I hope that her general manager can see this review, share it with her, and give her the praises she so well deserves. Isa, thanks again for being our waitress. When we return, you will be the one that we will request to assist us again. I wish I could rate our dining experience as a 10 star instead of the 5 star limit. We came from out of town and stopped to eat here before going to Christmas attractions. Their system was supposedly down so bad they couldnt take our payment and we waited 45 minutes before a manager started to help. He didnt even come to our table, he was having the waitress be the middle man. After an hour they wanted us to pay in full with cash. Wouldnt give us a discount because supposedly they wernt able to because the system was down $175. My BIL had $180 and went ahead and paid just so we could leave. As someone whos worked in the restraunt field for years this was not handled right. Especially on the managers end. Because we had to wait so long we missed our christmas attraction and were not able to go another day because we are only in town for the day/night. Im going to be calling corporate about this.
