Braums has become such a staple in the lives of myself and my GF. We personally enjoy the browny fudge Sundays, they are to die for. The staff is always so kind and up beat. Between them and the ice cream itself Braums can turn a bad day good and right all wrongs... Love it

Burger was delicious. I like that you can sub out yogurt for free instead of fries and that you can sub a small shake for free instead of a soft drink. The ice cream is also top notch. This one had a little market inside too. We are passing through town and needed bananas. Conveniently they had bananas at the market that we could buy. Great 1st experience! Will be back!

Very delicious brownie Sunday! Lost of flavors for ice cream. I bought their butter and can t wait to try it. Richard at the front was so nice and caring. Cracks me up that you can buy a bag of burgers and a bag of burritos. Will be coming back.

I went in for a hand packed pint of sherbet. I was waiting on quickly. The server was friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking and a ramp to get to the door. They dont have handicap doors

Went in with a request for a pint of hand packed sherbet. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to take care of me. The sherbet was great. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking. Im not sure if they have automatic doors.

Every time I go here the staff are friendly! They work efficiently and smoothly as well. Sometimes I have to pull up to the corner because my food might take longer to cook but its worth the wait. Chicken dinner is delicious and also not thrown in the box. It was packed neatly like they cared. Love this braums location!

We dont have a Braums where we live since moving away from the Midwest, so we stop in every time were passing through (which is 4 or 5 times a year). My family loves it so much that I brought my sister the makings for a Strawberry Shortcake Fancy Sunday for her birthday dessert last time. Cant wait to see u again Braums!

Cold fries and nasty gravy and too many of the employees playing around got called a KAREN and disrespected because I asked if I could get my melted sundae into a bigger container while all the whip cream was mashed to the top and chocolate and strawberry syrup coming out the sides of the container and the young manager just as rude and didn t have any skills of being a manager while taking orders seeing the other employees eating while packing food and playing around!! Came in for butter and a couple limeades. Girl who helped me was preparing sauce cups without gloves her hands were coated in sauce she went from prep to taking more order handling cash and change to dipping the cup into the ice and finishing our drinks she even handled the limes without any for of glove or washing of her hands. Was going to speak to a manager but theyre were busy with the rush they had. Love this place usually never have an issue that didnt sit right. Ended up tossing the drinks out couldnt get over the fact there wasnt a single step toward food safety taken.

Use to be my go to store for milk, cheese eggs some produce and other things. Not anymore. I stopped there for the convenience. 2 out of the last 3 times I have been there the milk cooler shelves were empty. Can see all kinds in the cooler but None on the shelves. I love Braums, but the quality is declining now that they have been expanding and popping up everywhere. I usually love braums and was looking forward to it after moving back to Texas after a year, but literally the worst experience I ve had. I ordered chicken tenders and the lady was so nice but the tenders were tough and chewy. I let it slide since I was really looking forward to the ice cream. I usually get a double dip sundae modeled after a banana split so that I won t eat three scoops. I asked for a tuxedo since I thought it would be easier and asked if I could have rocky road for both ice creams. I know it s usually one vanilla and one chocolate but I was really just wanting chocolate and marshmallow topping then adding a banana on top. The lady (named Tasha, supposedly a shift lead) scoffed and turned to her coworker and asked can I do that? While rolling her eyes. I already have a hard time asking for what I want since I get social anxiety but I stood there amazed that my request was seen as too much . I literally wanted to cry cause I thought I was being rude but the other lady said that s fine . Which eased me a bit but I couldn t muster the courage to ask for banana. I ended up just grabbing one from the grocery side. Anyway, I waited for my husband to order and he received the same attitude even though he got the simplest order: single dip strawberry sundae. She huffed as she made it. The real shocker is she gleefully spoke to her coworker and as soon as she approached the counter with our stuff, her whole demeanor changed. Cold, rude, and bothered. I get this job is stressful (I ve worked at sonic), but damn at least fake it. I m so frustrated and disappointed. I would ve done a one star but the ice cream is too good.. sorry for the rant. I just needed to vent.

I Was in there yesterday. I ordered to-go inside the store and waited almost 30 minutes for my food. We weren t going to be able to eat it because they took too long. Literally had the order and everything right next to me and the Assistant manager refused to refund it because I didn t have the receipt. I d understand if I d left the store with the order and came back but I never left the store! I think the receipt accidentally got picked up by the guy cleaning while I was making my drinks or thrown away by mistake but how hard is it to pull up my order on the computer especially when it s right there, and I knew my order number and everything. This lady was rude and condescending and looked at me like I was trash. I was humiliated and just wanted a refund considering we were wouldn t be able to eat it. I was going to check the bag to see if maybe they put an extra one in there or on it because some places do and the moment I touched it she made sure to say in a demanding way Now you re not getting the food AND a refund! It s one or the other! I wasn t even going to leave with it or take it I don t understand what the problem was. They wasted the whole window we had to have lunch and I waited in the store the whole time. I know they can pull up orders on the computer and at the same time I was asking for the refund, my order and just come out. Corrupt management

Natasha needs to go. I ordered a black walnut shake and soft serve vanilla shake. She asked a coworker how to make a soft serve shake and they told her to make it the same way you make a shake with regular ice cream.....apparently that didnt make sense to her so she outright asked if they could do it...LAZY. different kind of lazy. I had a 3rd order but waited til the other 2 were done in case she didnt understand my 3rd one (simple 2 scoops of cookie dough icecream)..I didnt want to overwhelm her. The black walnut shake was still ice cream....she didnt even mix it correctly. Had to eat it with a spoon. She needs to go. Other than that, still quality ice cream as usual.

We ordered a sausage and cheese muffin meal a sausage and cheese biscuit meal and an order of hotcakes. The teenager taking the order seemed confused that we did not want egg on our sandwiches. He did not provide a receipt. We were given 2 coffee cups with no lids. There was no creamer stocked out front and they ran out of coffee so we didn t even get a full cup. When the order came it was 1 hotcake (we asked for an order of hotcakes which generally is 3) and no hash browns came with the order. We asked about this and was asked for our receipt which we didn t have because it wasn t provided then we re told only 1 hotcake was ordered. Very disappointed in this braums and the people working there. The teenagers need a little more training and understanding of the menu for the people ordering.

Always a good and fast place to get fast food and treats. But I would really appreciate it if they would put combos/burgers back to the way it used to be! As in not coming with cheese unless you ask for it! I always ask repeatedly for a hamburger and EVERY TIME the cooks NEVER get it right and I end up with cheese on it. And it isnt just this one location its ALLLLLL of the stores in every town! Update 5/2/2023: They STILL do this 90% of the time!
