Worst Worst experience. They charged me for a drink they did not bring and when I told them told correct it the server just said sure sure and kicked us out.. they ended up charging me 40$ more than what it was supposed to cost.

We went on 12/02/2023 and let me tell you, if you re not ready to spend minimum $200 DO NOT GO HERE! For 1 hookah, 1 bucket of beer and 1 cocktail our total was $119.00 WITHOUT TIP! If you don t make $20 the hour or sell crack cocaine this expensive lounge AINT for you! Other then that the vibes were cool I guess and the staff was friendly

Worst experience ever. They don t know how to make a Hookah, showing off fancy hookah equipments doesn t mean you know how to make one. Staff was very rude on a thanksgiving night. I wonder this is why this place has always been vacant. People be aware they rip you off literally for nothing. Go elsewhere as there are so many other places in Amarillo.

Is ok. Staff is awesome but they charge to play music you like. They only played black music. Would have preferred Arabic music or at least a mixture. Probably wont be back for that reason. I dont like black music.

This owner tows vehicles who park in front of the CLOSED businesses in the same mini mall as him. I watched him do this and tell us this is what he was doing. These vehicles were not parked anywhere near his store. Bad business.

I have come here two different times with some friends. The owner is rude and acts like he is superior and is so mean to his employees in front of customers it makes me so embarrassed for them and makes me want to run out of there. Both times I have been here was to meet up with friends who had already purchased the hookah the prices are outrageous and they do not offer refills for those reasons both friends decided not to go back. You also have to pay to request a song. I dont recommend in the slightest

Been going here along time the owner Sam is very polite and friendly and so is the staff, also they have really good Persian tea. I just hate that the prices are a bit high and they took out the pool tables, hopefully Sam moves to a bigger location because alot of people come here and there just isnt alot of room for how many people come here. Flavor and brand options very limited and prices are inflated. They use the cheapest tobacco brands and dont have any of the good brands available. This town needs more competition for good hookah lounges. When we asked for a bucket of beer, they brought out the wrong beer. The place is cramped and too small for how loud it is. Maybe Im biased because Im from a town with atleast 10 other options to choose from, but I want a hookah bar to actually offer more than just a 25$ or 35$ hookah. Especially at those prices we should have better brand options. An added side note, how can they get away with charging 2$ for song requests when they just pull up music on YouTube?

Place is good. Ambiance is good.Music is OK, but the option to request songs is good if it wasnt $2.00 a piece. Staff is great, and the guy running the joint is hella-cool. Relaxed, chill hookah lounge. Good atmosphere with downtempo, bass laden music. Overall dim lighting with occassional strobes and tv screens. I tried their hookah with fruit and it was quite interesting, as you may see from the posted picture. It was good, flavorful, a bit heady, and decent smoke for small, single person bowl. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and glad to answer questions. I will certainly come back here!
