The place is clean and the employees are mostly very friendly. The food is decent. The problem is, that it is exorbitantly priced. A little cheeseburger, a small fry, and a small drink is right at $17.00. They use 3.0 oz patties. Very small. A double meat bacon cheeseburger, small fry and a small drink, is over $23. For that money, you can go across the street to Texas Roadhouse, and get a steak, fresh rolls, two sides, and a drink. Same money. They are the highest of all fast food places. I have no idea how they stay open.

Five Guys serves a pretty good burger and fries. The food is made fresh after it is ordered and it is made to order with whatever toppings at no additional charge. I love eating here but, its too cold ALL OF THE TIME! I would LOVE to come in from out of the cold windy day to eat in a warm establishment. When I mentioned it to the cashier she said yeah, well, its hot back here and we need it for the employees and theres nothing I can do. Wed heard good things about 5 Guys fries so we gave it a shot. My wife had a little burger, I had a bacon cheese hotdog all the way, shared a large order of fries, 2x drinks. Burger and dog were both good. The fries were awful . Soggy limp, and fairly cold. All in it was $36.26. I mean, come on, its a fast food burger joint. For less than that we couldve gone to Georgia Taphouse across the road... and their fries are better. Disappointed. Well not be back.

The service was fine. The only problem is getting a cheeseburger and fries for 20$ and getting home and the hamburger is raw!! Not even Luke warm! I suppose I could take it back but I already drove over there once my bad. If I had wanted it rare I would have asked for it. It s not worth my time to run over there again!! I eat at different 5 guys in diff cities maybe twice a year. This one was lowest rated burger from them Ive ever had. Just ok. Fries were decent, not best from them. Overall a bit disappointed as 5G usually is better, made even worse that price for meal has gone up, that wasnt worth $20. There was no waiting, restaurant didnt have many people. Arrived ~6pm.

5 guys like all the other 5 guys that Ive been to been fantastic. Services quick food comes out fast and hot. Food is always fantastic. The fries are always home cut and overflowing. And dont forget about the wonderful peanuts. Understand 5 guys isnt probably from the South or Texas. But one thing that they can improve on is they need to brew fresh tea. That Instant iced tea is awful. Other than that everything is fantastic 9 out of 10 Im definitely gonna eat there again.

Don t make the same mistake I made and forget to ask for ketchup because they re so clueless they won t automatically give you ketchup with a bag full of fries! The food here never disappoints! The burgers are amazing! I always have to order the little burger because the regular ones that come with two patties are a bit too much food for me, but my husband gets them and finishes them with no problem! The staff has always been very friendly every time weve gone in. Our order is always right and the food is super fresh. Their fries, in my opinion, are second to none. There are peanuts around the restaurant for you to enjoy while waiting on your order. Five Guys is definitely my favorite place to get a burger! I love that we have one in Amarillo.

I forgot that the burger comes with two patties (one patty is called the little burger) so I added a patty without knowing it was gonna be huge. Meat was juicy and the fries were crispy. Ordered hamburger and fries to go on 12-10-20, receipt 90, which was typed correctly by the male attendant dressed in black. When arrived at home I had a cheese burger which required a return trip to F. G. The female attendant dressed in black (?manger) after seeing my receipt and after I told her that I was given the wrong order asked me what did I want instead of I am sorry sir for the mistake and we will have that right out for you or some type of apology. After stating that I would like the hamburger and fries, I ask Ed if she could throw away the returned cheeseburger and fries she said no and started pointing out trash cans in the lobby. I asked for the district managers name and number and she said that she would give it to me when she finished completing my order, but since she was not customer friendly I asked for my money back which she did return then I ask for the name again and she went to the back to get it but never returned. My wife called twice later and the female attendant took the phone from the other male attendant who was in the process of giving my wife the information and the female attendant said that they do not have a district manager above her.
