Very big store. There was one employee female that was very rude to me. And check out lines where very long. Only 3 cashiers well everyone else just was walking around. Make sure you look at the very small print on the 50% off signs cause, there is so many and they all arent actually accurate!!!!

I love Hobby Lobby! Friendly associates and of course, all the best crafting stuff ... always having things on sale. The only thing I dont care for is it can be hard to find items if you dont know the store layout. Theres not a lot of info about where things are located and it could be easy to find or not so much.

Very large store, huge selection. Long lines but they moved quickly. I had a family heirloom custom framed and couldnt be happier with the results. Bonus, it costs me 20$ less than my quoted estimate.

I only have one complaint. The registers that say refunds or exchanges should be for only that. We waited so long because of full baskets. I was so happy when the regular cashier opened and I only had one item to get refunded and she couldnt help me. They closed the refund register and I asked if I could get in. Knowing that she saw what happened. It was a no and I was very disappointed. If you see big lines especially in refunds and exchanges. Open the other side or get more cashiers up front.

Love their store the only thing I dislike is must not want handicapto shop there because there is no scooter & not enough wheelchairs & no place for us to sit & wait . Its not our most favorite store to shop . JoAnns likes us spending our money there. I usually spend $100 or more & so do my friends. Handicaps like crafting to.

Had a FrontEnd older associate being pretty stern to other associates, But tried to be the same with customers. Bad idea specially knowing that you are at the last point of sale. Cashiers stayed busy and concentrated and were engaging with customers. Loved that everyone was working returns and was getting it done, which is challenging in this time of season. Advice for the store to at least have an employee walk through the store with dust mop. I had my basket constantly stopped residue on the floor. Other from that I loved the visit to this location..

Has the things I need and at, usually, a competitive price. The fake flowers and stuff tend to be a little on the high side. Things like pens, paints, and craft tools are very reasonable. Shop around but be sure to make comparison to other places.
