I go to a snappy salads location almost daily I m totally obsessed it s healthy and absolutely delicious! We used to be big patrons of snappy salads. I don t know, it s really not as great as it used to be. We felt so rushed through the line and yelled at. The worker could not understand basic English and didn t know how to nicely communicate, she did a lot of hand waving, but I couldn t understand that. I felt like it was irritating for her to be there at work. Food was pretty mediocre. My daughter s chicken was so dry and chewy it was inedible.

Ordered 2 salads from them and paid for an extra dressing which was $1 more. The salads showed up with one salad having no dressing and the extra dressing we ordered and paid for wasnt in the bag. They wont answer the phone and if you order through another delivery service besides door dash they are rude and wont help you at all and no one will answer the phone. Rediculous! The food is great but the sevice is horrible so Im giving them a 2 star.

This is one of my favorite places to have lunch with one of my favorite co-workers. Dustin knows our names and he makes every effort to make our experience enjoyable. He knows my favorite thing to order and he ensures that the staff know as well. I love this place and visit it almost every week. We dine inside or if the weather is nice, we sit outside. I highly recommend it. Parking: We always find a great parking spot during lunchtime.

Came for a pick up and my order was supposed to be ready. Girl tattooed up and pink long nails was helping another customer when I arrived, the other customer told her to help me first since she was having problems. She asked me the name of the order and told me they were working on it. Another girl making food was working on salads that were not mine and it took about 7 minutes to finish, then she asked me for the name. I told her and watched as she went to the back counter where other food was already prepared. She bagged up my food which had been ready the entire time I was waiting. I waited 10 minutes in total for food that was just sitting on the back counter! The tattoo girl was also hopping around and talking a mile a minute to the other customer. It was a very frustrating experience. The food is usually quick there, but there was nothing snappy about my experience.

Baja shrimp wrap is very good. The jalapeno ranch really does have a kick, so be ready for that. The sweet potato chips are sprinkled with sugar, which was unexpected but delicious. Im not a fan of the interior with communal tables and stools instead of chairs (no backs), but it was clean and cozy.

Gave them 2 chances and disappointed both times. Placed online order and drove over 20 mins to get there and workers were just standing there, didn t have any other orders, not helping any other customers. Told them I had an online order and they grab the receipt and THEN start making it on 2 separate occasions. If they were busy helping other customers, I d understand. But they weren t. Walked in at 7:50 to order a salad to go and I was refused service. The lady behind the counter refused me service saying they were not taking any more orders , which I found mind boggling and there was a lady at the cashier who had just ordered and was paying. Also, all the food was still out. I mean you don t close till 8pm, and it was 7:50. That s 10 minutes. You guys should lock the door if you re going to not making any more orders after 7:50. I will not be back to this location.

4 thumbs down today! We usually enjoy Snappys, but not today. Staff seemed to be on the struggle bus. $31 for a bunch of lettuce, minimal toppings, 1/3 cup of steak and a chicken tender drowned in sauce. They just fell off our list of salad spots. I attempted to use website to leave feedback as well, but it was on the struggle bus as well. Could not get feedback page to load.

Came in to catch a lunch with my friend. Got Chimichurri Steak salad with no modifications, apart from asking them to use Balsamic Vinegar. The man taking everyones orders was incredibly rushed, seemed as they were trying to do everything, and visibly rushing me and other guests during their ordering process. I distinctly and clearly told him Instead of the sauce I want plain balsamic vinegar. He put vinaigrette on my salad and mixed it in. That is 200 calories I was actively trying to avoid by asking for vinegar, and one rushed employee not listening ruined it for me. I would have got the main sauce it came with if I had that many calories to waste. Furthermore they were literally snapping their fingers at the lady behind me as she was trying to spit out her order at the speed this man was trying to get customer to keep up with. He had a shaved head and looked about a lean build. More worried about his speed, and rushing the ordering process than actually listening.

Came here for the first time with a friend at lunch hour to try their salads. Its on a corner lot so there was a nice outdoor patio and ample seating inside. We came for takeout. It was a Tuesday afternoon, and it was not busy. When we got there we were not greeted. The employees did see us, but just did not greet. We stood at the beginning of the salad queue for five minutes before anything was said to us. Finally someone took our order. My friend and I both had the grilled avocado salad with pulled chicken. When we got home and unpacked it, it was a good amount of greens and good sized half avocado and chicken. The salad was very flavorful and for the amount of salad I thought it was a good value. The leaves were fresh and crisp. The vinaigrette was very good. I really didnt like the pulled chicken, I thought it was kind of flavorless but that was my choice. I think I will choose a different kind like grilled chicken or a different protein next time. I really did like the salad though. The customer service that day was not that great but nowadays employees have to deal with a lot of flak from customers so maybe they were just having an off day. Totally understand. Were all human. Either way I will come back to try the other salads.

I have only gone to this location twice and the experience worsened each time. The first time I ordered for pickup and my pickup time was for 20 minutes. I went in and had to wait additional 20 minutes because it was busy even though the employees knew I was there. I just went yesterday again and one of the employees looked sick and rubbed her nose across her arm while cooking my steak. No one had a mask on but something you should consider if someone is sick. Right after I ate I got very sick and couldn t be a coincidence because I still wear a mask everywhere even though I ve had the vaccine. I can never go to this place again and probably shouldn t because my last experience wasn t so good. This meal was the only thing I ate that day before getting food poisoning.

Such an easy concept but no execution. We order four things: full avocado salad w extra dressing, soup and lemon vinaigrette salad, full yellowfin tuna salad, side of bread w two spreads . We got 1/2 avocado salad and 1/2 tuna salad only. Not full size salads, no lemon vinaigrette, no soup at all, no bread at all. Finally, the tuna was raw not seared. Awful. The last two times we ve been there, the salads have been very inconsistent. Today, my mom ordered a salad and the cashier kept saying her order incorrectly and she corrected him. As he made the salad, he was making the wrong order that he repeated back to her and she corrected. As he was making the wrong one, she told him she didn t think the salad she requested was made that way and he replied well, that s what I heard, so I m not changing it. Last week, she asked for chicken and was charged for it, but didn t receive it. I m not sure if this location is under new management or what, but being Watters Creek employees, we frequent the restaurants in the area to support the businesses in the complex. It s just disappointing.

I ve tried this location several times and I am always disappointed. Bummer. I love the salads. Unfortunately, this location leaves items off my order (forgivable; I check the order at the counter every time because I ve been burned). Unforgivable are the ten idle hands that serve wilted, slimy lettuce leaves and dry, brown-edged lettuce leaves Instead of picking it out and never apologize for forgetting my items.

This is honestly the most disappoint Snappy Salads Ive been to. I brushed the first visit off and gave them another try. Today, all of the Salad pans were near empty, and the ones that had a little salad left were visible old and browing. I asked if they could get fresh salad and the response was This is all we have. For an entire day, on a Friday at 12:45? Ummm ok. I will continue to visit other locations, as this seems to be a consistent issue with this location.

I love Snappy Salads but the Crispy Artichoke Salad from this location is terrible. The breading on the artichokes is so heavy I can hardly taste the artichoke. I dont understand why its different here but Ive ordered it twice and had the same issue both times whereas other locations Ive gone to have just enough breading on the artichokes to make them crispy without being overpowering. Today I decided to give this location another try and got the Tenderfoot salad. While it was good, the 40 minutes it took to get it after using the app to order was ridiculous (I was given a pick-up time of 12 minutes). I wont be going back to this location any time soon.

I ve been going to other locations and they re usually pretty consistent with my crispy artichoke. But I was disappointed at this location. Very skimpy on the ingredientes (only one spoonful of each, instead of two I ve seen in other locations), the dressing was wayyy off in flavor and so the steak. Bathroom s wall very dirty, considering this location hasn t been open that long. Hope they can step it up a little.

Second visit to this location. Had the Real Dill Sockeye Salmon Salad. The base is a mixture of artisan lettuce and spinach. The. Add carrots, pickled red onion, and crisped capers. It also comes with crispy potatoes strings which I removed to reduce carbs. Finally top it off with grilled salmon filet and creamy dill caper dressing. I also added on avocado. Would highly recomend to anyone.

Staff was nice and my salad (that I put together) was good. However, my husbands wrap took forever, it was how the menu described it and it was missing things. They didnt know how to wrap it so it broke and was everywhere. The sweet potatoes chips were either very oily or soggy. I am bot sure if I will come back since it seemed that the staff was clueless about the menu and what to do.

Disappointing, particularly for the cost. I ordered the grilled avocado salad. The lettuce did not taste fresh, and the tomatoes were these large inconvenient chunks. I hardly saw any beans or corn, and while the grilled avocado tasted good $12 seemed kind of steep for the whole meal. Staff was friendly, and location is great but frankly the salads at Market Street are better and more affordable.

I love snappy salad and eat a many of the locations around the metroplex. On more than one occation this location been out of salad toppings such as bacon. On 3 occasions I asked for lemon vingerett and a different dressing was put on my salad. Sadly it was the manager who put an incorrect dressing on my salad. This evening when they did not have bacon topping (this was the second time they did not have bacon) I ask the manager about being out of bacon. He replied we are not out of bacon, we burned the bacon. This was the same manager who put the wrong dressing on my salad 4 days ago. I have no clue as to why they would not just cook more bacon instead of just not offer bacon. I think from now on I wont patronize this location. I would rather travel further to another Snappy Salad location rather than the Watters Creek location

I love Snappys but this one is consistently the worst of all the locations. Service is bad, ingredients are kept mediocre, they skimp on ingredients. It s been bad enough that I avoid going. Today I gave them another shot. I ordered online, picked it up, and brought it home. It was my first time here. I am being generous with the 3 rating. The salad was fresh but nothing outstanding. The salads were pricy for what you get. The menu said tea was rich black tea, but it was very watered down. Staff was not helpful in that we kept having to ask questions when we indicated it was our first visit. They were not busy but were out of toppings, but didn t tell you until salad was already in progress. With all the great restaurants around, I would be surprised if this one stays. I had high hopes.
