The only reason this place could improve, is the high prices and the fact theres black mold in the ceiling... A small is over 7 bucks. And a regular cone/cup is nine. A small at 5 would be ideal and 7.00 for a medium. I have never been to one before so I didnt know what to expect. The sweet cream is rich and definitely creamy. I enjoyed the chocolate chips that became crunchy and snappy. Id probably come back to another location to try a new flavor. But a little hesitant with the ceiling mold in multiple locations of the store.

Went in with high expectations and was quickly disappointed. Not only were half of the advertised Pinkberry flavors unavailable, all the toppings tasted stale and were mixed with eachother. When it came time to pay, the card scanner wasnt working so I had to run to my car and find cash lying around so I could pay. In addition to this, half the tables were dirty and the trash cans were almost overflowing. Very disappointed with my experience at this location. If any of yall want Coldstone, Id recommend driving a little farther to the much better maintained Frisco location.

My wife and I went for a little treat and walked out disappointed and $21 lighter. I was charged for a waffle bowl but didnt actually have one. They made it right by giving me one but it was chewy. Im sure they make them fresh but both mine and my wifes was nowhere near it. Decent service but everything else was subpar.

I would give this place a zero if I could, but one is the minimum. I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately the minimum is one. This place is quite literally a guide on how not to run an ice cream establishment. I remember the manager (I think her name was Arti or something) was yelling at her employees for something utterly stupid. I think it was about not giving a spoon with a cup? Either way it was disturbing the ambiance of the place and the whole place felt awkward after that. I bought an apple from the place and the manager gave me the first one that she saw from the back. What I saw was the most disgusting, rotten apple I had ever seen in my life. I passed on the apple and asked for some ice cream instead and saw that the manager had brought in an entire roster of employees and basically slaved them away. I really felt bad for these people. They all seemed tired and depressed but had no choice but to keep working for their greedy, selfish employer. The place is also gross as hell. The floor is sticky and it had an odor to it. The cold stone itself doesnt even work and the employees could only make a limited amount of ice cream. Overall this place is horrible and I recommend everyone to stay away from this Cold Stone which is located in Allen, TX. I, instead, recommend everyone to visit the Cold Stone Creamery located in Frisco, TX which is actually clean and has a nice ambiance.

Today I was all giddy about treating myself to an $8 dessert (pic#1) that was sure to be the most amazing thing ever. Drove out of my way to get there because it was gonna be very worth my time. Nope. What they were actually selling was pic#2 . I should have read the reviews before shopping here. Won t be back. PS the ladies were nice and the taste of ice cream was delicious.

My husband and I were so excited to see the remodel, and while it does look good I was disappointed in a few key elements. 1.) I love Pinkberry, but the flavors this store had to offer were AWFUL. They had peach, a strange honey, regular tart, and a few other flavors that didn t look good. No strawberry, no pineapple, no cake batter, just no typical flavors. It took me all day to get the taste out of my mouth, of just testing it. 2.) The smell was terrible. When we walked in it smelled like sewage water. Which was shocking, because it s so new. We couldn t sit inside because it smelled so bad. 3.) The flavors that I did end up getting from the Cold Stone case made me sick. I was nauseous yesterday afternoon, and then I was up 3 hours last night in the middle of the night with a stomach ache and some other stuff that was not fun. The staff was great. The service was great. But the product, the quality of the product, and the smell was just very off.

This is the first store in the nation that has all 4 of these shops combined into one. After a 5 month remodel this Cold Stone Creamery has transformed. This store now includes a Cold Stone Creamery , Pinkberry, Kahala Coffee , & Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory all rolled into one. We had a great experience last night and my wife and I absolutely loved the Banana Cream Pudding Ice Cream . It is absolutely amazing tasting.

I was told they could put a kids size scoop in the waffle cone. He didn t inform me that he was unable to do this and made a small size anyways and then charged me for something I did not order. Very rude lady at the kiosk. Ice cream was pretty much melted by the time we got outside. We also ordered a cake from this location, when they called asking a question about the cake unfortunately missed the call, but literally called back five minutes later and apparently this lady upon herself to do what she wanted to this cake. Making the cake look awful and not what we wanted. When we picked up the cake the lady running the kiosk was extremely rude about the whole situation. We have been to this location before about a two years ago and it was a completely different atmosphere then. We will definitely not be returning to this location.

This stores customer service is the best candidate for Google to allow giving 0 or below zero stars. Absolutely rude person on the payment kiosk and offends customer by saying she knows to run her business her way and will not take any feedback or attempt to fix a bad quality ice-cream that we bought. To top it all, ice-creams are four times expensive than other comparable ice cream parlors ($ 9 for 4 oz. for Like it size) and this is without any toppings. I have no intent to go back to this store given they dont even know to talk to a customer let alone someone who is disappointed with their price, quality and service.

Bad experience: Just bought a small cup for $8 and it was extremely flaky, sand like texture and freeze burnt. When we called the store, the person who answered the call was extremely rude and said she knows how to correct her icecream and disconnected. We have been enjoying cold stone for the past 11 years as a family and today was a terrible experience. Never going back to this particular location. We always empathize customer support reps and we have a practice of providing our feedback politely but sometimes it hurts to be gentle and polite.

First time visit with my hubby after a hockey game. We both love the ice cream and the shake. They are very creamy and definitely planning to come back. I wish I could give it 5 stars but I give a 4 stars here because of the waffle. I got a waffle cup which I thought was a great idea, but the waffle was stale and hard to eat. We paid extra between $1.20 to $1.50 for the waffle. I wish I just stick with the ice cream only. Next time visit only ice cream and no more waffle. Just want to watch out for stale waffle and no fun. The flavors we got are strawberry, sweet cream and I love these two so much. The shake for my husband was cookie butter. It was very thick and yummy as well. Recommend still because of the ice cream!

Stopped by this location to treat the kids to ice cream, the customer service is almost non existent. Workers seemed annoyed with taking orders, location was very dirty, no waffle cones as they don t make them cup or bowl only, every table was dirty and the employee Tony basically refused to make my order and mix the toppings in. They were not busy so no reason to avoid the main step of cold stone by mixing the ingredients. It was a major disappointment that cost $50 dollars. Won t be back, suggest going to a locally owned ice cream parlor.

I recently visited and was extremely disappointed by the poor hygiene and cleanliness of this establishment. The bathroom, in particular, had a strong, unpleasant smell which could be perceived from the main store area. The rest of the shop was also visibly dirty, which left a bad impression on me and made me question the cleanliness of the food being served and the employees. Overall, I would not recommend this ice cream shop due to the poor conditions and lack of attention to cleanliness.

Yesterday I visited cold stone creamery at Allen and ordered for two gotta have it size chocolate devotion and one coffee lovers. While he is making chocolate for cups one was not full and it was half the size then he just filled plain ice cream remaining half and it tastes terrible. I would never pay $8.99 for plain chocolate ice cream. Customer experience is bad but I generally love their ice cream combinations. Hope they will not do these mistakes in future.. Again I visited the store today on Black Friday, ordered chocolate devotion and coffee lovers. The mixing was bad and too much chocolate fudge in chocolate devotion and too much toffee and very less coffee in coffees lovers. This is the end of my cold store creamery.

Last night I stopped by this particular cold stone at 10:03pm and was greeted with workers who implied the store was closed just under an hour of their normal closing hours. There were three guest before my arrival standing outside also curious why the store was closed more than 45 minutes of closing. I decided to leave and head to Waffles and Icecream (quite delicious btw) but was very disappointed when I couldn t have my favorite from Cold Stone. If you don t know how to make the ice cream then politely ask someone else, don t offer to get another ice cream if you have it on your menu. & Also, for me to pay for a Love It size shake, you should make sure it s full all the way up to the rim. So I should ve read the reviews prior to going to this Cold Stone. I really missed Cold Stone but when I learned there was one 30 mins from me I gathered my family to go get some. The experience was a zero star. The teen/college girls need to be schooled on customer service or even just a smile would ve been nice. I remember how good the ice cream was but with that attitude it left a bad taste. Let me know when you have new staff. Make sure to verify couple of times the price of cake before you place a order by phone other wise they charge you more and will not refund your money even you show the proof. Also make sure to take a reciept from them for what you order. The Manager at that place says they will call you back but never called back. This is what happened to me. I ordered a custom Small cake and picked it ontime but I forgot and didnt pay at the time of pick up. So i called back to the creamery and gave my credit card details thinking that they will charge only for what I ordered. But they charged me price of Large Cake even I took small cake, which I came to know seeing my credit card statement. I went to the store explained my situation to them and showed the proof. They said their main manager will call in a day to me to give refund but never called. So i called them again next day and got same response that their manager will call back but no one called. So I called the credit card services.

The server didnt have plastic gloves when preparing the order. Worst she used her bare hands when grabbing a waffle cone with her index finger INSIDE THE CONE. Pre-prepared Waffle cones were organized in a crate BUT were on the floor along a high traffic area and they were UNCOVERED. Serious lapses in food handing and preparation. So disappointed with this Allen location. Both times weve gone there in the past two weeks were awful! Theres nothing but kids working there...the ice cream slabs arent cleaned in between orders there was chocolate mixed in with my sorbet. The girl apologized and I watched her get a new bowl and new sppond to scoop new sorbet for me. We sat outside eating it only to find something else in the middle of it. The cake was messy and falling apart, they didn t read any of the instructions I said, people were very rude, and the place was disorganized and dirty. Please if you want a special cake or even a decent cake don t have them make it, wasted $60 on a cake that honestly just was the biggest waste.

Horrible management. There are 0 covid cases right now and the girl didn t want to give my 2 year old a sample. It s 90 degrees out and she asked her manager in the back if he could eat inside and he said no. He was also too Chicken to come out of his hole and tell us himself. I called to complain and my call gets sent to VM. Atrocious. Go to the frozen yogurt place across the street where they let little kids inside.

Slow service without explanation. Saw 4 kids staffed going in and out of kitchen, but only one person seemed to be working at a time with breaks in between. Person behind us in line grew tired of waiting and left. No tables to sit at. Had to ask for napkins. $20 for 3 small ice creams. Not worth it.

There was hair in my ice cream.. I was eating the ice cream and I felt a string in my mouth and pulled it out and realized it was hair. So realizing I felt something similar before when eating the ice cream I basically ate some hair already and threw up then I saw another piece inside the cup.. ZERO STARS NEED TO WEAR HAIR NETS! I wish there was an option for no stars. I was looking forward to trying out cold stone creamery for the first time. I went to this location with my son and my friend. We were the only ones in there so we werent holding anyone up. From start to finish, we were being rushed. The whole staff was incredibly rude. They were very impatient. We were handed ice cream that was dripping all over the place and not offered napkins. I wont give up on cold stone creamery just yet, but this location will never have my business again. There are many places to have some ice cream, and I regret choosing this one.

Understanding how busy it could get all of a sudden, I still did not enjoy the experience. The ice cream was good but very, very overpriced. The workers were not friendly AT ALL. My father tried to ask about something but were meet with a lot of attitude for some reason that I had to step in and order for him. Please be patient and friendly.

I go here almost daily for my favorite coffee ice cream. Cold Stone has the best ice cream, very creamy and delicious. I must agree with some other reviews that customers service isnt the best though. I I must say Chris is awesome, always pleasant and helpful. The others...not so much.

Service was extremely bad at your store last night 10/31. There where white customers that were serviced, and then myself and niece was ignored for the next 5 mins we are black. We were the only customers remaining in store after white customers left. Both white employees ignored us especially the shorter white male employee. Finally the taller white employee came over and asked what we needed. The shorter white employee still did not address us, while just walking back and forth in store. I am contacting your corporate office to file complaint.
