Went through drive through, told to pull up and wait for food. Employee came out with 2 bags of food, I asked if it was everything and he said yes. Got home was missing chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. Had to make a return trip. Went inside manager was nice and gave us the missing food, would have been better if she offered something like a dessert or shake for the inconvenience. We were home before we opened bags, don t let kids eat in the car, so I had to return from 15 minutes away to get the rest of the order. Lesson learned, you get screwed at the drive through , next time we won t be rushed off and check to make sure order is complete.

Waited 25 mins for two small orders 8-10 cars were served after I was given my drink I had to stop the worker bringing out food and ask about my order they came out asking for my receipt and waited another 6 mins for my food they only brought me one of my 2 orders and all three people looked like they didn t know what I was talking about . I ve worked for the company before the jobs not that hard to do especially if the two orders are 1. A larger fry and the second 2 burgers and a fry nothing else. Y all need to do better

This location is always purposely tampering with my 13 yr old Son order. I have reached out several times to management and even the franchise independent owner and my Son food allegedly been tampered with spit and hair, and other unknown added etc. I will post the pictures this time as proof and hopefully this brings awareness of the actions that this location continuously do to my 13yr old son food order.

Honestly one of the better McDonald s I ve been to. They aren t cheap on the ketchup like others. Don t have to beg for packets like animal only to be given one for a large fry. Food is usually fresh. I prefer to order through the kiosks.

Told them twice at drive thru sweet tea lemonade. That was after we waited 5 min for someone to answer the drive thru. Managed to screw it ip and gave me sweet tea that is syrup sweet and wouldn t change it out for what I wanted. Oh and ice cream machine is down.

I m very happy about my food it was well seasoned and the Dr Pepper tasted AMAZING! It was like they put cream, Dr Pepper and tea all in one cup. You could taste the seasoning on the burger and it was SO good. Not only that the fries were crispy and soft on the inside they melted in your mouth and didn t make my stomach hurt!

Not expecting a gourmet meal at a McDonalds but I do expect my food to be hot. It was completely cold after a 5 min drive home. The cashier didnt say a word to me and couldnt even muster a smile. At $15 bucks an hour - teach your 16 year old staff members basic customer service.

Rude lady at the drive through, wrong order and an appalling amount of fries even though I ordered a large set. Wrong drink size also. Person at the Register gave us a free large coke, To compensate for the wrong order. Dont go here at nighttime (8:00PM - 9:00PM) youll get considerably worse service as the night grows longer. Edit: I know, writing a review to a fast food joint is pretty petty, but someone had to write a review.

This Location is horrible after the lunch shift is over. Anything after 6pm or 7pm , This location re dipped the French fries and added a ton of salt to them.This location after lunch shift leaves for the day has the worst customer service experience I have ever seen.Some of the employees are so rude and hateful at this location , I now have to drive from Allen to Wylie or McKinney location in order to have decent customer service and food. I have spoke to several managers at this location and they don t seem to care. It breaks my heart because this location when we first move here 13 yrs ago was awesome, but now I wish the owners would re-evaluate there employees treatment towards loyal and faithful customers for over 13 years.

The food and atmosphere scores are what I would give any clean, well run McDonalds. The one on Stacy Rd in Allen, TX is clean and serves good McDonalds food. The young lady that helped me was super friendly and pleasant and is reflected in the service score.

This location USED TO be great. There s a middle age/elderly lady that works here and she WILL NOT take your orders with customizations. She will be like well I ll just throw ketchup cuz I m not telling them to make you a side of Mac sauce. And I have NEVER had a problem getting a side of Mac sauce from any location before. It s like she s trying to be nice in the MOST condescending bless your heart type of way. Everything had a condescending tone back. Two humiliated senior citizens, my wife and I, after being verbally assaulted by a child manager on the morning of July 23, 2023. We ordered 2 sausage biscuits, 1 coffee, and 1 Coke. Per norm at this location, our order DID NOT appear on the screen for confirmation. We got to the pickup window and were given only one sausage biscuit. I requested the other and was told we ordered only one. Needless to say, the snippy manager refused to give us another and told us to have a good day. Please dont do business with this place. Ordered some food today for me and my son. My son wants to play the pad inside. So, we stayed there a little bit longer, from ~1pm -3pm. One waiter came to ask me if by chance we had ordered some food. My M-size McDonald s drink and the toy and milk from my son s Happy Meal are standing on the table( the only things on the table), it s impossible one can t see that. Seems they are complaining we stayed there for too long, and we d either order more or leave right away. There is not much people in the store, and we are the only people in the playground room. So, our staying is not impacting their business negatively! Been there a lot of times, and tried to keep our table clean neat after we finished every meal. They are rude today, and it s a very bad experience!

This place is amazing. Not only did they let us take shelter during a storm, the manager helped my kids and I get to our car while it was still raining. The food s good and the service is great.
