Dana Palmer is honestly the only attorney I would refer anyone I cared about to. It was a pleasure to work with him after having worked with a not so great attorney. Dana is a man of integrity. He gave me the honest truth while another attorney dragged out my case, never told it to me straight and took a lot of my money. Dana did the complete opposite which was so refreshing and needed. If you ever find yourself with the unfortunate need of an attorney you would not regret the decision to use Palmer Law.

I am so grateful for the hard work Dana, Daniel, and Terri did to protect my children s inheritance from estranged dishonest family members after the death of my ex husband of 16 years. I was vulnerable to manipulation because of the grief and trusted his family who had greedy motives. I called this Law Group for some help and advise. I was really shaken up by a recent phone call and had nowhere or anyone to turn to for answers. I felt extremely comfortable when setting up the consultation with Casey. She put me at ease with the process and some of the things I could expect from the call. She made me feel comfortable with the entire consultation call as a whole because I was a little worried about what to expect. It s been said if you can not say anything good, don t say anything at all. That said, my good experience remains solely with the receptionist, a one Ms. Kasey Bradley. There s no joy in legal matters that I can think of. However, Ms. Bradley was always timely with correspondence to the questions she could respond to in her capacity as the receptionist. She was professional, thoughtful, kind and provided impeccable assistance to each and every inquiry sent her way as if it mattered to her as much as it mattered to myself. First of all, this was an extremely contentious divorce that our son went through. From the very first phone call to the firm, Dana personally met with our son on the spot. He was a straight shooter and was pretty much spot on with his advice. He even took the time out of his busy schedule to meet with us on a Friday evening towards the end of the divorce. I know that he genuinely cared for our son and our family. Latoya and Emma were both kind and compassionate and were always available to answer any questions we had. I can t say enough good things about these 2 ladies. Latoya the paralegal was a true blessing and a breath of fresh air. The case was finally settled about 2 weeks ago, and without it having to go to court. We are so grateful for that! Amazing Amazing amazing, hired Palmer Law to assist with my divorce in October of 2022 and as of today I am finally divorced, no fault on Daniel my attorney or his awesome team, Daniel have been amazing. I can honestly say everyone in this firm has gone above and beyond for me. There are few firms who operate morally and ethically in the highest standard and this firm is one of those few. Was a bad financial decision for me to use this firm. Cost me tens of thousands in the settlement with my ex. Lost track of separate property. Promised me I would receive credit for 50% of the expenses of maintaining my empty home when all was settled, didnt happen. It felt as if after I had a disagreement with Dana that OC and Dana had a dollar amount in mind that I was going to be loosing and I had no chances from that point on. Not to mention all the expensive things my ex took that was not listed on her inventory list went unaddressed. Seemed after our disagreement he was playing for the other team on my dime. I should have cut my losses and found a new attorney. On a personal note I wonder if this man orders his eggs Benedict? Wow, how many wonderful things can I say about this law firm and the lawyers (in particular Dan) and paralegals (Caitlin) and the lovely ladies at the front desk (Emily, Maddy - forgive me if I spell any names incorrectly or forgot to mention ALL of the wonderful women who work the front)...all such patient and kind people who really care. I recently finalized my divorce and I always was treated with respect and grace. I d call it a Christmas miracle , but it s not Christmas, it s just results of hard work that was put in by Palmer Law. My lawyer was Mr Palmer himself. I first called Palmer Law Group, P.C. because i had questions about how to handle a delicate situation regarding my child in his other parent s home. I picked this firm over all the other firms in the area because palmer law group really has your best interest in mind when finding a solution. they reached a resolution without escalating already high feelings and encouraged both my ex and myself to find a way to work together using the legal process as a tool versus a weapon. The best part of working with Palmer Law Group, P.C. was there was complete transparency. i was always aware of what was going on in my case thanks to the use of different platforms utilized by the firm. bridget was knowledgeable and gave honest answers. she was personable and interested. she and daniel never made me feel rushed as i would explain situations of frustration. i felt kindness and patience from daniel especially. when i called in, dana took time to walk me through the process and when emergency situations arose, he was first of the scene. i never felt alone. I am not too sure where to begin. My case was very unique in that 1) I have a special needs child and wanted to make sure my child is taken care of, 2) maybe not so unique but I have limited income, Dana worked with me so I could still accomplish my legal goals, and 3) I never thought I would get a divorce so I had many questions. At no time, did Palmer Law ever made me feel in adequate or a bother for the multitude of questions I had for them throughout this process. They were always professional and responsive. There were times when I was given a discount which is very unexpected in the legal field but it goes to their integrity. They took the time to truly understand my concerns and made sure everything was correct in the guidelines of the law. I have had friends tell me their attorney did not address an issue or made and error in the final decree that was not caught or addresses and they had to hire another attorney to correct their mistake. I have heard nothing but positive responses about this firm. Nowadays, all you have is your reputation. They did not disappoint. This was money well spent. Dana and his team were very accommodating to my situation. I live out of state and my ex lives in Texas we tried to do our divorce cheap and on our own. Needless to say I had to hire a lawyer quick and Dana and his team came to the rescue. They were punctual at answering emails and scheduling phone calls to deal with all the issues that arose. Palmer Law ACTUALLY does the counseling part of their legal purview. Dana sincerely prioritized my well being over going after a big settlement. When the first meeting is designed to see what/if anything can be done to save relationships, I knew I was in a good place. Big picture thinking at its best. I dont feel like Im recommending a divorce attorney; Im recommending a rational gut check that is logical and unbiased for when a marriage is in trouble - that is staked in best outcome not divorce. Ill probably come back and update my review or add more later on, but I wanted to at least say something today about this wonderful law firm since it is because of them that at 9am I finally had my divorce. Let me start to say that I firmly believe that regardless of what another adult does to you, you must do what is best for the kids. I have held to that belief of mine all these years and held stronger to it during some tougher times (even though at times it was hard). When I was served with divorce papers about 14 months ago, I first learned of this firm as they represented my then estranged husband (now as of today, legally my ex-husband). Even through the chaos that ensued when I desperately tried to find an attorney dor the hearing, it was obvious that Dana Palmer and his team cared about the kids in these situations. When I spoke with him during that week, it was obvious that he was a good person. Not going to lie, there have been countless times during the first part of Theis process that I wished I would have found this law firm before my ex did. Haha Anyway while the divorce took longer than I would have liked, that was mainly due to a con artist of an attorney i had hired in the beginning and the mind games he liked to play. (I truly regret wasting my time and money on that guy!) Anyway but to the point, from the beginning until the end, this firm was pleasant to work with. I wish I would have gone with my first gut feeling and had worked out a settlement before the hearing last year. Once we spoke on the phone, it took only a little over two hours for us to have an agreement we all wanted all typed up and ready to go. Daniel Bohmer was the attorney who did the prove Up hearing this morning with me, and he did an amazing job. He was pleasant to work with and he explained the entire process, all while putting me at ease when I sat in the courtroom. As someone who dealt with this firm from the opposing side, if your ex has hired them, talk to them on the phone. This firm is one of the few out there that truly cares about the most important aspect of a divorce with children, the kids. Now only time will tell whether my ex and I will be able to co-parent effectively again (as we had not been together for around 5 1/2 years come today), however, I at least know that my son, who is what matters in this entire thing, will have the type of contact he needs and deserves. This may sound strange coming from someone on the opposing side, but if you and your husband or wife are going the route of divorce, hire this firm. They will do what is best. (I will come and probably edit and add more information later, but now I need to go have some cake to celebrate finally having an end to a very long chapter...all thanks to this firm! :-) )

Dana Palmer and his entire staff at Soft Divorce are the best! I hired them in the fall of 2012 to handle my divorce. They have been extremely patient, compassionate, knowledgable and effective. My case has been extremely complex and the process long and drawn out (my ex). Dana and his staff have taken all the necessary legal actions to keep me safe and to protect my assets.
