My clients and myself went to this store today. I tried to explain to the guy at the self checkout with the beard that the price for the item was only a dollar. He refused to help me with the problem and put my things in the bend. He was to busy talking with a customer who didnt need help. I went back to the item and took a picture of the item to show him the price. He refused to look at my phone and said talk to the higher up about my situation. He needs to know that his job is to serve the customer and not standing talking about others things aside Wal-Mart. Next time I will call Bentonville, Arkansas headquarters and ask them to review the cameras.

The manager named YA- YAA( if I didnt spell it right I apologize)was the only employee at the store that woukd even consider helping me w my order. Everyone said I dont know I guess leave ur groceries and go. Rude as heck. Anyways she helped me for about 35 min and thats after closing time at 11pm . I have never had awesome service like she brought that night well actually Ive had problems w scan and go twice now so both times she helped. And we had to re ring the grocery busy full of groceries 2 times because the app was doing something crazy and not what we wanted it too. But she stuck it out and figured out my issue thank god!!!!! THANK GOD FOR PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD LIKE YA-YA!!! PUT MY FAITH BACK INTO HUMANITY. 2-Star Walmart Review This Walmart is a hassle to get in and out of . There are only two entrances you can drive into, which makes it super inconvenient compared to other Walmarts with multiple exit and entry points in their parking lot. Inside, the store is newly remodeled and looks decent overall , but the experience was ruined in the garden center . I asked for help with lawn mowers, and the guy there was completely incompetent . He had no idea about any of the mowers and couldn t answer a single one of my questions! Seriously frustrating! Why is he working in lawn and garden with zero 0 knowledge of the department he works in? Better parking access and competent staff would go a long way here!

Love this location. Always quick and easy. I took one star away cause the older gentleman at the door. Is very selective when asking for recites. As I wave my paid for purchased items. I always walk pass him. Lol. At this point when he see me. He just nods and walks away. Trust me. I had a young lady run up to me once when a van was circling her. It was so scary. We went to AP and they were on it. So with that. I know they wont let anyone pass the point of sales without paying. Thats why I wave my recite and keep going. If they want you. Theyll get you before you make it out the store

I looked at him and he looked at me but just stood there. After about 10 min(im still waiting), another customer walks up to him and he rings up the refund. The connectivity doesn t work 80% of the time. I pay for scan and go and then because they don t maintain their WiFi, I can t use it. Employees are nice about it about half the time. I will drive to Plano or McKinney instead from now on. Or just go to Target or Kroger. This has happened almost every time o have been in the store in 2024. Not just today

A large number of the self checkouts are turned off so you are forced to wait in line until a self checkout opens. This is my second time at this Walmart and it was the same both times. The other Walmarts I shop don t have this problem. After complaining, I was directed to a checkout that was staffed. The checker was really super slow I have tried this Walmart because it is so clean and well stocked but all those positives are negated when you go to pay for your groceries.

You can find everything you need, you dont have pressure from many people in the hallway, because there is a lot of space. The cash registers are very fast. They have food for warm lunch. If you have a flat tire, you need an air mattress, some makeup, things for the garden, clothes for the kids, blankets... you can find everything here!

I had a delivery sent to my home, and whoever the delivery driver was must ve been hungry and have children to feed, because they took all of my food and left me with chips. I understand inflation is a real thing, but they weren t considerate of me. Walmart did their due diligence and refunded me, but they shouldn t allow everyone to deliver for them. I wanted to make this location aware of that problem and everyone who will place a delivery order. Just go pick up your items instead.

Came here to get parts for my cars audio system found everything okay but then when I get to the line at 10pm to check out the line was really long and they only had 4 self checkout lines open. The older guy who was directing people to check out directed them to open another set of registers and waved people over but told me to stop. Whole store staff are welcoming and respectful . And let me tell you what I just experienced. Exactly the same prescription. We went to Walgreens- cash price $105 and the cashier didn t even ask our insurance information! We used HSA to paid $105 . One week later, we went to this Walmart. Cash prices: $27. the cashier was responsible to get the insurance and only paid $ 10! Exactly same prescription and amount.

This is one of the best Walmarts Ive visited in a long time. And unlike Princeton WalMart who forces people to wait 3 to 5 business days go get money back on a debit purchase, Allen understands that WalMart takes our money upon purchase. So they wont force you to spend your already spent cash there by making you take a gift card. Allen WalMart is actually always been my favorite but since covid the hours not in operation makes my visiting this store less often
