This is the last time I order from Wingstop. I have ordered six times in the 90 days. They have forgotten the fries in two orders and messed up the flavors in two orders. That leaves them with a 2/6 order success rate, which Im not sure how that is possible. When confronted with their mistakes and a receipt or the incorrect food they do not apologize. They do not offer to do anything to bring us back as customers. They simply stare at you. It is inconvenient to have to return to a restaurant to bring them back the wrong food and get new food. Any other restaurant would at least apologize. Im not even looking for free food on their mistake which I can prove with a receipt. I have filled out the surveys and corporate doesnt care either. I am now a Pluckers customer. You better check your orders before you walk out and open every single box because they will not and they will not care if they mess it up.

I placed a 40 pc fries and corn online order for my teenage kids on 8/5 at store 249. Only half of my order, the sides were delivered. They called to tell me this happened and I requested they just deliver the rest. They said they could not. I had to take off from work to pickup the order. By this time all food was cold. They didn t attempt or offer to remake or anything. The cashier, Roberto said he would credit me my whole order. On 8/18, I call to use my credit and they first tell me it s not in system, then says I have 2 weeks to claim so my credit has expired. If that was so then tomorrow 8/19 would be the 2 week mark from 8/5 so I am still in the time frame. Then someone else gets on the phone and says it s not in the system and there s nothing they could. It s very disappointing to receive this type of service at a place that I frequent. And to pay this amount of money for cold food and very poor service. I requested my credit of 73.42. I preferred a gift card because as of now I do not feel comfortable purchasing any more food from this Allen location. I contacted customer service and was given a $10 gift card. The disrespect lol. Stay away from this place!

Date: Saturday September 16th 2023 I placed an order today at 1:41 pm and was told it would be ready by 1:58-2 pm. When I arrived to pick up my order, I encountered a staff member at the front counter, who Ill describe as an older lady with yellow teeth stains. Unfortunately, she didnt introduce herself nor was she wearing a name tag, which made the interaction less personal. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unwelcoming and unpleasant. When I provided my name for the order, she couldnt find it because she had taken down the incorrect name. After eventually locating my order, I asked about the total cost. She replied quickly, and I had to ask her to repeat it as she was speaking too fast for me to understand. It seemed like she said $27, but I wanted to be sure, given the rapid speech. Finally, she slowed down her speech, as if she thought I couldnt comprehend her earlier. At this point, the interaction had become unpleasant due to her demeanor and tone. As I was checking my order, the bag accidentally slid off the counter and onto the floor behind the cashier. I politely asked if she could pick it up for me since I couldnt reach it. Instead, she continued to answer a phone call, neglecting my request. Frustrated by the entire experience, I decided to put my card back in my wallet, leave the food on the counter, and exit the establishment. I had simply wanted to pick up my food without any attitude or hassle. While I understand that people can have bad days, its important to carry out your job with pride and professionalism, especially in customer service roles. Ive never encountered such an issue here before, but this particular incident left a negative impression. I hope that future visits to your establishment are more pleasant. Perhaps considering hiring younger workers for cashier positions could improve the overall customer experience. I wont be recommending this place and wont be visiting again. Have a good day.

Went here on the first evening of our trip to quickly treat ourselves to something delicious. The quality of the boneless wings was excellent and the service was top. Great selection of seasoning, sauces and side dishes. Only the ambience of the store leaves something to be desired...it is designed for pickup service, not for lingering. In short, price and performance in a very well balanced ratio. My favorite here: Boneless chicken wings classic BBQ with honey mustard sauce...a treat!

I ordered last week when they offered their buy one get one chicken sandwich promotion. Wingstop typically has good chicken and sauces (we used to go several years ago in a different state.) Unfortunately our experience this time wasnt great. I ordered through the app. When I got to the store there was only one poor woman making food for everyone, with a younger man in a cap working the register. The food wasnt ready when it said it would be, I was told I needed to wait around 6 min and naturally 15 min later I was still waiting. When I got back home with the food we discovered that my wifes sandwich was completely raw in the middle so we had to finish cooking it in the air fryer. The sandwich itself is more expensive than their competitors AND is a smaller piece of chicken. We havent tried their traditional wings at this location but now Im thinking it isnt worth the risk.

Every time I place order for pickup we wait an additional 15 minutes. My suggestion is order your food 15 minutes earlier than showing up and maybe if you are lucky it will be ready or choose a different restaurant.
