I submitted a web form and received a call back in regards to my case. I started off pro se but realized I may need some help. She was very rude and seemed to be against me as Im trying to seek help from her. She made me feel stupid and like I had no hope. I ended up hanging up on her because I felt she was very unprofessional and not willing to listen or help. I have since found a great and understanding lawyer who takes the time to listen and not make me feel like theres no chance of me winning.

Immigration can be complicated, we need to prepare and send so many documentation, attend to fingerprint session, interview, adjustment of status, etc You need a lawyer that is responsive and accessible. Someone that is there for you! I only have good things to state about Maria 1) She is super responsive, you sent an email, 10 min later you have an answer! 2) She is excellent on getting all the paperwork organized 3) She is always on time 4) She keeps track of everything, you will not miss any details on any case. Hi I reside in Florida and was on vacation in Texas when my friend and I got into a car accident and they Recomended Ms Maria as she had handled their divorce. I have been to trial two times with this attorney, and the last time we went to court, she was not prepared, and the did not know the laws and had the wrong judge sign the ex-parte order in family court. The judge admonished her for not knowing the process, and Maria did not even apologies (seems very arrogant). I would not recommend her as she is a waste of money.
