Scott Palmer was the best thing that happened to me dealing with a DWI with minor and then probation violation. I was dealing with a lot of stress when the probation violation charges occurred and felt like i wasn t being represented correctly by my former attorney. There was no communication with him and would only see him in court (when he would show up) it was 3am, days before my next court when I decided to look for a new attorney. At 3 am I got an answer from his office and set up a visit. Since day 1 I felt more confident in my case and didn t think twice to hire him. The best part of having Scott was the constant communication. There wasn t a time when I needed answers and didn t get a text back. ANY issue or question was answered and I was finally being guided. In the short time I had him we switched courts, I got a travel permit for my birthday THE DAY OF, set up my courts and communicated with all the people necessary. I was able to sit back, do my part, and let him do his. As of yesterday my charges have been dropped and I am now truly at peace. Thanks for everything Scott!!!

The customer service at this place is amazing. We sent in an inquiry on their website at 8:45pm and I got a personal text at 8:51pm from Scott. Scott Palmer hands down, he and his team are one of the best law firms. I hired Scott last year for an aggravated robbery case. Scott got my case dropped to a simple robbery. I really didn t know what to expect since I had already served time in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for the same type of offense. Plus, when I hired Scott, I was on probation for a UPF. Not only that, when they executed the search warrant, I had other things in my house that they came back and charged me for a year later. Definitely would recommend this law firm to anyone because of the dedication Mr. Palmer displays. I wrote a negative review and not even 10 minutes later he called me personally to understand what happened and asked to give his firm another chance, which I did. Called me back when he said he would and personally went over my case with me. I really appreciated him being straightforward with me and most importantly, he listened to me and I felt heard. Scott and Russell are amazing lawyers! I was facing federal charges in the Northern District of Texas, incarcerated down on my luck. My wife and family quickly scrambled to find the best lawyers that could represent me and by the grace of God they found Scott and his team. If I could give a 100 stars I would and it still wouldnt be enough. Mr. Palmer is an amazing lawyer. I was charged with 2 felony charges one involving my child and he got the worst charge No billed by the grand jury and the next felony was reduced to a misdemeanor. I remeber the day I had to ask a friend for a criminal defense lawyer referral and she gave me Scotts number. It was Friday March 5th at 9pm. I called to ask all of the questions I didnt know I had to ask. It was the worst day of our families life having to contact Scott. From that phone call at 9pm on a Friday night, Scott has become our Angel. He took my call and was so kind and willing to let me cry and vent and ask all of the questions I needed and answered even the ones I didnt know I needed to ask. I told him our situation and the empathy and the kindness that I received were something I will forever be grateful for. What else could I say but that Scott Palmer is our hero! We had a family member that did something stupid and became involved in a legal situation that required an attorney. At first we didnt know where to turn until we were put in contact with a person who knew someone that had been in a similar situation. We were told that Scott had gotten them the deal of the century. This review is for Niles Illich. Thank God for the day I walked into his office for my consult. I hired Niles to get a Summary Judgement ruling overturned in a Civil Case that was extremely complex and unusual. He never made empty promises. He made it very clear that what we would have to do (overturn all 4 issues) was extremely difficult. He said he could try but we would have to win on every issue that had to be won. Scott and Rebekah are excellent attorneys. I was referred to them by a good friend who is also an attorney but knew he was out of his depth with the situation facing me. I met with them and they dealt with my issue aggressively and decisively. They took the time to answer all of my questions and guide me through their rationale and game plan. Besides being excellent attorneys, they are also great people. I say this knowing I was paying them for their expertise, and yet I could not help but genuinely like and admire them. Despite the negativity facing me, the silver lining was getting to meet and work with this great Legal team. I could not recommend them more highly. My experience with Scott Palmer law firm has been very Gratifying a total life changer. I am so grateful for these group of people, They really changed my life, They care about you as a person and work extremely hard to get you what you deserve . I was fighting multiple cases being represented by another law firm for a long period of time. 3 years of hardship and headaches. My girlfriend called Scott and his team and they took my cases immediately. It was a total different atmosphere these guys are very intelligent and professional. I would highly recommend these people, especially Mr Niles Illich. Mr niles is a amazing Appellate counsel attorney that has gone above and beyond to accomplish his work, even while affected with covid he managed to remote appear before the courts and make a difference in my case. Sometimes you dont get what you pay for. I was referred to this firm and specifically Niles Illich, to assist us with our cars. We went to our meting at their office and my first thought of course was this is going to cost a lot. We met with Mr Illich and started to go through the details of the case, and to my surprise he almost knew as much as we did and we had not even given him a retainer yet. I have used sever law firms over the years and have learned two valuable things, 1- you need a specialist, 2- you get what you pay for. I will say that the second is not true with Mr. Illich. He went over and beyond what I have received in the past from lawyers. Our case was unique in many ways and when a clerical error happened in our case and I thought I had just tossed away a lot of money for nothing, Mr Illich looked into another option to that was outside his normal practice and took the case another direction. It was not the way I would have wanted to go but the end result could have not been better suited for the needs of us if we had plans it. The new direction got us the help we needed as a family and put the DA and the Judge in control over the outcome. All I can say is well worked Mr Illich. Your years of experience and the resources of your team worked out for us and the state and all needs we met for both. Did we get what I paid for? NO we got more than we expected. If you are considering hiring someone for you criminal Writ law needs, look no further than Niles Illich at Scott H. Palmer P.C Again I did not get what I wanted, we got more than we expected.. I first met Scott about 8 years ago when referred to him by a mutual friend of my wifes. I had been in car accidents and needed help resolving the problem. I wasnt at fault. I was looking at most definitely State jail if not seriously long probation that occurred in Denton county. I was recommended this office by someone because I didnt want to just get any local attorney. Making this decision paid off huge, and Sorsha worked wonders for me. Not only did I not get jail time, I didnt get a felony either. My mind was blown. She made the impossible happen. I honestly cant thank her enough. It was refreshing to work with a skilled, competent and caring attorney. I always was aware of my options and the progress of my lawsuit. Amazing lawyer. I called him at 8:30am on New Year s Day! He answered and took my numerous phone calls over the holiday weekend. He had my issue resolved early on Tuesday morning when the courthouse opened. He is a miracle worker who knows the law inside and out. Do not hire a lawyer that is cheaper because you will pay much more for making that choice in the long term.

I reached out to law firm due to my son being arrested on New Year eve. My son was not granted a bond due to NEW case law that went into effective on Jan 1st. Once, Mr. Palmer & I had a discussion regarding the matter, he got RIGHT on it , while he traveling. Mr. Palmer did everything, he could via his phone to help my son right of way and he keep me informed the entire time. From customer service standpoint, Mr. Palmer & his team went above & beyond on a Holiday weekend to help my son to get a bond. Mr. Palmer explained to whoever, the new case law did not go into effect until Jan 1st and it should not have applied to my son, since he was booked in on Dec 31st. My girlfriend and I got in an accident last year. The other car ran a stop sign and collided with us. Initially the other driver admitted fault and later declined wrongdoing. And the other driver s insurance company refused to pay for the damage. Attorney Grant helped us. It was all smooth sailing since the moment he took the case. He fought hard for us. The other driver eventually admitted fault. And insurance paid for our damage(property and personal). I would highly recommend Attorney Grant!
