Only 2 girls were working, but they seemed knowledgeable and were taking care of customers quickly. I had placed an online order but the store didnt receive it. I didnt have the paper coupon for my meal, I had a promo code. Luckily, they had a paper coupon and still got the deal. They were very nice and helpful. My daughter enjoyed her food.

I m not sure your hiring practices for Subway, but I don t recall ever dealing with or seeing the worst customer service I witnessed today. Not only was your employee Jordan seemingly in a bad mood, but seemed to display that through his service. Last I checked subway didn t have a policy in place that lets staff disrespect their customers. So when I heard you should have told me to put the avocado on before the vegetables and act as if this is such a difficult task and display a bad attitude with it, what reason do I have to go back to your store. As many times as I have been to this particular location I have not once felt that disrespected, so much so I was even put into a bad mood. I ll refrain from visiting this store from now on and go to the Pine st location, the staff their are far friendlier.

Waited in like for 45 minutes and still no acknowledgement of being in line or greeted nor were any customers in line informed when we would be able to order. This was around 11am. One cashier on duty, one lobby attendant that said nothing to you, a cook that wouldnt speak either. It was like we were all an inconvenience to them.

We came in to the 2001 S 1st location after the lunch rush and there was still a decent line with only one employee on shift. Violet worked each order in the long line diligently and professionally, all while keeping a smile on her face and in good spirits despite the obvious air of stress. We were overtly grateful and thanked her many times in light of the stress she was likely under, but never seemed to show it. Many places are understaffed and some Subway locations are not staffed at all. As business owners, we understand the extra strain that puts on the remaining employees. She continued to work the line after us while we dined with courteous service despite less-than-patient customers. We informed her that we would be leaving a positive review and we left a tip. As consumers, let us please be patient with those carrying the extra weight. 5 Stars and a job well done, Violet!

Normally a decent location. Tonight was horrible! Ordered 2 6 subs. Expected the bread to be a little dry as it was 1/2 hr before closing. When I went to top my sandwiches, there was only enough mayo for the 1st sandwich. On 2nd got no mayo, asked for sweet onion sauce--- there was none, kept trying to get me to have them toasted after I said no. Went to check out, it seemed high... They charged me for a 6 and a footlong. Told me they would void it, charge me again and I wou be refunded the first money in 3 - 5 business days and then charge me again. I didnt want to do that so rude girl SCREAMED at me to get out. Customers staring, embarrassing and maddening!

I work of this subway and to tell you the truth it was miserable. The staff was great but when come to the people we severed they mostly people who did not care for the employee. Love love love me a turkey sub with lettuce onion salt pepper n oil n vinegar. That makes the perfect sub. Back home we have publix subs but good alternative to my liking. Ive about had it with the older lady that works there. This is twice she has messed things up for me. First time i ended up paying over $40 for 2 meals. She charged me for 7 extra drinks.
